Avoid this dealer. - scott

Avoid this dealer. They don’t help their customer or stand by what they sell. I’m done fighting with them after having problems with a vehicle that had a recall and was in and out of the shop for 2 years and still problems they expect me to pay for now when they just replaced the part last year.

We really enjoyed working with Mark Lawson. - Babs

We really enjoyed working with Mark Lawson. He was very friendly and did not pressure us into buying! Also very knowledgeable!

LaFontaine Ford has always done right by me. - greencd77

LaFontaine Ford has always done right by me. Their technology that allows them to play video of your vehicle coming in and their program that points out and analyzes possible problem areas is awesome! The service coordinator was helpful and kept me informed of the progress. In addition he checked to make sure everything was done correctly.

Dealership lied about a vehicle being sold after a dealer - 2026unhappy

Dealership lied about a vehicle being sold after a dealer trade was requested. Vehicle was confirmed available via text with Heather 5 minutes before dealership requested trade. When asked about the truth, manager Joe did not know I was the customer requesting if vehicle was in stock over the phone until someone interrupted the phone call and he came back on and said it was sold. Northgate is the type of dealership that gives car salespersons the bad rep that usually follows them. Very shady and dishonest.

Dustin was extremely helpful from the time we ordered the - new car

We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had - jbmcgeorge

We bought a 2020 ford edge, and within 2000 miles we had issues with the AWD system. I contacted them and they brought it in and scanded it found out it was a bad sensor on the rear differential. We had not bought the extended warranty, but they were great and covered the whole thing. We will definitely go back again for any more service and if we are in the market for a new car. Keep up the good work Serra Ford Gaylord!!!

I was about to buy an f-150 from my local dealer when I - logan.tait

I was about to buy an f-150 from my local dealer when I decided to check Lasco. I ended up finding an f-350 with a 6.7 power stroke for a few thousand more. I called at 9:01 about the truck and was signing paperwork at 1:00 pm. The experience was amazing, top to bottom.

I scheduled my 2021 F250 for 2 recalls and a service on - spardon

I scheduled my 2021 F250 for 2 recalls and a service on the truck. Dropped it off and the service advisor I am going trip next week .Called at 5 pm and they hadn’t even moved it in to the shop . I own Cummins dealership and I’m. very familiar with service scheduling. They knew this truck was coming well in advance. If you can’t do it RESCHEDULE it. This kind of attitude and communication is exactly why customers quit. I won’t be back

This dealership is a joke. - vallancewilliam

This dealership is a joke. Gave me a lease with open feminine hygiene product. 8 sensors continually go off. Told to fix it myself. Can not work on a car in 1 day takes 4 no loaners no rentals. Service department will laugh in your face and raise their voices. Worst customer service I've ever seen. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS DEALERSHIP IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY

Took My jeep into Browns for a xx oil light, there - Pat Fournier

Took My jeep into Browns for a xx oil light, there incompetent service advisor,Jack,Stated the engine was a catastrophic failure and was was not worth repairing,Recomended scrapping it, or selling it to a Mechanic there named Russ, for a mere 500,Later on, Russ informed me that he put a oil pump and oil pan on it,and it runs great, So for the 225.00 inspection fee, I received a INCOMPATANT DIAGNOSIS,CAUSING ME TO BE RIPPED OFF OF MY JEEP LIBERTY The whole experience at Brown Motors, Left me with a bitter taste, As I feel I was outright deceived and Ripped Off,I will never go there again, And I wouldn't BUY ANYTHING from there stealership

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right - jack38m

The sales staff were friendly and did everything right when it came to closing it was a very unpleasant experience . The person who processed the paperwork started telling us everything that can go wrong with this beautiful vehicle belittling the Lincoln name which I highly respect he was pushing to sell us extended warranties starting at 2500 dollars. He told us there is nothing better and that I had to make a decision right now. Of course that made me just want to get away from him figuring that it must be a very large commission for him. So when we got home with the car my wife is questioning if this is a good vehicle what’s going to break. We have had much discussion of what to do and after I thought about it I decided to put tit in the hands of the dealer. So I sent them my complaints and at this point they asked me to provide a review which I am, happy to provide. I have no idea if or when they will tell me something to make me feel better. I believe this a good dealer with a bad employee/. At least I hope they didnt train him to torment buyers.

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman - edwardwithers035

I will never purchase another vehicle from any Feldman dealership. I took my 2018 Ford Expedition Max in to have my A/C fixed last June. They allegedly replaced the condenser and refilled the freon. However, a month or so later, my A/C is running hot again. I was told that if it runs hot again, it probably has a pin hole in it somewhere and to bring it back and they would run the dye through it to locate the leak. At the time, they tried to coerce me to pay out of pocket for this repair but the A/C was still under warranty and I ended up not paying anything. However, it ran hot a month or so later but due to me coaching, and teaching, it took some months before I could make an appointment to get my truck back in for repairs. Each time I tried to make an appointment, I was told that they were short staffed and I would have to leave my vehicle for several days just for them to look at. I asked for a loaner and was told they do not have any. I tried again this past June and was told the same thing. This was repeated when I was at the dealership today. I was also told today that the A/C is no longer under warranty and in addition to the wait with no loaner, I would have to pay out of pocked. This is unacceptable business
