I was a customer at Park Place Audi for some over due maintenance on my 2008 Audi TT. The work was done in great detail and professionalism. Did not purchase. Jon Henry, however, was next-level helpful. I inquired about a couple of cars they had and he was a pleasure to talk to. Very honest, helpful, thorough and funny. Once it became clear they didn't have a car that would work for me, he was still very friendly and helpful. The pièce de rèsistance came when I had a question about a car that wasn't even at his dealership. He asked me to call him at home - on his off day - and chat about a car he wasn't even going to be able to sell me. VERY COOL!!! So yeah, Jon Henry is a super stand-up guy. I'd buy a car in a heartbeat from him if he had one to sell me. :)

I had a great experience at Audi Richfield. I came in as the typical tire kicker deciding whether an SQ5 was the right vehicle for me. They were very accommodating and did not hard sell or make me feel bad for being just an interested potential customer. I did my research and came back and bought my SQ5 from them a few days later. Mark Green was my sales representative and was a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated his honest discussions about the vehicles. I would highly suggest looking Mark up if you are interested in an Audi.
