My experience has been terrible. If I could give a negative review I would. There was a problem that needed to be fixed which wasn't made known to me and I thought we had worked out a deal where they would take care of part of it and I would pay for the majority. They sent me to a body shop and asked for a copy of the estimate so they could take it there. I left the car with them, trusting that the work would be done as they said. When I got it back the bumper had been replaced with the wrong color bumper. I took it to the body shop, thinking it wasn't right but couldn't believe they would let such an obvious mistake leave their shop. I found out that it was never taken to their shop, even though I was charged as though it had been, and actually more than the original estimate. I have contacted Subaru again and asked to have it made right. The body shop said they would call them as well. If I hadn't checked with them I would have thought it was their fault and never used their shop again. I don't recommend doing business with Subaru in Great Falls and will never do business there again. I'm sorry to have to say that and normally don't post reviews, but the experience was so bad I had to. I tried negotiating and was ready to leave it at that until this happened with the repair. I can understand a mistake, it happens to everyone now and then. But I can't believe it was done this way mistakenly.
