If I could, I would give them 10 Stars!!!! These guys made it possible for me, not one time but TWO TIMES IN LESS THAN A YEAR to get me the car I wanted!! I purchased a used car from Infiniti in November 2018. I don't usually write reviews; however my sales person, Jerry Amoroso, was so professional, patient and honest that I feel I need to write one after my experience! Jerry wasn't just trying to sell me ANY car. He wanted to make sure what I purchased was really what I was looking for - in all aspects. He wasn't ever pushy and trying to make the decision for me. He provided me with whatever information I asked and gave me the time and space to decide on what was best for me. I have purchased numerous vehicles at other dealerships and can't put into words how comfortable it was to work with him! He is a true blessing to have represent your dealership!! Thank you, Jerry!
They don't know the difference between a Hybrid - J QX-60
We are active duty and just got stationed in La and took our 2104 QX-60 Hybrid to dealership for oil change and explained it required 0W/20 according to manual and they balked at first and did some research and said I was correct. 5 months later l, while deployed, my Wife took it back for another oil change and they put in regular 5W/30 and told her it didn't matter! I came back and could tell the difference and explained to their service department the vehicle requires 0W/20 and he still kept saying no even after I explained everything to him. Then he didn't want to check his service records or look it up online. I'll be driving my vehicle to Dallas for service from this point forward.
