I've grown up in their dealership as well as the Toyota one. Let me just say, the advisors at the Toyota store are much more polite. I've had one good experience with the Chrysler store. Otherwise, the advisors seem to be fairly rude and young. The last time I went in, one advisor just kept walking passed everyone standing in line and checking his phone! -I don't think he is there anymore. They just give off the impression that you are wasting their time. I always ask for a wash/vac when I take my vehicle in and they always make it seem like a big deal. Like okay, I won't bring my business to you? Idk just not the service you'd expect.
I only deal with Blaine the service manager or Marv Cooper in the service department. Everyone else is just rude. Did buy my vehicle from there and the salesmen and manager in sales were very kind and helpful.

Stew Hanson is a class act, we didn't buy our Jeep there, big mistake, so we had our Jeep back at the other dealer on Hickman to have the radio/GPS repaired/warranty work. My girlfriend left that other dealer in tears and was told we could take the Jeep to another dealer to be repaired. I called the service manager asked whats up blah blah blah.
Last week dropped it off at Stew Hanson, as soon as I stepped out of the truck I was greeted by a employee of Stew Hanson told him why I was there and he directed me where to go, Tyler Schorg the service advisor was top notch, the part wasn't available but he updated us daily, treated us with respect and was professional.
Stew Hanson Jeep is a class act, salesman and service are number one.
I didn't have to take the time to write this but want everyone to be aware, there were so many red flags when we went to the other Jeep dealer on Hickman but you guys know if she want a white Jeep you buy the white jeep.
We'll always use Stew Hanson in the future for new vehicle purchases and service.

Have had my truck to more times than I can remember for the same issue. They cant fix it. They keep tell me ford says do this ford says do that.Its the same thing every time. You can do the same thing and expect a different out come. They wont stand up to ford and say that does not fix the problem. Then when you raise your voice to them because you play their game long enough the tell you if you don't like like it take your truck someplace else when they have done all the work kind of hard to bring another mechanic in to the middle of a screw up. THEY COULD CARE LESS IF THEY FIX YOUR STUFF AS LONG AS THEY GET THEIR MONEY!

This dealership handed me the key to the car and let me drive away and did not disclose to me that I was going to drive to omaha without a jack or spare and will not own up to it. No matter how the transaction took place The car should have its basic safety equipment included! !
We Drove up From omaha to sioux city To pick up a car that was purchased for me by a dealer in omaha . I Gave the check to John the general manager . He said a sales person name Tom would Help me with the delivery . We waited because car was being detailed . Tom finally brought the car and said I could go for a drive . We did that and came Back . Tom said it was a nice car and we were done and could leave for omaha .
Excited I drove back to omaha. There I realized that the jack and spare and the pump for the spare were missing so next day I called them John the GM and Tom both were off . I asked the person if they could check to see if the jack and the spare were left in the detail Shop . Within a minute he said “no they did not have them”
I has cost me $500 to purchase the items off eBay and would like for the dealer to pay for what I paid .
Today I called again and was told they are not responsible for the missing parts.
I have purchased many many cars from Woodhouse prior to this and always have been pleased . This location needs some training to in customer service and not use old car salesman language of the slimy past Of car business to brush off customers!!!!!!!!!

For your finances and sanity avoid like the plague. Bought a 2019 ram (new) they finance threw my regular credit union. I was concerned about the interest rate as I have excellent credit. I asked if the rates come down if I could refinance. They assured me I could (LIE). I had 3 recalls on truck. I called to set appointment, they told me they could get me in that day knowing the recalls. I left work drove hour and a half, sat for an hour only to be told they didn't have time to do it. They call me several weeks later, arrange an appointment for same recalls, I show up, half the day they have my truck then call me and tell me they dont have the parts to do the work. Now im on the 3rd time for the same stuff...6 hour job turned into day and a half, other bs things went on during this visit. I also had a screw in tire i asked them to fix. They called saying my truck had 4 punctures and I needed a $250 tire, I suspected they were lying. They put a new tire on and i requested they take it off. After picking up the truck i took it to a tire shop it had 1 puncture from the screw I told them about, nothing else. My truck was hit lightly..i took to them for an estimate mainly for sh@ts and giggles. They gave a quote of $2400 and had a full page of "needed parts" and all this "necessary labor" what they didnt know is I have a friend who does body work... I needed 3 parts. We went threw what vaughns was charging for parts 1 by one...a bumper for instance vaughns price-$600, rams price via internet-$400..and this is just one...not to mention all the other stuff the truck didnt need. Insurance fraud? Im thinking yes it probably is.

I took my truck in with oil light on...was told it was a sensor and still OK to drive. They replaced the sensor the next week. The oil light still came back on. Said it was probably the contacts, but couldn't look at it then, still OK to drive.....well, I ended up needing a new engine as that one apparently didn't run too well WITHOUT getting oil. :(

Went in for an oil change and tire patch on 1-10-18 is how this nightmare begins. After waiting two and a half hours I get my car back with my painted rim all beat up. Six of the ten spokes had chipped paint and the edge of the rim was chewed up from the tire machine. They ordered me a new rim, the color was off badly. I suggested i know someone who paints they said no. So at this point for $200 this problem could have been fixed. The service manager "Danny" tells me thats all they are going to do its now my problem. If i wasnt happy, and why should i be, i could talk to "Mike" at the south location. This guy took a week to get back to me only to tell me Chrysler isnt getting back to him and I should call them. So i do his job for him and call, had no problems getting someone. They tell me im not a dealer etc etc which took 10 mins. I get them a quote to have the rim painted, that Mike ASKED for mind you. Instead they used their "Wheel Guy" that all of a sudden appeared out of nowhere over a MONTH later to paint the rim. The rim looked like it was sprayed with rattle cans and the color was completely off. I told Mike it looked great and never went back. I am having the rim done at MY expense so I can once again have 4 rims that match. This process was long and exhausting and in the end, they did win. The simplest of car maintenance this place managed to foul up completely. Way to lose a customer and risk your reputation for a $200 fix. Well done. If I could rate them no stars i would. Bottom line go somewhere else, anywhere else.
