Buying online can be a little nerve racking, but not this time!! Found the car and called the dealership. I have no experience with the other salesman, because we were lucky enough to get Art and only Art. We were not passed around and told someone would get back to us. Art called back and text back in a very timely manner! Something other dealerships couldn’t figure out through our experience of finding cars online. He met us more than half way and throughly went over the vehicle with us. I would highly recommend this dealership and Art Archeta when buying a vehicle online. My wife and I had been eyeing a beautiful 2015 chevy truck on the used car lot for about a week. When we decided to see if it would be possible to purchase the truck, we went to Desert Sun and asked for Eddie Norrell. We had done business with Eddie before so we trust him. Although we had gone in for information purposes only so we could go home to determine if we could make the purchase, we left that evening owners of the new to us 2015 chevy truck. Eddie was very honest and knowledgeable about the truck and it's features and he made purchasing the truck a lot more simple than either my wife or I could have imagined. Thank you Eddie Norrell.

made a 2 week out appointment with them 9:00 am on a Friday, left my Chevy truck . never heard from them till I called at 5:10 pm to find out what's going on and was told they never looked at it.They wanted me to leave it their over weekend and just maybe they might get to it Monday. The job to change the ignition switch I was told would only take a few hours and would be done Friday, also they would check a older recall on it.Nothing happened .if they couldn't do it they should have called me .I guess I wasn't a reg cust cause I was told that other vehicles that came in off the wall came first, like some big 60000 dollar pickups which I,m sure are buds .I guess I was not a small potato but a potato chip, a no one.It was a Chevy so I took it to a Chevy place. Then was told they would call when their was a open spot. Its been a month now never heard anything, in that time I took it down the road to krumland auto and they were able to repair it even though it wasn't a Toyota, except the old recall. I've been the service business for over 30 years and are really disappointed ,I was just blown off even almost had to go walk their to get my truck cause the shuttle guy went home, but the service man came and picked me up, I'm sure he just what'd to get rid of me .nobody knew who I was ,I could have been a millionaire who might have bought a vett or something you never know. I will not be coming back their.

Two weeks ago we bought our third Chevrolet from Mark’s Casa Chevrolet. The care we received from Justin in the service department and Ish Martinez was exemplary! We were treated with kindness and compassion during our trade in process. Ish went above and beyond in making sure we were taken care of by working with Chevrolet corporate on Allowance towards our new vehicle purchase. Finally we were put in the hands of Linnie to view the vehicles and test drives. She was very customer focused and walked us through the entire process very smoothly. Scheduled an appointment – brought car in on time, 4 hrs later, they had not even looked at car, when asked why – service rep explained appointments are to manage the shop – not necessarily when your car will be services….
Bought tire for the car at Bravo Cadillac – after a year, one tire has a slow leak…asked to bring it in to be looked at – they explained I needed to appointment – reference my previous discussion regarding appointments. When I have purchased tires in the past from Discount Tire, BigO, etc – they have always been quick – even if I just drop in without appointment to service the tires.
Will NEVER buy tires at this place again!!!!!!

I'm from out of town (4 hours) and drove to Albuquerque to buy a new truck I was quoted on. When I arrived the sales team was pushing an up sale on a different model not discussed in the deal. After I made it clear I wanted the truck we discussed and was quoted the vehicle was not in stock. In fact the vehicle was never there, the intentions of Galles Chevy was to get me into the dealership based on lies. As one can see there is no integrity, morals, or respect for people at Galles Chevy. I urge people to shop elsewhere, who know what else they are dishonest on.

I am not one to rate a company. I give them the benefit of the doubt. NOT HERE. I took my truck in to Brad Francis service department. But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed.
If you do go there, beware and you might want a second option, if you can get through the rudeness and snarkness.

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!
