I want to make clear my experience with Brad Osborn was excellent. He made me a good deal and came through with everything he said he would. However when it came to the financing office I was treated like nothing but a sale. I was pushed and pressured after countless refusals to get extended warranties. I would recommend Brad as a sales person but wouldn't wish the shark of a financing lady on my worst enemy. I sincerely regret the thousands of dollars of mine she talked me out of for something I didn't want and pray everyone coming to this dealership is ready to be treated by her just like another commission

I was impressed with the customer service, the knowledge of the sales representative, and the professionalism of all of the staff I dealt with. We had been looking at cars for only a few minutes when a sales representative (I think they call them product specialists) who was helping another customer asked if we were looking for a specific make and model of car. When we told her we were interested in a used Honda Accord, she directed us to the location on the lot and told us she would find someone to help us. In a few minutes a sales rep/product specialist met us, took information from us and asked us to follow him inside so he could search their inventory to find what we were looking for. There was no pressure to purchase. He was able to answer all of our questions and if he wasn't certain about the answer, he looked it up. I felt like I was being given all of the information I needed to make a decision, but not pressed to buy. When I decided to buy, the sales manager found the best interest rate for me. He explained that since the factory warranty on the car had expired, I could purchase a warranty that provided essentially the same coverage the factory warranty provided. The price was reasonable, I was, again, offered this product and told the advantages of having it but not urged to purchase it. This was probably the best car buying experience I've ever had - and I've bought several cars in my lifetime.

This was the first time I purchased a vehicle from a Dealership. It was great. After some confusion over a reflector and the fixing of a crack in the bumper, the service I received was great. All of my questions were answered and now you can hardly tell there was a crack in the bumper. I would recommend Conklin Cars to anyone and would go back to purchase another vehicle if the need arises.

Finance department spineless jerks. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on. Literally forcing us to pay 2000 dollars for a warranty (that wasn't utilized once) after the car with the warranty was totaled out. No spine, no soul, do not buy here.

Told us the wrong pick up time twice, didn't call and tell us the car was ready to be picked up like they said, and didn't give us a military discount because an advisor wasn't in at the time.. oh and they close at 6:00 pm not 7:00 pm like the website says. Definitely wouldn't not recommend to anyone.
