For over 18 months I was unhappy about the decision I made to purchase a vehicle from Reliable Nissan. Recently, I met Service Manager, Todd, and I was given a glimmer of hope after having my concerns ignored by Reliable Nissan and corporate Nissan. A couple of days ago, I went into Reliable Nissan to rid myself of the car I was saddled with by a previous representative. I briefly provided Lorenzo an overview of my experience, told him what I wanted and it was my best decision. Lorenzo sincerely apologized for my previous experience and confidently told me he was going to take care of me and he followed through on his commitment. Lorenzo found the vehicle I wanted, he took the time to review the features of the vehicle and walked me through the paper work. He was respectful, kind and a customer advocate that left me feeling appreciated and valued as a consumer and as a human being. Thank you "Zo" for restoring my faith in Reliable Nissan and the vehicle sales. You are a professional.

I've never been a person who cared which dealership I went to. That's until I started taking my 2013 Nissan Juke to be serviced at Melloy Nissan. I quickly noticed how "switched on" this dealership is. Swift. Friendly. Responsive to customer feedback.
When I decided to trade in my 2013 Juke for the 2016 edition, I went straight to Melloy. I knew I wanted to deal with Susan Miller because she's super friendly and fun, as well as being a very good listener. I went straight up to her without messing around and things started pumping. She made my desired deal happen fast. There were no hitches and I'm totally thrilled with my purchase.
I will continue to have my Juke serviced at Melloy (I ask for David Engles every time). I trust Nissan and I trust Melloy Nissan. I got to meet one of owners and I was warmed by how humble he is, and how attentive he was to everything I said. He emanated the vibe that every customer is important and practically gets absorbed into the family. Great example of how to create an enduring business.

The oil change experience I had was professional and quick. The guys at Horace Nissan know their vehicles; the prices are decent. Compared to Jiffy Lube and other places around town they are reasonably priced.

I have purchased 2 370Z's from this dealership and I do not recommend doing business here. I am to the point that I will be traditing in the Z for a challenger just so I no longer have to deal with their service department or manager. Do yourself a favor and find another nissan dealer or steer away from nissan completely, I love the brand but this dealership runs it through the mud

Very bad customer service very bad service dept very bad place to buy a used car , I bought a used car in early October 2012 and that very next day it broke down. Ed Corley Nissan did not want to fix my vehicle and it was under warranty 500 miles or 15days
