I want to complement Galles on the quality of the - d.tillman2010

I want to complement Galles on the quality of the employees they hire. Matthew was my service advisor for my 2025 Equinox. He is very personable and calm and listened to my complaint that the driver side window wouldn't go up and down. He immediately assigned the task to a mechanic who found that it needed a part. Matthew ordered the part and when it arrived he called me to let me know. I just came back from there after having the new part installed. YEA, my window goes up and down so I can now go through the driveup at the bank and car wash. Thank you Matthew! Donna Tillman

Made the drive out from Albuquerque to purchase a new - MichaelT

Made the drive out from Albuquerque to purchase a new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 from Tillery Chevrolet GMC and was very pleased with the experience. Javan Brown the General Sales Manger made the purchase experience smooth and easy going with no hassle. Jason Sisneroz offered me a very great trade offer which helped make me feel comfortable with this financial decision. Travis Tillery the General Manager went out of his was to congratulate me on the purchase of my new Sierra and reassured me they will be here for me in the future for any of my automotive needs. If you are looking for a family owned, low pressure and professional dealership this is your place to go! The store slogan has always been "Cars and trucks are like eggs-they're cheaper in the country" and that could not be any more true shopping at Tillery Chevrolet.

We drove into Ruidoso with our truck jerking/engine light - lkstacy

We drove into Ruidoso with our truck jerking/engine light on. We were pulling a trailer. Unhooked and went straight to the dealership. The receptionist was so kind. She took us straight to Francisco in service. He was so kind and amazing. This was a Thursday, holiday weekend and he got us in the following Wednesday! This guy is top notch!! He treated us with so much respect! This is a reason to do business here!! ♥️💙♥️💙♥️💙

Great Experience at Casa Chevrolet GMC! - RickSee24

Great Experience at Casa Chevrolet GMC! We had a great experience working with Ivan The Great and the rest of the team at Casa Chevrolet GMC. They took great care of us and we never once felt pressured to buy. Communication was excellent throughout the entire buying process. Ivan has kept in touch with us since the sale, which we really appreciate. We had an after-market bed cover installed locally through a business they recommended. They were friendly and fast - I had my truck back the same day and the work was completed to our satisfaction. Other than a minor hiccup during financing, it was a near 5-star experience. Very happy with our new truck and would definitely recommend Casa Chevrolet GMC!

Tow truck picked up my vehicle in a timely manner. Dealership fixed my tires. Service department could be a little nicer.

Bought a used truck and couldn’t get it home from the - marcosmontoya0969

Bought a used truck and couldn’t get it home from the dealership with out severe overheating 266 degrees on the transmission. It’s been a year and in their shop over a month. They don’t want to honor my warranty or gave me the services I paid for like the maintenance and inspection. All they did was change oil not do a safety inspection as my contract implied. If they did they would have caught failing and leaking parts of my drivetrain. Their resolution? Put me in a new loan with negative equity on a vehicle I had problems with from the moment I drove it off their lot. Im a first responder and we are a military family and this is the thanks we get from LHM dealers. Beware

Extremely poor service and repairs - MAR1674

Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales... - FDN_INC

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you want a dealership who will support you over the... - ES00

If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.
