Sean Drobney, Chris Allgeyer. and Gary Smith all did an excellent job helping us with the purchase of our new Trax. I give them all 5 stars. Sean, Gary and Sean were very helpful arranging the for storage of our new car, and insuring the help we needed with tags. They very positive and helpful in every step of the purchase process.
The reason for my four star rating above - has to do with the issues I have had getting tags for the car. The required paperwork was not sent in a timely manner to the DMV in Green Cove Springs, Florida, where my timber business is located, which required me to give the DMV my power of attorney just to get the paperwork started. I still do not have permanent tags. The woman in "the box" was only interested is selling us insurance and failed to listen to the requirements for prompt processing of tags in Florida.
Additionally we were exhausted by travel from Mexico that morning and when we entered "the box" and at no time did the woman doing the financial processing offer us a moment to eat something. The box in short - was a negative, inefficient experience. Robert and Bonnie Moore

My wife and I had been eyeing a beautiful 2015 chevy truck on the used car lot for about a week. When we decided to see if it would be possible to purchase the truck, we went to Desert Sun and asked for Eddie Norrell. We had done business with Eddie before so we trust him. Although we had gone in for information purposes only so we could go home to determine if we could make the purchase, we left that evening owners of the new to us 2015 chevy truck. Buying online can be a little nerve racking, but not this time!! Found the car and called the dealership. I have no experience with the other salesman, because we were lucky enough to get Art and only Art. We were not passed around and told someone would get back to us. Art called back and text back in a very timely manner! Something other dealerships couldn’t figure out through our experience of finding cars online. He met us more than half way and throughly went over the vehicle with us. I would highly recommend this dealership and Art Archeta when buying a vehicle online. I have received emails thanking me for buying along with a personal email from Art thanking me and telling me to contact him with any questions!! Good job Tillery Chevrolet!!

It's all good until they get your money!! - Madonna
We bought a new truck on August 3rd. We put over 9000 down with taxes and all other fees. It is now October 25th. I still don't have tags for my truck. I keep calling and calling but no answers. They will not return my calls. Everyone acts like this is no big deal. Buyer beware!!! My husband is out of town working without tags on the truck. I guess I will go back to the county and see if I can get yet another temporary tag for this truck. Webb chevrolet only care about your money not you.

Bad service - Bad experiance
I recently purchased a vehicle, and it didn't make five miles from the dealership before it died. I called the dealer and they sent the salesman we ended up waiting for two hours in 100 DEGREE HEAT for a tow truck. The dealer should of sent two cars and taken the buyer back to the dealership.
The issue was the dealer put regular gas in a diesel engine. Once they drained the incorrect fuel they called to have me pick up the truck. I specifically asked to see if this was covered, the sales manager said it was. He didn't produce any written evidence, even though I asked for them to have it ready when I got there. As a courtesy you would think they would give a few extra oil changes or some other service to gain customer confidence, that didn't happen.
The salesman and the finance guy were great to work with, and the technician who worked on the truck seemed to know what he was doing.
As the dealership screwed up by putting the incorrect fuel in the vehicle, costing me hours of wait time in the hot sun. And it took several days to diagnose and fix the problem. I do not see that they went out of their way to please their customer. I guess I am lucky that they gave me a loaner car while they fixed my vehicle.

I am not one to rate a company. I give them the benefit of the doubt. NOT HERE. I took my truck in to Brad Francis service department. But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed.
If you do go there, beware and you might want a second option, if you can get through the rudeness and snarkness.

Deception, lies, and don't give a crap attitude. We recently had our truck broken into in an attempted theft. We have a kill switch so the truck was not stolen. We did make an insurance claim and they suggested a few places. We choose Galles Chevrolet. Galles Chevrolet lied to us, about knowledge of the kill switch, claimed to do an inspection, my tires are bad and didn't state this, didn't fix the truck properly, no power lock operation, and took over a month to work on it. When confronted on these matters I was hung up on by the service manager and treated like an idiot by the general manager. They also sold us a un-needed battery, as ours was only a year old with a 2 year free replacement from interstate. They do not do complete work and make excuses and lies when asked why the truck is not fixed.

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Extremely poor service and repairs - MAR1674
Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!
