Over the past 3 years ii have purchased a used 23 3LT Stringray,, new 23 Tahoe,, 24 and 26 3LT Stingrays. Rick Gerber has been the Salesman on all of them. When he was unavailable Bart and Al have been a Stringray,, new 23 Tahoe,, 24 and 26 3LT Stingrays. Rick Gerber has been the Salesman on all of them. The only complaint I have is with Chevrolet Corporate doing away with the paper manuals and double dipping on Museum Delivery and still charging for dealership delivery. More

I bring all of my vehicles here for oil changes and maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten maintenance. Last time they failed to tighten all of my lugnuts and only noticed when I herd one bouncing around in my wheel cap. I go to tighten them and find 2 others I can tighten by hand. This time I make an appointment and not only did prices double but was stuck waiting for 2 hours. I asked them to fix my marked up wheels on tge car but they wouldn't or even take some money off to make the deal better but they didn't do that either. They did fix the hail damage on car. I can see a clear difference in the darkness of the window tint on car and sapaugh wouldn't budge on giving me a deal with tge window tint. I was told my wheels could be found on ebay and that the wheels were cheap( that wasn't true). If anyone does read these reviews my name is Timothy Stassel and I bought a 2017 gmc acadia if sapaugh would fix the wheels that have chrome peeling from them that'd be great! And I would give them a 5 star rating but for now I can't because my expectations weren't met. More
