I recently had my jaguar f-pace serviced at the Peabody dealership. The process could not have been easier. Jennifer was my assigned tech assistant, and she was outstanding! My appointment was going to take a few hours so I opted to use a loaner vehicle. Again very easy. The service techs found a few issues and I received an email outlining what they were. While I was reading it Jennifer immediately was there to explain any questions I had. One issue was taken care of and as there was no urgency for another we discussed the best way to handle it. Again Jennifer did a great job explaining the need to address the problem while never making me feel pushed.

I recently brought my 2013 Ridgeline in for oil change. Matthew Verge was most helpful he quickly took information needed, showed me where customer waiting room was located. He told me my cabin filter was dirty and asked if I wanted a new one, no pressure. i agreed to new filter and within 45 minutes, he came into waiting area truck was completed and was being brought around. Very good experience, I will keep coming back.

Steve, Eric, Paul - Rockstars, all of them. I want to preface by saying I was a few minutes late for my multi-point inspection. However, Steve from the front desk still got me in with their tech guys Eric and Paul. Paul went on a road test with me to identify the issue and they had it diagnosed/fixed within an hour. They were willing to keep checking until closing but they finished before then. Everyone I worked with was very understanding and treated me with respect. I drive in from north of Boston (1hr - 1.5hr commute) to this location specifically for this service. I continue to receive the best service from this location. Proud to be a Volvo owner and a customer of this dealership/service department location. Will continue to come here so long as I am in the area. 10/10 service and experience.

The price was under the warranty but I had additional service done. It was completed quickly and at a fair price. I definitely would recommend service at Drum Hill.
