I needed an SUV as I am putting my summer car away for the winter. I came to Wiscasset Ford and talked with David Warford who lined up exactly the SUV I wanted at a price I was willing to pay. David made the entire transaction as smooth as silk. He had the paperwork all ready and partly filled in. A quick test drive, a few signatures and a check. That was it. No xx. A smooth and professional experience. Seth was always available to answer questions and provide pearls from his long experience with Hyundai. Great followup and a very thorough review of all the car systems prior to driving off in my new Ioniq 5. Runey (sp??), the finance guy, also very helpful and I never felt under pressure to buy something I really didn't want, but helpful in making purchase decisions for things he knew I would need.
