I did not have an appointment. My power steering hose was leaking. I stopped by the dealership. I was desperate. Even though I did not have an appointment, Mr. Mattson accepted my car. I explained the problem. Mr. Mattson offered to look at my car. Mr. Mattson is a perfect human being, and a superb service adviser. He said that this could be a $600 repair, and he added," let's see what we can do". He looked at my car and called upon a technician. The technician's name is Mr. Tristan. He started looking at my car. While I was talking with Mr. Mattson, the technician returned and said," the problem is fixed". I could not believe it. My leaking hose was fixed. In addition, Mr. Mattson did not charge me. Mr. Mattson and Tristan are great human beings and really knowledgeable. I can only say, "Mr. Mattson, thank you, and Mr. Tristan, thank you." Thanks to Kia of Bloomington.

We were vacationing near Duluth and hit a deer. The service department inspected my Kia, tightened a loose turn signal and reassured me that I could continue driving my car and finish our vacation before taking it to our body shop back home. They were very professional, timely and friendly. After the upset of our collision with the deer, we were very relieved to have such a pleasant ending to our day.

Have not yet purchased a vehicle from here, but am impressed with their service department and technicians. I purchased a used 2018 F150 Platinum with 22K miles on it from another dealer earlier this year. The LKS / Auto High Beam camera was not working. Even though the vehicle is covered under a couple warranties, the other dealership was unwilling to replace that camera and was unable to repair it. I brought the vehicle to Cornerstone Ford with a front left wheel bearing issue which they confirmed and repaired under warranty. They also repaired the LKS / Auto High Beam camera stating it simply was not correctly seated into it's bracket. Both LKS and Auto High Beam now work properly. Kudos to Cornerstone Ford. Courteous staff, good technicians. Easy to work with and good communication through the service process. I would have rated excellent had they verified the wheel alignment after replacing the wheel bearing as the vehicle does drift slightly left. However, I didn't specifically ask for that.

Had a accident with my Pearl white Buick. Because my Insurance company had recommended Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park i went there. Set up work to be done, took 1 week to finish. Upon picking my car up it looked alright until i arrived home and parked in my garage.. At which time i seen 2 different colors of paint from the orginal to Morries new paint and the grill/ hood body line was not straight by any means. By the way it took them 3 times to get this straight, which should have been done right the first time. After all they are supposed to be professionals. Every person that looked at the car could see the different paint except for the people at Morries body works. Went back to the body shop and told them my concerns, there excuse was plastic parts look differnt than metal parts, but one metal fender that was replaced was still not any different than the plastic parts painted by Morries Body works. They tried to cover up there poor selection of paint color by as they said feathering the new color onto the hood and passenger door. Which did not work by any means.On my second trip back to complain about the color difference they started telling me i was not seeing what i was seeing and that the color was right, afraid not. Finally i was feed up with there BSing me and telling me i was not seeing what i see, many excuses. I told them i would be taking the car else where... My feelings are stay away from Morries Body works in Brooklyn Park.
