I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

I flew in from Maine to purchase a 2017 F250. Salesman was great and had the truck delivered to the airport for me. I hopped in an away I went 11 hours to home in my slightly used beautiful diesle truck! If only I knew..... Stopped at Tim Hortons to get a coffee in the drive-thru and noticed the drivers window made weird squeeking noises going up and down. 2 weeks later it failed in the. down position. On the way home I got stopped and warned by police as my transport plate (hung in the tinted back window was not visible) Check engine light came on, and DEF warning came on as half empty. Once home I really had a chance to look at the truck. Cab carpet had weird white dried powder on the back carpet around the seats. Behind the drivers door the carpet was peeled back and left (I assume when the techs removed the truck rack/lighting wires?). Two plugs in the back of the truck bed were missing as well. Clearance light on the passenger side mirror was cracked and repaired with dirty gray silicone caulking... Anyway on and on it goes. I just tried to register the truck at my town office and the clerk said that a title company from Jupiter Florida had already registered my trucK! xxx? I have no idea what is going on. Called Caskinette today. Put on hold, then told that the 'manager' would call me back. Nothing. Do not purchase from these guys. They do not care! I even emailed the owner when I got his complimentary 'free oil change' email and of course - no reply. So I printed my letter and mailed it to him. Lets see what happens. I am very saddened. I am a working guy, not wealthy, I saved and waited to buy this truck. This stinks!

Best dealer experience I have ever had. The level of customer service that I received from Megan was not only refreshing but resored my belief that exceptional customer service is NOT dead! She went above and beyond the call of duty. The dealership is very clean, and the service dept. has very experienced techs like Paul who has always been so friendly and knowledgable. I don't give out reviews often, so trust me when I tell you it's worth driving from out of town to do business with this amazing dealership. Thanks Megan, you're amazing!!!!

I brought my new Ranger in to have a Ford tonneau cover installed. The technician had muddy shoes on, left muddy footprints all over the bed and scratched the paint. They charged me $95.00 for a 10 minute job and brought my truck out. The salesman sends a text asking me about my experience. I tell him what happened and also tell him the tonneau cover leaks as it doesn't fit and there are missing pieces (rubber for the front by the cab) . I wanted a full refund, all of a sudden l have an attitude and the salesman has lost respect for me. This is a brand new truck and was damaged by an incompetent technician, the service manager allowed it to happen and the owner of the dealership still hasn't made good 3 weeks later.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at James Ford in Williamson NY. These guys lied from the get go and about what I was approve for it was an absolute joke. They told me I got approved for a truck I was looking at I have good credit and was putting money down and no negative equity.
When I got there they told me I did not get approved for that truck then tried to put me in a smaller truck F150 and said I would be better off. I hope Corporate Ford Company does an internal investigation on this very shady dealership.

Royal Automotive heaps on the hard sell tactics. Not giving pricing, only asking what you want to pay per month. They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. During the sale they send in a wide array of people all with different forms, I had no less than 8 people, claiming they are all working together, but the end result is you don't get proper time to review what you are signing. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. After the sale they play dumb and say that everything should have been explained. But it wasn't. I am done with them

Lifetime customer no more!!! I went in to discuss turning my lease in and look at new vehicles, I was right off the bat made to feel as if I was not good enough and told that maybe I should take some things off my “wish list” which mind you was everything that I have in my current vehicle so I wanted to have it all in my next one and wanted to look at seeing about the price either being the same or less which would have been great!!! But instead I was told that it wasn’t possible and I would be paying 100-150 more per month more if I wanted the same vehicle!!! Are you kidding me!!! I have been leasing the same model vehicle the last 10 years with no changes to the features and there maybe ever being a few dollar difference, how is it that you’re going to Jack the prices up that much and try and make me look stupid. I was also going to be putting a large down payment towards it as well and the payments were still higher. The Sales rep started to get an attitude with me and she was clearly not willing to help when I did start taking features off it or asking what we could do to get it down. I don’t care what your tenure is in the company if a customer is asking for help with trying to get something or even asking for a little more explanation on something don’t belittle them for not knowing it or understanding it the first time. i honestly left the store in tears and will never do business there again.
