I brought my car in with a CVT issue. The CVT was pulled and the computer showed an event had occurred. The drive train was inspected and was determined to be OK. I was originally told it would take two days but it only took one. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and professional.
Everything was covered by warranty, the parts and labor, and the loaner/rental car. I was so thankful that I had no out of pocket expenses for the issue because the event was not expected. I still considered my car new (driven 19 months with less than 20,000 miles on the odometer). Thank you Lake Charles Nissan for taking care of this manufacturer's defect.

Traded my vehicle in on another one. They seemed very helpful at first. Told us everything we wanted to hear. The further we got into the process their true colors started to show. Nothing turned out like they said. Took 3 trips to the dealership (100+ miles for us) to be done with them and I mean DONE. They never did fix the mess they made detailing it (burned swirl marks into the paint). We brought it home and cleaned the interior ourselves. Their detail shop is a joke. After the sale the salesman didn’t want to deal with us. He took forever to return a phone call or didn’t call back at all. The only reason I gave 1 star was the lady in the service dept (Vickie) was super nice/helpful.

Went in to try to trade my used 2006 chevy 2500hd 4x4 crewcab for a 2005 chevy 2500hd extended cab 2wd.they not picked the he'll out of my truck which had way less issues than the one I was looking at.the only plus was was theirs had 30k less miles and rode smoother. Mine riders like a tank.well they appraised mine and came back with a ridiculous price.they should have been giving me back cash not me owing them $3500.i said no and they basically said ok bye and that was it.it was all gonna be wholesale anyway but whatever.im never going there again

Brought car in for first 3,000-mile oil change yesterday, Oct. 6, 2014. Lots of cars ahead of me, so figured I'd be there for hours, but no, oil and oil filter change and multi-point inspection all done in less than an hour. PLUS(!), guess what: I had forgotten that the first two oil changes are free, so the whole thing cost me nothing. What a deal. Was able to go play tennis all afternoon. Yay, Ray Brandt Nissan.
