Outstanding Service - Diesel power

THANK YOU ISABEL!!!!! :) Since the first call to you, you showed us the upmost courtesy dignity and respect answering every question we had regarding the vehicle that same night . You made us feel right at home . We are so thankful for a smooth transaction. We traveled from Colorado to pick up our vehicle and you followed up to make sure we were home safe and happy. Thank you for all your help and will definitely recommend you and the dealership to everyone. Once again thank you for the outstanding service! Jose

Sales was a 5, service is a one. - dddave

Sales was a 5, service is a one. Our new car has 5000 miles so we scheduled an oil and filter change for 1:30 on 11/19. We live 75 miles from Horace Nissan so we used a gps app to estimate travel time and added 15 minutes to be safe. We arrived at 1:38 because of traffic and construction and were told our time slot was given to someone else because we were more than 5 minutes late. They said they would work our car into the schedule if we would wait. We waited over an hour and a half, went back to check and found our car had not been even started. We asked for our keys back and left the dealership around 3:45 very disappointed. The dealership did not do an adequate job of getting our car taken care of what was a minor maintenance item.

Excellent sales team - Mel

We had shopped around and had been turned down many places. When we arrived we were greeted by Jimmy Luna who was beyond helpful to us and friendly. He helped us get the car we had been needing and wanting. His customer service and repoir is very professional and friendly. It is because of his service and those at this location that we will be coming back here for future car needs as well as referring friends and family to your location.
