When I came to the dealership, I had no intentions of getting another vehicle, then I met Vince Deprofio. I expressed to him that I had no intentions of changing vehicles, and I told him what it would take just to make me consider making a change. Well, in a very professional, and personal manner he met and exceeded all of my conditions. Though I loved my CC, I am very happy to be in a new Jetta. I think that the pleasant and courteous way in which I was treated went a long way in helping me make this decision...but the price was right too. My hat's off to all those I encountered in this experience, it was a great one.

Impressive repair on a tough problem to diagnose and a difficult job to fix. I thought that my car door was rattling, but Crestmont discovered that it was the sunroof instead, which they disassembled and reassembled and now my car glides along smoothly and silently.
Failed emissions test repair - Nelson Couto
Several service visits. Union VW could not fix. Several trips back into DMV and back to Union VW. Last trip was sent a pic of a passed emissions test noting all is ok. Called VW of America for guidance . Lost faith in Union VW. Drove to Doulas VW in Summit NJ. They isolated the issue and fixed the issue same day. Also their test revealed a failed vs passed test . Called the Union VW service manager and left a message . Never received a call back. Very unprofessional. Called the service manager not to complain but to update so he is aware of the issue with his service team. Lack of caring just lost Union VW all future sales and service visits. Sad . I would expect more from VW. Hope the owners of Union VW read this review . Shame on you Union VW for terrible service and a team unable stand up to VW standards. .

The service guys are always super nice at the counter. I never get overcharged for random things. I few times they have thrown things in free of charge. They have squeezed me in on Saturdays more than once which is really so kind. They have a great waiting room with water, coffee etc. Honestly, we moved away but I go out of my way to go back to them for the service because its that good. Nothing much ever goes wrong with my Jetta but Gensinger is a terrific place to get service. I have had great experiences there.

Worst customer service, incompetent employees and liars. Sales person lied to us saying we get free oil changes when in fact it was added to the base price. Went to have a remote start installed in my new 2021 Jetta. I live over 30 miles away, so I made sure they had the kit in stock. I was there for over 1 1/2 hours then I was told the kit was not compatible with my vehicle, I was told “you can pick your car up” no further explanation. The service adviser told me that the low tire pressure indicator was because “the tire was bad” when in fact the tire had a screw in the thread. They wanted me to buy a new tire saying “the tire couldn’t be repaired”. I told them to just plug it. Reluctantly they did so and wanted to charge me $30.00. I had to speak to the service manager for awhile and then he offered to wave the $30.00 but told me I was out of luck with getting a remote start they didn’t know if or when it would be available. The 45 min drive to and from my home and the 1 1/2 waiting for nothing, time I will never get back. I’m only left with the bad experience with Trend Motors dealership. I would never recommend to anyone going there.

An absolutely awful experience. After being quoted what the repairs would cost and the amount of time it would take to complete them, they went 3 weeks and $1,000 over what was quoted. After I picked the car up it still wasn't fixed. They tried to force the wrong wiring in the repaired rear door causing the window not to work and the car unable to lock. The wheels were left not properly aligned causing the car to shake at speeds over 50mph. I ended up spending over another $1,000 at a place that actually knows what they are doing.
While the car was there over 10 calls were left unreturned. You're better off taking your car literally any where else.

Great people, horrible experience though.
After negotiating and having a great time talking with the staff, everything went downhill.. the numbers we were promised were no where close to what our contract said. The poor finance guy was the last to meet us at 8pm after everyone else was done for the day but they had taken forever to complete our paperwork (we had sent in all our paperwork since 8am, prior to getting there). We finally get the agreement and the poor guy can’t explain anything because the sales ppl gave us all the wrong information and he was stuck giving us the bad news that the numbers promised were all BS because no one calculated anything correctly.
At this point we had waited forever, and decided to take the car and take the higher monthly bill, as we were so done with our horrible experience.
But it gets better..
After 4 and a half months, I am finally getting my registration and plates. How does no one have the answer as to why it hadn’t been processed? How come I had to call millions of times and keep getting the run around.
