Excellent service for my Miata. - Zipron5
Excellent service for my Miata. Normal service, full safety check. Plus factory recall update. This was done with a very thorough inspection at arrival; an estimate for the service that was accurate. Completed in a most timely manner. In addition a navigation system correction is needed and a recommendation/estimate that is accurate was provided.
I was treated like the queen I am. - Jazzij1747
I was treated like the queen I am. They listened to what I needed and what I wanted in a vehicle. My sales rep James was new but knew exactly what questions to ask me. He was professional and caring. He answered all of my millions of questions. If you really want to be treated like family or royalty you need to go straight to Findlay Kia on Sahara. I am a repeat customer. I was fortunate to lease a 2024 Kia Sorento HEV black Friday 2023. Unfortunately my car was totalled April of this year. My car did exactly what it was supposed to.....kept my daughter and granddaughter safe. So now I am in a 2925 Kia Sorento Hev and I love it as much ir more than the 2024. So, if you are looking for a great dealership Findlay Kia on Sahara is where you should go.

I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with... - SeanS
I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with but I do recall the lousy way I was treated when purchasing my Mitsubishi Galant. The deal wasn't bad, but when I inquired about the missing remote for the keyless entry, I was given the runaround because the dealer didn't want to give me a replacement. THERE IS NO KEY ENTRY FOR THE TRUNK! The only way to access it easily is with the remote. I fianally convinced them to get me one, but the salesman wrote up the work order for another KEY! It finally took a floor manager charging the remote to the xxxxxxx salesman to get one ordered. A+ to management, but that salesman needs to be fired.
