The one they call Barry, yeah, joke! The finance guy, Traverse, joke number 2. 3 weeks in the waiting for a done deal. Returning the car because Barry can't fix the problem. He is your typical salesman. All about himself. Traverse needs a calculator to count his toes. Stay away!! Very far away!!

Had to have body work done due to hitting a deer and the work was done great, but then the problems began when i picked it up and my steering wheel was shaking and pulling. I went back and they tried to tell me that the back left tire was locked up and that was the reason why, (they did due a test and it did show it was out of alignment) they also said two items showed up that were wrong under there diagnostic testing but they would need to have further checks on it (they wanted money). I told them that I new i was needing front brakes but my Dealer-Frank Leta Honda said i still had a little time, when i saw the back wheel not moving I called and made an appointment right away to have it looked at. So here I sit at the Honda dealer and the back wheel was not frozen as i was told, further diagnostic testing did not need to be done per the Honda Dealer due to the engine light not coming on and no other indicators on. I did had cracked bushings and they told me the alignment should have NEVER BEEN DONE with that. So my conclusion is that they were trying to sell me something i didn't need and did something that should not have been done. I tried to call and speak to the Service Manager but the male individual transfered me to Paul who is not even in the Service Department. I drive a Honda for a reason and Frank Leta is honest and doesn't try to cheat there customers, I will never recommend ANYONE to use the Service Department at Behlmann's or buy a vehicle. I actually bought a brand new truck from Marquitz and used there service Department and it was nothing like these clowns. Hopefully, they will align my Honda correctly tomorrow and I can be done. I would recommend anyone to go to Frank Leta and purchase there next vehicle.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Belton Auto Credit. Ron (who is sadly retired) was beyond amazing with our first vehicle. Never felt pressured in to buying and always friendly and helpful. Jim has been great with our second vehicle, again friendly and helpful. Never had problems with either vehicle that was not easily and quickly taken care of. Jason and Sean (mechanics) go above and beyond in helping with repairs or just simple questions i may have regarding either vehicle, one of which is already paid off. I have recommended BAC and will continue to do so.

My son took his car in for repair (2nd time dor the same issue) and the backup lights stopped working when he left. He took it back in and they said he needed an under hood fuse block for $500. We took it to another dealership and they replaced a blown fuse. The backup lights work now. Don’t use this dealership!

We brought our 2019 GMC Acadia in for service for a transmission that was shifting badly. They advised that there was nothing wrong with it but the service write up advises they replaced the top end of the transmission. We then brought it elsewhere to have the issue resolved on the first visit. They also later advised that they don’t believe any work had been done by Bommarito.
Fast forward 3 months I decided to give Bommarito another chance after my other car (2019 GMC Terrain) was having some issues with the turbo charger. I called and set up an appointment then showed up to that appointment. The service advisor told me they couldn’t find me so they handed me over to the guy that knew about my appointment (Grant Cecil). Right off the bat this guy wanted to argue by telling me I showed up for the wrong appointment which I had an appointment for. Then he turned around and told me that if it’s the turbocharger that I will be paying for the service out of pocket (even though we have remaining power train warranty and extended bumper to bumper). I told the guy that I shouldn’t owe anything out of pocket and he just kept digging and arguing. Then I just said it is what it is and asked for the loaner car they promised. Another service advisor said no rental was available but they could get me a ride to the airport. Grant came back and said no way they are taking me to the airport because it exceeds the 10 mile service area. At this point in time I knew that we weren’t going anywhere fast so I decided to leave and call another GMC dealer who made sure that I would get my SUV in for service and guaranteed that I would pay no out of pocket. They even took a car out of inventory to make sure I had transportation while they repair my car.
A short while later I called the service manager Pat Robertson and made him aware of what’s going on. Pat then did a little research and first told me that Grant was wrong and the Turbocharger is covered as a part of the factory warranty but did not apologize for his guy going rogue and arguing with me and did not even address them wasting my time at 8am on a Monday showing up for a a scheduled appointment that they accidentally entered on the wrong date. I told him that this is the second time I’ve had an issue with Grant and I need something to make sure it doesn’t happen again or it will be the last time I do business with any of Frank Bommarito’s companies and he responded by saying “I’m sorry to hear that.” And we ended our conversation.
Again, Suntrup Buick GMC quickly answered my call and took care of me without a question of a doubt. Save your time and money and stay far away from Bommarito.

Wow! We experienced exceptional service! Not only did they look at my truck immediately- they searched for the new water pump, found it and installed it as soon as possible. He and his guys even stayed late on a Friday night just so that we could get back on the road. Larry even took it a step farther by loaning us his own personal car to grab a quick bite to eat while we were waiting. I have to say that Larry and his guys made a bad situation so much better with the kindness he showed my wife and I. Thank you so much Larry and Staff for the exceptional service!! Highly recommend them!!
