Went for an oil change. Wait time was about an hour. Better than in the past. The from the moment I arrived I was greeted by the sweetest girl. I wish I knew her name. She handled my reason for being there. I checked on my car and Serenity who I wasn’t assigned to took over and took care of me since the other was with a customer. Great employee and hope she gets this recognition

I had the pleasure of working with Elijah for the purchase of my 2023 Sienna, he went above and beyond. I live in Arizona and while we were coordinating a test drive, he was willing to come in on his off day in order to make it work so I could check out the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. When I got there, it was all detailed and ready to go for a test drive. All my questions were answered, he was very patient and transparent with his answers. I didn’t feel pressured to make the purchase, he let me take my time and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend working with Elijah if you’re looking for a new or used Toyota.

I am not sure where things went sideways in the process but, Christina took the time to make sure things were straightened out and she personally made it a point to make sure we got the plates ASAP and they were put on Mom's vehicle.
