I just today placed an order for a 2021 Corvette with Tillery Chevrolet. After having 2 of the large Albuquerque dealerships attempt to extort extra money from me, above and beyond what I had already been told I would pay for my new Corvette, I had given up on the idea of having a new Corvette. A friend suggested that I give Tillery a try. What a beautiful, refreshing experience today with Tillery. A smaller family owned dealership that truly seems to understand that building relationships with their customers for long term sales and referrals is much more important than a fast few extra dollars on a single deal. My suggestion would be for you to drive a few miles East and get treated with respect and dignity.

If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

We purchased our second vehicle from Chevy Cadillac here in Santa Fe on 12/13. The sales man we worked with was Awesome, super nice, very friendly.
We noticed the brakes were squeaking a couple weeks later and had questions about the rear shocks, and asked if they could put air in the tires. We took our vehicle into service on 01/08/20 at 10 am and asked if our vehicle was still under warrantee, the gentleman that took our keys said he wasn't sure, but that he would ask. After a couple hours of waiting in the lobby we went for a walk around the parking lot to see if our car had been finished yet, and we could see the it was in the last stall with all 4 tires off and there was a truck like ours parked in front of the door where mine was lifted up. We go back into the lobby to wait some more, 3 hours later a woman from the service desk comes out to tell us that they physically looked at the vehicle and were getting ready to take a look at the brakes, and they couldn't find the shaking that we mentioned, We didn't say anything about the vehicle shaking. We were so upset having waited so long and nothing had been done, and almost late to a dentist appointment. Still no one ever came to tell us if it was under warrantee. We get into our truck to drive away and the front end shocks are now just as bad as the rear, granted when we bought the vehicle the sales person and his manager said the front end struts, shocks were just re done by the previous owner. We didn't have time to take the vehicle back that day, a service lady called me on Monday 01/11 to see if i could take the vehicle back in, i asked her to make sure i still had a warantee otherwise it was pointless. She said she would check with the manager and call me back if for some reason it WAS NOT under warrantee. She never called me back, we took our car in on 01/12 at 7:30 am for service, about 10:30 am i get a call from a gentleman in service telling me the brakes are glazed, both front and rear struts and shocks are leaking and should be replaced and NO the car in not under warrantee. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME, none of the staff was apologetic about wasting my time and NOBODY was concerned except for me of course that it took 3 hours to physically look at my vehicle, and then have it returned in worse condition than when i took it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!

Hit of course they were sold already. Even so I told them what I was looking for and continued to Get the same type stupid question emails fromNathan like he never even spoke with me. I have been waiting for months for Bravo to get the part needed to fix my seatbelt retainer. Nobody follows up. I have called several times to determine the status of the part only to be told it is still on order. A similar situation occurred on another part right after I got my car. I find it hard to believe that parts take so long to get delivered. Bravo could learn a lot from Mercedes on how to handle Customer Service.

I am not one to rate a company. I give them the benefit of the doubt. NOT HERE. I took my truck in to Brad Francis service department. But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed.

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!
