This is our first Honda and I liked the no pressure sales team. Great working with Tom. Especially appreciated his responsiveness to email and phone calls since we were 130 miles from the dealership. Aaron was great as well very informative but no pressure. Happy and pleasant atmosphere.

My van was daamaged by your car wash. - daveb
The day before I took my van in to be serviced I washed it and cleaned it. After I got it home I noticed water marks over several areas. I also noticed two small dents and a small scratch on the back of the van. This must have been caused by your car wash. They weren't there when I took the van in.
My question is will you repair the damage caused by your car wash. I also think you should ask if I want the car washed.
Subpar and ignorant service advisor - wolfrunner09
Had my car serviced for some warranty work and they wouldn't do it under that. I finally gave in and paid it and contacted American Honda afterwards. After 2 weeks, American Honda refunded me what I paid twice the amount for the inconvenience.
The reason they denied my warranty work was because I called my car a "Race Car'. The service advisor claimed that my stock 20 inch wheels were aftermarket because of it is "souped up civic".
Sounds to me that this dealership needs to spend some time on educating the employees on what cars Honda actually offers. I considered buying a new car from this place again, but this was the final straw. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a new car from this place no matter how good the price is.
Purchased a 4runner from them - jakebarbrik
Went in on Saturday October 13th to look at a couple used Toyota 4runners. Met with Amber Valencia and she showed us what we wanted to look at and let us do the test drives. In less than an hour and a half we drove away in our new to us 2017 4runner. Very happy with the service we received from Amber and everyone else involved in the transaction. We also traded a vehicle in and feel that they were very fair on our trade in price. Thanks Legends Honda!

Finance department spineless jerks. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Literally forcing us to pay 2000 dollars for a warranty (that wasn't utilized once) after the car with the warranty was totaled out. No spine, no soul, do not buy here.
