Had a problem with a used car I bought from them, after 1 year and 10k miles. The new management team took some responsibility for it, even though I don't know them and they weren't obligated to. Good sale experience, good service experience, highly recommended.

I originally knew Wiscasset Ford to be a grounded professional business which would do whatever it would take to earn your business and to make sure the customer walked away satisfied. Shout out to the unsung heroes in the Parts Department & Collision Center! They overdelivered by helping me out after a chunk of my car exterior flew off (I believe in a car wash) during a 600 mile round trip journey out-of-state. Did not sell me on anything I didn’t need. Quick turnaround time and good communication. This is the second Ford vehicle I’ve either bought at Rowe or had serviced, and I would continue to recommend them!
