I called this dealer to inquire about an F450 for sale on several external websites. I had the pleasure of dealing with Darrell. He was very vehicle informed, great communicator and listened to me. He asked for some product info from me which I sent.
In less then an hour he asked if his manager could join a phone conversation to run through some numbers. I agreed. Darrell manager was great to deal with well-spoken, knew his the product and had no fear of backing up his words with validating documentation. I highly recommend this dealer. Even though we were unable to cut a deal I will definitely give them another shot in 3 years.

Friendly, fast and efficient service. Needed an oil change on short notice. They got me same day changed oil and filter and also rotated my tires.

took car in to find a short and get alignment done. $529 ok. then when it's done and ready to pick up the shifter is messed up and won't go into drive right. worked just fine when I had it but now they want another$1100 to replace parts. yep, I had them recommended but changed it to Not recommend

Our 2017 Escape was in for a small accident. Took 2 weeks due to a back ordered part, not Imlay City Fords fault. My issues with them though include multiple non returned phone calls, they promised a vehicle to drive and never came through, rude customer service when I could get my service guy on the phone, and they left greasy hand prints all over the inside of my car. I will not be back.

I went in for some recalls on my vehicle and some programs being offered. The service technician that waited on me was rude and got sarcastic. Did not appreciate being talked to in this way. Will not go back to Cole.

Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

I was having them put a new engine wiring harness on my 2007 ford mustang. where it hooks up to my transmission was a stuck . they broke the hook up on the transmission and they told that I had to pay them to fix what they broke . I called them and said when I come in I wanted to talked to the manager and he was not there. the service guys shows me the connector they pulled out but not the part that they broke . cost me $900 to have there mess up fix

You should note the change from the earlier rating. I won't go into a long explanation of the miss-communications that led to the earlier rating but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Even though the problem appeared minor it is a very expensive repair so it is understandable that the dealership would proceed with caution. Hopefully Ford will appreciate dealers like Great Lakes that once all the facts are clear go the extra mile to keep Ford owners happy.

In October of 2011 I purchased a Lincoln MKX off the used lot at Pfeiffer. I got a great price and the experience was wonderful. It took all of an hour to go in, buy the vehicle which included finance and a trade in. I purchased the MKX for 3K less than anywhere else advertised in town and way less than bluebook retail, out the door. I have also since serviced my Lincoln at Pfeiffer. There service department is phenomenal. They are quick, friendly, courteous, and thorough. I have since had my wife start taking her car their. I highly recommend this dealer for both car buying and service.

There are people that tell you not to go to the dealerships because of pricing I am telling you not to go to this dealership due to the rudness of their service team!! They dont stand behind the product that they sell and they almost blamed me for the car not starting after they had worked on it and supposidly fixed the issue!! I am very disappointed in their attitude and recommend that if you want to get quality warrenty work do not go to them for service!!
