We purchased our second vehicle from Chevy Cadillac here in Santa Fe on 12/13. The sales man we worked with was Awesome, super nice, very friendly.
We noticed the brakes were squeaking a couple weeks later and had questions about the rear shocks, and asked if they could put air in the tires. We took our vehicle into service on 01/08/20 at 10 am and asked if our vehicle was still under warrantee, the gentleman that took our keys said he wasn't sure, but that he would ask. After a couple hours of waiting in the lobby we went for a walk around the parking lot to see if our car had been finished yet, and we could see the it was in the last stall with all 4 tires off and there was a truck like ours parked in front of the door where mine was lifted up. We go back into the lobby to wait some more, 3 hours later a woman from the service desk comes out to tell us that they physically looked at the vehicle and were getting ready to take a look at the brakes, and they couldn't find the shaking that we mentioned, We didn't say anything about the vehicle shaking. We were so upset having waited so long and nothing had been done, and almost late to a dentist appointment. Still no one ever came to tell us if it was under warrantee. We get into our truck to drive away and the front end shocks are now just as bad as the rear, granted when we bought the vehicle the sales person and his manager said the front end struts, shocks were just re done by the previous owner. We didn't have time to take the vehicle back that day, a service lady called me on Monday 01/11 to see if i could take the vehicle back in, i asked her to make sure i still had a warantee otherwise it was pointless. She said she would check with the manager and call me back if for some reason it WAS NOT under warrantee. She never called me back, we took our car in on 01/12 at 7:30 am for service, about 10:30 am i get a call from a gentleman in service telling me the brakes are glazed, both front and rear struts and shocks are leaking and should be replaced and NO the car in not under warrantee. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME, none of the staff was apologetic about wasting my time and NOBODY was concerned except for me of course that it took 3 hours to physically look at my vehicle, and then have it returned in worse condition than when i took it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!
