I bought a use three year old CRV with only 40,000 miles - Good Old Quap

I bought a use three year old CRV with only 40,000 miles and two days later discovered that there was no owner's manual or Honda key fob (after market one did not actuate all functions). SAles Manager, Kat, ordered a new owner's manual and got me a refund of $245 for the new key fob I bought. This is truly beyond expectations.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had at a car dealer. Went in to see about purchase of a new car and since they didn't have any, they pushed used cars on me. Salesman and finance person did not know the advertised price of cars. It was in fact a little odd and kinda scary how they acted. I wouldn't set foot in that place again or any dealership under the Butte Auto dealerships. It was comparable only to a sales pitch from the carnival people at the fair. very poor. Avoid.

Best Ford Dealership I have ever been too. All employee were awesome. But particularly Nicole, the lady who was working the check in at the service desk. I was 10 hours from home on a trip to Helena when my truck broke down. Limped it into the dealership and talked with Nicole. Not only did she help me right away, she actually diagnosed the problem before they ran the diagnosis. She knew here stuff. This dealership was busy with appointments and still found a way to get me in. And they did it in half the time they told me it would take. Having Nicole up front and her mechanic knowledge, lets me know that the mechanics doing the work must really know their stuff. And they all showed that!!! Thank You for making my vacation to Helena Great!!!
