Great customer service by Amy and James service guy was good, this is the second time I have gone and I can tell they have the right employees, with excellent customer service, great organized, great vibes, great environment, you could feel and see the difference at the service department, not like the past yrs, it was a terrible experience, terrible attitudes, customer service, terrible employees ugly tense atmosphere and not well organized. Made a deal to purchase a 2018 Nissan Murano Platinum, the dealer driven car but when the car returned to the dealership from being out of town, was told the car was sold to someone else. We had numbers, they pulled my credit and the deal was waiting for the return of the vehicle. Second time this has happened to me through Bill Hood. They do not honor their word and when I requested to speak with the OWNER, Bill Hood regarding this issue, was put off and sent to the voice mail of the general manager of Nissan.

Brought in my car and paid for full diagnostic. Agreed to fix the alternator with replacement, upon picking up my car my AC was out. The AC ran perfect up until I picked up car after they replaced my alternator. They agreed to check AC and told me compressor was bad which is suspicious because it was not mentioned in my diagnostic report, it worked prior to service visit, and they had to unplug the compressor to replace the alternator. They would not directly speak with me about this and keep giving me messages through my service adviser saying they are not liable and I will need to pay them an additional 1000 dollars to replace a compressor that they messed up. They refuse to fix their mistakes and have poorly qualified mechanics working for them who make costly negligent mistakes. Got stuck with a 1000 dollar bill to replace an alternator and break my AC compressor. No mention of compressor in diagnostic report that was given to me before any repairs were made. So now I have to bring my car to a more honest mechanic and pay myself to fix my AC that they broke so my newborn will have a safe vehicle to ride in during summer heat. Shame on you Nissan.

You will be well advised never to set foot in this business! I visited the service department and in a very slick way they quoted a price and when the job was complete doubled my invoice. I protested with the service manager Darryl Terrell, but it was clear he was part of their scam – how could they live with themselves. Thank God for karma.

Went in to try to trade my used 2006 chevy 2500hd 4x4 crewcab for a 2005 chevy 2500hd extended cab 2wd.they not picked the he'll out of my truck which had way less issues than the one I was looking at.the only plus was was theirs had 30k less miles and rode smoother. Mine riders like a tank.well they appraised mine and came back with a ridiculous price.they should have been giving me back cash not me owing them $3500.i said no and they basically said ok bye and that was it.it was all gonna be wholesale anyway but whatever.im never going there again
