I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with but I do recall the lousy way I was treated when purchasing my Mitsubishi Galant. The deal wasn't bad, but when I inquired about the missing remote for the keyless entry, I was given the runaround because the dealer didn't want to give me a replacement. THERE IS NO KEY ENTRY FOR THE TRUNK! The only way to access it easily is with the remote. I fianally convinced them to get me one, but the salesman wrote up the work order for another KEY! It finally took a floor manager charging the remote to the scumbag salesman to get one ordered. A+ to management, but that salesman needs to be fired.
