Excellent buying experience. Bill is very knowledgeable and helpful and will get you exactly what you need. Jesse was also very helpful during the finance part of the buying process. All of the staff were very welcoming and professional. They explain their products extremely well and let the customer make an informed decision on what they want without being pushy. This was the least stressful car buying experience we've ever had. We will definitely be referring friends to this dealership for future purchases.

Anyone know a good attorney that will be good in a case against Champion Ford Service Center? They have had my car since October 1st of last year over a recall, an electrical issue with the radio and trunk latch. I have repeatedly been put off on how long it is taking to get my car back. I have called FORD Motor Company Complaints and they keep telling me that the Service Center says it will be ready at the start of the week, that's been twice now and 3 more months and my car still is not ready!! This is some of the worst service I have ever dealt with!!! I need someone to help me and tell me what my next steps should be now because they are also telling me that the issue with the transmission(TCM) has caused damage to the bands and it will be $3000 to fix it!

I went to the Kerry Hyundai dealership and I had an exceptional experience. My sales representative Robin was excellent. Everything from the moment I contacted the dealership was great. They worked hard and told me exactly what I was going to need to do to get into a new vehicle. They were very transparent and helped me with everything right down to explaining and showing me the different features that my new vehicle had. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing a new or used vehicle. They also have a very good selectin of vehicles.

Bought the second CX-9 from Alton Blakley - CX-9
We purchased a CX-9 from them in 2010. We had 190000 miles on it and have spent almost nothing in repairs. Most of that credit goes to Danis Combs and his service team. We passed this car along to our son and was in the market for a new car. We shopped many dealers and brands. Adam Roark and Chris Todd worked very hard to make sure we drove the vehicles we were interested in and that we got a good deal. We ended up buying another CX-9 GT 2019 from them. Due to Danis Combs excellent service department and the hard work done by Adam Roark and Chris Todd on the sales end, we had to chose Alton Blakley again.

Couldn't be happier with my experience with Stuart Powell Ford. Contacted them regarding a truck I was interested in & they kept communications open with me from initial contact to appointment date. Was able to take the truck on a no pressure, hassle free test drive. Working with Ben Johnson on the sale was a fantastic experience. The truck was exactly as advertised & I left the dealership feeling that I received a good deal. At no point did I feel pressured into adding any services or the like. I'm absolutely loving my new to me F150!

We took our 2005 RX-8 daily driver - in perfect shape - to Paducah Mazda for a factory recall, they kept it for months and didn't start it - lost compression, and now it won't start. And they won't do anything about it. And we bought a vehicle from them! Will never do business there again.
