Service center is pretty awful to deal with. Brought... - MNJanuary
Service center is pretty awful to deal with. Brought vehicle in that we bought from the dealership side for detailing and rust proofing. Vehicle came back with a scuff, splotchy film STUCK on it and powder coating all over (in cracks, lines, etc) and they didn't include the weather tech mats we were told, either. In fact, we got ZERO mats we were to receive in the package purchased with the car (a $1399 package cost!) Service Center staff constantly kept brushing me off back to our salesguy, our salesguy and finance staff told us to connect with service center manager. Left several messages via phone for service center manager name I was given - as well as physically stopping in in-person a few times. Service manager has NEVER in months returned any calls, nor was he there any of the times I went there with the vehicle (conveniently he had always "left early" or had an emergency that day)! Maybe some bad luck or timing but doubtful over the span of a couple months. Not even sure at this point if the man even exists. Either way, got the vehicle back in after being told from the first pickup that mistakes would be corrected - only to get vehicle back with mats that don't fit, the scuff still there and a wrong sized wiper blade on it! At pickup, I pointed out that the wiper was the wrong size (I could visually see it was too big) and the service desk staff said "well my tech said it's the right one and installed it". I turned on the wiper for the guy and said check it out. The wiper then got stuck in the rear window because it's well...TOO BIG. The guy offered ZERO solution right then. Just said "Oh" and referred us back to our salesguy!!! No "our bad, let's get the right size" or "come back next week and we'll put a new one in"
NOTHING other than: "holler at your salesguy and see what he can do". Guess what the salesguy can do? Nothing really...because he's not the service center. Imagine that. So from our customer viewpoint, it looks as though service doesn't want to correct their poor service or mistakes. A customer shouldn't have to wait months and reach out numerous times or be tossed from person to person to get service and results. Finance had even goofed on our sales contract prior and best believe they contacted us every way (even sending someone by our home - kinda creepy) but for us to get proper service/issues corrected it has been a run-around. We're really disappointed and now questioning our choice of dealership. Our salesguy was great, by the way, but everything else has been lackluster and a HUGE hassle.
