I had a awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma 4X4 - mmnokaoi77

I had a awesome experience buying my Toyota Tacoma 4X4 from American Toyota in Albuquerque, and I especially want to thank my salesman, Julian. Julian was fantastic from start to finish. He never pressured me into making a decision and took the time to show me several different Tacoma's so I could find the one that was right for me. He also went the extra mile to help me locate the specific Tacoma I wanted "Magnetic Double Cab 4X4 Sun Roof. What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward Julian was throughout the entire process. He made me feel comfortable and never made me feel like I was just another customer. By the end of the experience, I honestly felt like I was dealing with a good friend, and we became friends. I highly recommend Julian to anyone looking for a Toyota. If you're looking for someone who is honest, patient, helpful, and genuinely cares about finding you the right vehicle, definitely ask for Julian at American Toyota!

I recently purchased from them and it was the worst - mejoann

I recently purchased from them and it was the worst experience ever. This dealership is not transparent and will pack on warranties without the customers knowledge; they are deceptive. They operate using shady business practices. If you do buy from them, take a screenshot of everything you sign, as soon as you sign it. They will not give you copies of the forms.

I had a great experience with Elijah, who from the moment - Dan

I had a great experience with Elijah, who from the moment I arrived treated me like person and not like another customer. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we got the truck we NEEDED. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seem easy and without any hassles. Additionally, Derek and the maintenance team were exceptional in coordinating the install of custom tires and truck bed cover. I left the dealership with my Toyota Tundra and a big smile on my face, all thanks to everyone’s teamwork. I highly recommend Elijah to anyone in search of a sincere and no hassle car buying experience!!
