Came in for my wheel bearings to be replaced. Took them 5 hours after being told it should take 3 hours. After they’ve finished up with the wheel bearings I left. Had to turn around because now there was a horrible metal on metal screeching sound. This place is complete xxxx. Technician hurry so they can go for lunch and bail when confronted on the matter. I will never use the Billy Navarre Nissan of Lake Charles Service department ever again!

I was extremely upset when I tried to buy a new tire and the tire key lock didn’t work. I was stranded in Slidell and it took me 3 hours to get home Sunday. I had to pay 94 dollars for a tow truck. When I got to the dealership he tried to use the key but it still didn’t work. I don’t know if when I bought the car it had the wrong key as this was the first time I needed to buy a tire. I suppose the technician had a key that fit.

From my 1st phone call with Jessica, to the closing in Finance with Aaron, everything went pretty smooth. Although it's important to read and understand all details. There is no buyer's remorse clause... you sign so many times, it's important to know and understand before you sign. I was VERY happy to know that my bumper to bumper warranty was the "PLATINUM" package and everything is included just like Aaron stated! There are several items I'm still missing that I was promised in my "certified pre-owned" Rogue, like the SD card, which is pretty important! I am sure hoping that everything will be completed in a timely manner. Afterwards I hope to write another review after everything is delivered/completed. To be continued...

Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan.

Made an appointment to see an advertised used car on the lot. One hour later arrived to see it and had to wait in the lobby for the guy I had the appointment with for about 15 minutes. He appeared, turned me over to another guy, who informed the car had just been sold, "But can I help you find another car?" NO. Bad business practice to have people drive in after making an appointment to see a car, have to wait in lobby with most of staff unmasked for 15 minutes to learn this news.
