The oil changes are included and they let me know if there are other concerns. This previous time they let me know my tires should be replaced before winter and gave me a couple quotes.

I brought my 2013 F-150 in for service work under my Premium Care Extended Service Plan. My 2013 F-150 has 64,750 miles on it.
Service Consultant Blaize Bailey and Service Manager Michael did an exemplary job of explaining what was and what was not covered by the Premium Care ESP. While I was a little disappointed with what the ESP did not cover, the explanation from Michael was professional and understandable, and I’ll have to deal with FMC directly on the non-covered item.
I bought my ESP at this dealership and they have done nearly all my service and maintenance work. I especially enjoyed working with Blaize and Michael. Good people make for a good dealership experience.

We ordered a base model Ford Fusion hybrid. Our sales consultant Dan Friihauf did an excellent job of explaining options to us, getting us a good deal and keeping us updated on the progress of the car. When the car arrived he explained the features to us. We hadn't had a new car since 2001 so that was very useful. The new car was clean and shiny and had a full tank of fuel. The other staff that we encountered was very friendly. The F&I person didn't argue with us when we turned down all the wonderful protection he offered, a refreshing change from an experience at another dealership a long time ago. We will definitely return to Bell Ford next time we buy a new car.

So, for the sake of full disclosure, I did not purchase a vehicle from Bill Brown Ford. However, I did seek this dealer's assistance in resolving a major issue which was caused by the careless pre-sale representations of another dealer. Enter Chris Green, Service Advisor for Bill Brown Ford's Fleet Center. Chris' knowledge was impressive as he quickly grasped the nature of my rather complicated problem and vowed to research and respond with answers and direction at his first opportunity. Though he set expectations that this process might take some time, Chris decided to "front burner" my concerns, persevered and subsequently contacted me with the answers he found later that same day. While these answers were gravely disappointing (i.e., the vehicle's computer programming could not be modified as he initially felt confident that it could), and while I am still left with a monumental shortfall in represented expectation as to this vehicle's fundamental usage and maintenance requirements are concerned, Chris endeavored further to provide at least some alternative "workaround" advice and recommendations which I fully appreciated and certainly intend to use. While I am ultimately saddened to learn that my brand new vehicle has such a substantive deficiency which will result in more maintenance expense and headaches down the line, I cannot say enough about how Chris accepted the challenge to drive this issue to ground for me when no one else would. And so it is with great respect and admiration that I not only recommend Chris but the very dealership who was astute enough to hire and retain such a talented, courteous and customer-focused Service Advisor! Meanwhile, I fully intend to visit Bill Brown Ford for potential future Ford vehicle purchases.

My Ford had broken down on a Sunday in Manistique on the way home. My wife and I ended up spending a unexpected overnight stay. When the service department learned of our situation they went out of their way to work us in on a busy Monday morning. Because they did not have the required parts in storage the mechanic made two runs to auto parts stores to get the required parts and get us back on the road. They seemed more concerned with treating us the way they would want to be treated, and not the bottom line. Gary
