The only( small) headache was the on line scheduling system lost my reservation. That's not the Service guys fault and Don went out of his way to clear up the appointment and get me in. Next time I will just call to schedule my appointment.

Went to this dealer when I moved here a year ago for general maintenance and said I would never be back due to the bad experience. Was hesitant when they called about bringing car in for a recall issue but decided to go. Glad I did. The changes are 180 degrees. Now has a friendly staff both in maintenance and sales that makes you feel comfortable without being rude or pushy. Probably have regained my business as I have been driving to the dealership in Bozeman 150 miles away for service. Will be glad to keep things local with professional and courteous service. 😎

This is our 2nd Subaru purchase. Our experience at the first (unnamed) dealership left me feeling like we were a number to them. Not wanting to be treated like a number, I contacted Don K Subaru, and thank God, Anthony "AJ" Juliano answered the phone. He had exactly what we were looking for, and I reserved the vehicle (sight unseen) on the spot. We were not disappointed!!! AJ went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure our satisfaction. He worked diligently with us through several minor road-blocks. At the end of the day, my wife drove us home in her 2018 CrossTrek!!! Kudos to Mark (manager), and Josh (finance).

First time dealing with gallatin Subaru on 9-5, and will never deal with that shop again. Had a recall situation on passenger airbag, and was told 2 hours. At 2 hours no call. 3 no call, 4 no call. I called at 4 hours and was told for 15 minutes by a dummy named mike that he had no paperwork on my vehicle. After finally figuring out his error, He then told me the car would be another hour before finished. This shop is unprofessional and uncaring and I was made to feel unwanted and unimportant. My advice is to find another shop. MM3 Graves USN.
