Not only is this the best Subaru dealership in the North East, but it's the best dealership I have ever dealt with. Highest trade-in values, phenomenal discounts on a new car and their service department is incredible. I can't say enough good things about this dealership.

While I was waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and the waiting room was full, so I sat at a table on the EMPTY sales floor. A man came up and told me to move, and I said there's no seats in the waiting room and if someone needs to sign paperwork, I'm happy to move. He continued to harass me about moving, even after I repeatedly asked him to leave me alone. He later identified himself as the owner. He used threatening language like, "You need to learn a lesson about respect" and "I'm going to teach you a lesson." He also said that if you use their service department, you're not considered a customer. So something to consider. Others on the staff apologized for his behavior, but its absolutely ridiculous.

We had driven from Colorado pulling a small trailer with our 2016Subaru Outback and were on our way back home when it was time for an oil change. I had pulled off the highway in Augusta and saw the sign for Charlie's Subaru and another that said "Express." We pulled in and had the oil changed. The service person in charge pointed out a problem with wear on our rear tires. The service department not only aligned our wheels but discovered damage in one of our tires. They offered to replace our tires with identical new-car take-offs at nominal . We agreed to all that, and the cost was less than half of what I had expected. The young man seemed genuinely concerned for us. I have been in this situation before (not with the Subaru.) and have been taken to the cleaners. Charlie's service department had us on our way in 2 and a half hours, and we returned to Colorado safely.

Being an octogenarian I purchased a new 2022 Forrester at Evergreen in September 2022 mainly to assure reliable transportation living out in rural Maine. The sales people were very nice and attentive. But in January 2025 my garage kept low mileage (3000 + miles) Subaru would not start. Jason Williams assisted in getting Subaru road service to jump start the dead battery quickly. Within a few weeks the car wouldn't start again while setting in the garage again. This time Subaru road service carried it to Evergreen service Department. They charged the battery and said the problem is the lack of use and because of not driving it every day.

While on vacation in Maine, our 2020 impreza failed to start; the first time the car gave me any trouble. I called several local subaru dealers and only Pape Subaru indicated that they could look at the car within 24 hours. Well, with roadside assistance from subaru, the car was delivered to dealer at 4:30pm that day. The next morning at 7:30 AM, Kristopher Corriveau, Service Mgr at Pape, reached out to me for information on the situation. By 2:30 pm, less then 24 hours after the breakdown, the car was repaired and running well. AMAZING! The service manager and his team were absolutely amazing in getting the car back to us so promptly, especially knowing we were on vacation without a car. Made an appointment to have my snow tires mounted on Forester and I explicitly stated that I did not want a 4-point inspection which was previously done 2 most ago and I paid a considerable amount of money for those repairs. Young, disrespectful service tech did not listen and completed another inspection and insisted that I needed more repairs at a high cost. Totally unethical to disregard my request. I have purchased numerous vehicles from Quirk and will not do so in the future.

The sales person, Kelly, was very helpful during and after the sale. As "tires for life" dependent on maintaining a complete file of service I would recommend keeping personal records. High service costs more than pay dealership for tires.
