Right car, Right price - GFH
Had a very pleasant experience purchasing a Kia Optima Hybrid. Technically used, but only 700 miles. Great price. Thank you Jeremy Parke. Very satisfied with the purchase experience.

Amazing Service!!! - jaywash
We had the pleasure of working with Cliff Goins. He was very friendly and very easy to talk to. Cliff listened to our car needs and was able to find us a car that looks great with an affordable payment. We highly recommend going to Jim Marsh Kia and ask for Cliff. I know we will be going back for future purchases.

Terrible Communication And Accountability - BurnedByFindlayKia
We purchased a Certified, Pre-owned Sedona and it broke down two days later. Findlay Kia in Vegas has been very lax in resolving this problem, returning calls or keeping us informed. Another Kia dealer found new motor mounts were not bolted securely. Engine runs very rough and blackens spark plugs. Still not resolved! I value the Kia brand, but after TWO bad experiences with Findlay St. George and this one in Vegas, I do not trust Findlay Kia to provide timely service and be accountable or concerned about the expense or stress their behavior causes.
Outstanding auto service, and impeccable customer service! - Mel
In this day of most business seeking to make the quick dollar, it is amazingly refreshing to find a dealership that provide excellent automotive service for your vehicle and genuinely attempt to make EVERY visit feel like family! ED in the service dept is exceptional, and I challenge anyone to find a more professional and courteous service manager anywhere. Each service visit has been completed with unsurpassed quality, and you're fully informed of procedures along the way and given real recommendations for upcoming or needed work. Outstanding Job!!
I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with... - SeanS
I cannot recall the name of the salesperson I dealt with but I do recall the lousy way I was treated when purchasing my Mitsubishi Galant. The deal wasn't bad, but when I inquired about the missing remote for the keyless entry, I was given the runaround because the dealer didn't want to give me a replacement. THERE IS NO KEY ENTRY FOR THE TRUNK! The only way to access it easily is with the remote.
I fianally convinced them to get me one, but the salesman wrote up the work order for another KEY!
It finally took a floor manager charging the remote to the scumbag salesman to get one ordered.
A+ to management, but that salesman needs to be fired.
