My Son was buying his very first car by himself and we had visited several different dealerships in the Tri-City’s. By far, McDonald Ford was the best in everything. From being greeted with enthusiasm to the end, they made it seamless and comfortable!! Annabelle Boyes and Dave to the whole team there!!!! Everyone was engaging, accommodating and very very nice!!!! It was the only place we felt like they cared! I will buy my cars from them along with my 3 kids from now on!! They have acquired a huge family as I have a large extended family! I will definitely encourage all to visit there!!

Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. - rockyscheffler

Charlie Smith is top notch salesman. He did everything in his power to satisfy my experience. The Service department on the other hand is the worst service I've ever received. I took my new used truck In to be serviced for shaking in the steering. Finally over a month later i received the vehicle back with the same exact issues i had when i took it in. Nothing had been done with the truck to my knowledge because i still have the same issue with the truck as when i took it in.

I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could - Overbywoj

I brought my F250 super duty pick up in so they could patch a leak in my driver side rear tire. The staff was friendly and I told them that I was towing my 40 foot 5th wheel. They advise that they would fix it right and it would take about 30 minutes. The tech (Jacob) came out and told me that it was a nail hole and it was a simple repair. The next day I hooked up my 5th wheel and headed home. I did not even get to Midland when that tire went flat while driving on the highway. This became dangerous being on the shoulder of the road having to disconnect the 5th wheel from the truck and then changing the same tire that they just fixed. When I got home and went to my Ford dealer where I bought the tire the technician who repaired it advised that the previous repair was done wrong, that Babb Ford (Jacob) just plugged the tire instead of doing it right by putting a patch on the inside of the tire on a superduty that hold heavy loads (as in 5th wheels) Fortunately their wasn’t any damage or injuries and I was in a area were I could safely get on the shoulder to change the tire. I did advise service manager of the issue

We had to do some quick truck shopping when our Ranger - Terry & Sandy

We had to do some quick truck shopping when our Ranger was determined to be too worn out to make an upcoming trip to Canada. Found one online at Albion Motors. We worked with Chris, he was great at quick replies to our questions and walked us through every step. Took all the time we needed with no pressure to make a decision. We were able to drive it home same day which was much appreciated since we had come a distance. We highly recommend Chris, he made it really easy for us, and was really enjoyable to work with. Thanks Chris!

Great experience on my order and delivery of my new truck. Hagen was honest and did everything they said they would do. Phil was very helpful, and never pushy.

Avoid this service department. - ted32

Avoid this service department. The service manager lies. They scheduled my truck for service and didn't start working on it for another week. Then returned it to me with an obvious coolant leak. Within 100 miles after their repairs, I had a check engine light on and found that they smashed a connector together, bending the pins, and had to pay someone else to fix it. They are okay for tires and batteries, but if you need anything complex or involving them touching your engine, go elsewhere.

Very helpful, friendly and timely. - Cheryl Knight

Very helpful, friendly and timely. All were very welcoming. Customer service was awesome here...unlike a lot of businesses nowadays.

Great experience today at Fred Grande Ford. - maynardsl

Great experience today at Fred Grande Ford... Took my Expedition in for it's 50K mile service and they handled it while I waited (I had previously made an appointment). Fast friendly service and quality work. Thanks Chip and I apologize - I forgot the young mans name that performed the service work - but please thank him for me!

We ordered a vehicle with Matt Schaeding and he was - Emily

We ordered a vehicle with Matt Schaeding and he was fantastic every step of the way. Only complaint I have is that they told us they’d call every time there was a status change with our order and didn’t but I could track it online.

I contacted this dealership for pricing on a new f150 and - james.meunier48

I contacted this dealership for pricing on a new f150 and they never did anything to earn a sale. They told me that all ford dealers have the same price because of ford employees pricing. Well guess what I just bought a $72000 lariat at a dealership that was willing to work with me.

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. - William Hurst

I bought an F-150 from Sieman’s Ford in 2018. A good truck but recently the wipers would not stop going even if turned off. It turned out to be an electronic part, and Siemans replaced it. All competent but here is the praise. John in Siemans service department was diligent in helping get the repair claim accepted by Zurich insurance on the extended warranty I bought through Siemans. He called them several times after they initially stalled the claim. I appreciated his going to bat on behalf of me, a Siemans customer. I also appreciated his overall professionalism in handling the servicing of my truck. Hooray for Siemans Ford truck service!

I was in search of a brand new F150. - james.meunier48

I was in search of a brand new F150. Dena Fedell did a great job to find the truck I was looking for. The problem is the sales manager would not do anything to secure the truck and the deal did not go through. I was really looking forward to buying a truck through my hometown salesperson and dealership but they did not get the vehicle I was looking for.

Wonderful employees - Super Mac Girl

Alice was quick to reach out to me and set me up with Randy who was going to help me with my purchase. They both were so awesome and Randy especially knew his stuff and went out of his way to get the information that I needed. Unlike some other dealers who "guessed" at an answer (and were wrong), Randy had no problem making sure he gave me correct info. Unfortunately, although I was ready to purchase a Ford Explorer at this dealership, we decided we needed a larger vehicle to tow. I felt horrible leaving Randy hanging on the day that I was going to come in because he truly was so wonderful to work with. I hope whoever reads this has a chance to work with him in the near future. You'll be in good hands.
