We had a very pleasant experience with M&M Auto Group. We emailed M&M and the next morning I had a voicemail regarding our inquiry. We drove an hour to look at the car. The greeter was very welcoming and pleasant. Our Lincoln was washed and cleaned and inspected and ready for a test drive as promised. The car was beautiful the salesmen was very professional we test drove the car and had a great conversation. There was absolutely no pressure The buying experience was equally pleasant. We were given options regarding warranty options and all Lincoln had to offer. My wife was very pleased to drive her Lincoln home the same day. I would highly recommend M&M auto. Tires ordered on Friday arrived and installed on Monday. Got me a great deal on oversize tires for my F250 Super Duty. Super helpful with ordering stuff. I took my gt500 in for tune up spark plugs fuel filter change and transmission fluid change sad thing is they were cheaper than a small local shops estimate. Thx Orleans ford and mainly the service guys, o ya in and out dropped off night before done by noon on my scheduled day.

We walked into the dealer and saw our car, the dealer was very attentive and explained all the details of the vehicle in question, the process to lease the vehicle went very smoothly even the financial part was painless! the most exciting part about the entire thing of course was picking up the car. the salesperson was awesome and I would highly recommend him to everyone! He took his time with us and showed us all the specs of the vehicle before we drove off and invited us to come back if we needed further help. the corresponding e mails with the salesperson were very quick and made the entire experience a pleasant one!

Finally got the dealership to replace my driver side mirror (folding side mirror would collapse properly but it would unfold 180 degrees backwards and not return back to it’s starting position). I brought it in they said they would fix it. They didn’t. Brought it back they said Ford needed pictures of it to cover it under warranty, they took pictures. Didn’t hear anything back for two weeks. Stopped back in, they said they lost the paper work and would resubmit it. Two weeks passed so I stopped back in, they said it’s on the way. Two more weeks go by finally I get a notice in the mail that the part was in. Brought it in they stated it was fixed and replaced the mirror mechanism. While driving it home, checked the mirror to see how it was working and you guessed it, the mirror doesn’t work!! It doesn’t collapse at all. How does the service technician replace a part and not see if it works? This should’ve been an easy fix.

Awful - Dissapointed
I would give a negative number if I could. Purchased a truck last year. Very nice until deal is done then nothing they told you was the truth. Their mechanic that did the work, that they finally reluctantly agreed to do cross threaded ALL the bolts. Salesman and general manager were awful people who acted like buying an 18,000 dollar vehicle was a waste of their time. Very disappointed in the whole experience and will never buy another vehicle from them again if they were the last dealership on earth,and do not recommend them to anyone. Go elsewhere anywhere else is better than Maguire.

I was looking to lease again. Had the price and the payment from the Ford Website for the exact vehicle.
Somehow the payment West Herr calculated was about $50 more a month, that they couldn't explain. All they would say was taxes and fees,no details. The sales manager acted like I stupid for saying it didn't add up. Finally I walked out.
I later get a text from the salesperson saying they had miscalculated in the amount of about $30, and claimed the Ford Website price I had printed out was somehow wrong to account for tho other $20.

We went to Concord to look at a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Herb met with us and set us up with a test drive of the vehicle and went over the features and specifications of the vehicle. While not overly friendly the staff there treated us professionally. Herb found us financing that was more flexible and useful than Ford Credit's and made the sale. The vehicle has been a joy to drive, reliable and the envy of all who check it out.
The after sale customer service was the only issue that concerned me:
At no point did Herb or any other representative of Concord Ford Lincoln Mercury call or write to ask how we liked the vehicle or if we had any issues or concerns with it. Ford itself never sent the typical vehicle and customer service satisfaction survey that accompanies all new vehicle purchases. Apparently once they have your money they forget about you and follow up customer service is extinct. While I love my Lincoln I was left with no reason to purchase from Concord again.

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!

Royal Automotive heaps on the hard sell tactics. Not giving pricing, only asking what you want to pay per month. They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. During the sale they send in a wide array of people all with different forms, I had no less than 8 people, claiming they are all working together, but the end result is you don't get proper time to review what you are signing. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. After the sale they play dumb and say that everything should have been explained. But it wasn't. I am done with them
