A very special case - E3Dmond
I’ve bought Fords here in the past, however our latest purchases were a Dodge Journey and Jeep Cherokee (obviously not Fords). But because of the great service we still still bring these in for oil changes every time they’re needed. The free carwash at the end seals the deal for us. These guys here are great, especially Kevin and Cal.
Timing is everything! - cancermoon69
I had such a good experience with the purchase of my first truck from them it only made sense to come back to see what deals they were offering and I'm xxxx sure glad that I did! I found the truck of my dreams and they had just recently knocked $500.00 off the price. Like they say timing is everything!
Very Happy With My Subaru Purchase AND Fox Marquette - dianel
I was searching for a smaller vehicle and I wanted a Subaru. I called and spoke to Ryan. I had found lately that few salesmen actually followed through and called back when they found something I might like. Ryan did call back. Ryan went above and beyond and found me the car in the color I wanted. Ryan made arrangements for the car to be brought from another State to Fox and let me check it out.
I fell in love with the car :). I also had an amazing experience with the Finance Department. I worked with David and he was amazing I was able, thanks to David, to get an amazing interest rate, keep my car payment in the range I needed AND I was able to get the extended warranty, and heated seats I wanted installed.
Everyone at Fox Marquette was pleasant and willing to work with me. I highly recommend if you are interested in purchasing a vehicle that you go see Ryan and for financing ask for David. You won't regret it!
Excellent service and repair work, but work delayed - Tom313
I've gone to this dealership since I bought my car in 2011. I've always had good service...the intake staff is very friendly and professional. They've gotten to know me by name and will pick me up at my apartment and drop me off as needed, which adds to the sense of personal service. My last repair was replacing a clutch and my vehicle was at the dealership and out of commision for about 7 or 8 business days and they didn't have a rental to use. It was very inconvenient. This is a minor complaint for this many years of service. I will continue to use them.
Chrysler Pacifica Oil Change - Pacifica cruzer
Dean Arbor Ford in Alpena provided an oil change on my Chrysler Pacifica last Saturday. The dealership is very knowledgeable and professional in their dealings with me for these maintenance procedures. They are also very expeditious at getting these done quickly and thoroughly either on time or ahead of time.
Bought vehicle - Jeff
Made it easy for us, very comfortable family like atmosphere. We loved our experience and would highly recommended Pauli Ford for your next vehicle purchase.
This is my second vehicle leased from Crest. - Little Susie
In the early summer of 2017 I contacted Costco Auto program and was connected to Crest from Costco. I was very pleased with the sales staff upon my initial visit and worked with Chris Tessmer. He was a delight to work with, not pushy,, very accommodating, accepted my request for specific items that I needed in a vehicle and was not the least bit concerned that what I wanted meant having to place a special order. Within 6 weeks that vehicle arrived, was prepped for me and ready for delivery when I arrived.
I loved that vehicle and so, when the lease expiration date was getting near, I checked out some other vehicles before deciding that they didn't meet my needs and wishes, so I went back to Crest to see Chris and happily he presented me with another MKC, almost exactly like what I was going to be turning in. He did some numbers figuring and we came to comfortable terms. There was someone else also interested in that vehicle that they currently had on their lot, but I was not worried. Chris had checked online first and told me that there was another one exactly like the one he brought out for me to see and drive. The other custormer's sales person had tagged it as soon as I arrived back from my test drive; Chris was upset about that, but reassured me that there is one on a truck and would be arriving by July 15. I was not worried because I didn't need to turn in my car until August 15. I just wanted to know that I would have a car to come home with after I released my 2017 to Crest.
To my surprise the following morning Chris called me to tell me that my new car had arrived already. When would I like to pick it up? He suggested the next morning so that it could be prepped for me. I said I would be able to come any time after 1:00. so we agreed on 3:00.
I arrived at 3:00, met with Chris, gave him everything that he needed, including my vehicle, and then I met with Angie, the person who handles all the paperwork for the lease. After that Chris took me out to my new MKC, programmed my phone into this vehicle, programmed the digital security panel for locking and unlocking the doors and also programmed Lincoln Way into my cellphone. guided me out of the garage, and handed me a beautiful, colorful bouquet of flowers, and told me to call him if I have any questions or problems. I knew that I wouldn't have any problems, but maybe some questions after getting more acquainted with the new features or features that were different than I had in the 2017 MKC. And off I went, in my very comfortable new 2019 MKC. I felt at home driving this new vehicle and just had to get used to it being a different color exterior. I really wanted the same color as my first MKC but that color wasn't available this year. Once I got home and away from everything, I could see that this was also a very pretty color and I know that I will be happy with this color choice too.
I never had any problems with the 2017 MKC and do not expect to have any problems with this one either. Other than taking the 2017 MKC into the Crest service department for its oil changes and tire rotations, I had only one problem; it was a leak of some kind. I called them immediately and someone came to pick up the car and bring me a loaner. The loaner was clean and fueled and ready for me that very same day. It turned out that they needed to order a replacement part so they had my car for a week. When it was repaired, I was contacted and I opted to drive the loaner back to the dealership and pick up my own vehicle.
I would not hesitate to work with Chris, and Crest in the future, nor would I hesitate to recommend Crest and Chris to other people in the market for a new vehicle. He and the dealership are very pleasant to do business with and do not take advantage of their customers, at least I should say that they didn't take advantage of me.
LEASING EXPERIENCE! - niarol1941PEG
I have recently leased a Ford Escape from Cole Ford Lincoln in Coldwater. The experience was very pleasant and professional. I am very pleased with my Escape it handles perfectly for me and I am looking forward to enjoying many trips in the future. I was pleased with the sales specialist Kim Welch and my time the with manager Erwin Kendrick was positive. I will recommend this dealership to all who are looking for a knew or used vehicle.

Great customer service and communication - JR.Nicholson
I called this dealer to inquire about an F450 for sale on several external websites. I had the pleasure of dealing with Darrell. He was very vehicle informed, great communicator and listened to me. He asked for some product info from me which I sent.
In less then an hour he asked if his manager could join a phone conversation to run through some numbers. I agreed. Darrell manager was great to deal with well-spoken, knew his the product and had no fear of backing up his words with validating documentation. I highly recommend this dealer. Even though we were unable to cut a deal I will definitely give them another shot in 3 years.
Excellent service! - Carol1
Your service department has great gentlemen working there- very helpful and did a nice job repairing my car. Michael Schmidt was really patient explaining what he would do to fix my explorer. I live in Ga but always come here when in Mi to have my SUV serviced
Courtesy Car Wash - swheel00
Rated customer service average, reason is because of the courtesy car wash. I rather not have the car washed if you are unable to dry.
Great staff 👍 - Jayne
Went in for parts. Not only did the manager help me but he was very kind. I've sent friends there and they thanked me😊 Service Dept was also just as helpful and knowledgeable.
worst service ever, morally bankrupt idiots - dj7777777
after horrible electrical issues on my new car, which i had within the first week, these morons had 5 plus years to fix it under warranty. this car is paid for mind you. i honored my end of the contacts. the electrical issues continue and are pretty broad. from stalling out to randomly turning on and off radio a/c monitor freaking out , windows shorting out, etc. etc. its a clear lemon and all they could say for five years was sorry our computers say there's nothing wrong.... flash forward to warranty expiring, its definitely an electrical issue and its gonna be time consuming and expensive. so these morons called me a liar for years as if i had nothing better to do with my priceless time than spend it at a xxxxxxxx service center then all of a sudden conveniently when the warranty expires.... its a problem. this place and its people are a bad joke not worthy of anyone's time energy or especially hard earned money... if you hear different run for your life they are liars...
Service department is terrible. - UNHAPPY WITH FOX
We purchased a used “pre-certified” Lincoln from Fox Grand Traverse. We also purchased EVERY SINGLE extended warranty they offered. Originally they addressed a few minor issues. After that, best of luck. The responses from our service person, Eric were horrible. He gives vague answers at best. If you are given an expected time frame double (if not triple) the time to get your issue worked out. I had taken the Lincoln in the following Tuesday after Thanksgiving 2018. I did not get my car until after the New Year, with some of our issues unresolved.
Early March 2019, we call to tell them a part fell off our car. Responses were vague and inconclusive for three weeks. Which we were told by Eric to “just swing in and drop off the part and we’ll get it ordered”. We dropped off the part. Three weeks later, we have yet to hear from Fox. We inquire with Eric again. He states that he will “re-order” it and that it should be in the next day or two. Again, no call to tell us it had arrived. Again, we inquire and service department tells us to stop in anytime and they will pop the new part right on. We stop in and are presented with a bill for the part. We were never told we would be charged.
Fox’s pre-certified claim, along with each and every extended warranty should be addressing these issues.
Great Lakes Ford of Ludington made it right! - tlg1941
You should note the change from the earlier rating. I won't go into a long explanation of the miss-communications that led to the earlier rating but everything has been resolved to my satisfaction. Even though the problem appeared minor it is a very expensive repair so it is understandable that the dealership would proceed with caution. Hopefully Ford will appreciate dealers like Great Lakes that once all the facts are clear go the extra mile to keep Ford owners happy.
I did a lease buy-out and new Fusion Purchase - ddomsten
Thank you to Matthew Kahlo for follow-through in making a lease buy-out and purchase of a new 2014 Fusion come together. I appreciated his manner, his "can-do" attitude, and his going the extra mile in pulling a somewhat complicated transaction together.

In October of 2011 I purchased a Lincoln MKX off the used lot at Pfeiffer. I got a great price and the experience was wonderful. It took all of an hour to go in, buy the vehicle which included finance and a trade in. I purchased the MKX for 3K less than anywhere else advertised in town and way less than bluebook retail, out the door. I have also since serviced my Lincoln at Pfeiffer. There service department is phenomenal. They are quick, friendly, courteous, and thorough. I have since had my wife start taking her car their. I highly recommend this dealer for both car buying and service.
sales dept desperatelylacking. Parts and service were great - Wifeloves2shop
Poorly treated by two different new car salesmen on 2 separate occasions. The salesman today had little to no interest in helping me. I walked in with the intention of buying and paying cash for a new Volvo. I could tell right away that he has no desire to help me. Very condescending.
In past when visiting the service department, I'm treated wonderfully. The parts department was especially helpful. It's because of parts and service that I will refrain from leaving only 1 star. Also Naz has always been very nice and helpful.

There are people that tell you not to go to the dealerships because of pricing I am telling you not to go to this dealership due to the rudness of their service team!! They dont stand behind the product that they sell and they almost blamed me for the car not starting after they had worked on it and supposidly fixed the issue!! I am very disappointed in their attitude and recommend that if you want to get quality warrenty work do not go to them for service!!
