The reason I went to Nye was because they have such a great reputation, we have bought a car and a pick up there some years ago . My son reminded me, said, to 'go there first'. Next, the salesman was not in the least pushy. He was respectful and listened to my needs. He tried hard to show me every car I had seen on the website. He suggested the Jeep Compass which at first, I was there to buy a car, but after looking at the Jeep was perfect gorgeous pre-owned condition. It looks like a happy, fat , 4X4 blueberry!! Just in love with my new vehicle. Wish I could park in my house and never have to drive, because I don't want anything to happen to it.
After that came financing, and my request for extended warranty. I got the whole package rolled into one reasonable payment. The warranty covers three years and has many advantages such as roadside assistance, rental car and low deductible. Should my car need repair, can just bring it right back to Nye which is so perfect.
When I went there, was expecting a lot less of a vehicle than what I drove out with. Def tell anyone looking for a car, new or used, to go there and see for yourself.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at James Ford in Williamson NY. These guys lied from the get go and about what I was approve for it was an absolute joke. They told me I got approved for a truck I was looking at I have good credit and was putting money down and no negative equity.
When I got there they told me I did not get approved for that truck then tried to put me in a smaller truck F150 and said I would be better off. I hope Corporate Ford Company does an internal investigation on this very shady dealership.

Bought a $16,000 car from this dealer. It didn't even last 3 years. When I brought it to them to be fixed because I have an extended warranty, they told me they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. It was constantly not starting, I was getting stranded in the middle of winter with young children. Brought it back and forth to them for 5 months. They wouldn't fix it, said if they can't diagnose it they can't fix it or use my warranty. They told me the only option was to buy another car from them. Excuseeee me? You sold me a car that didn't even make it to 3 years and you want me to pay another $16000 for another?. The general manager told me that sometimes cars end up being garbage and not lasting long, it's not west herrs fault that their cars sometimes only last 2.5 years.... whatttt? Never again.

We went to Concord to look at a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Herb met with us and set us up with a test drive of the vehicle and went over the features and specifications of the vehicle. While not overly friendly the staff there treated us professionally. Herb found us financing that was more flexible and useful than Ford Credit's and made the sale. The vehicle has been a joy to drive, reliable and the envy of all who check it out.
The after sale customer service was the only issue that concerned me:
At no point did Herb or any other representative of Concord Ford Lincoln Mercury call or write to ask how we liked the vehicle or if we had any issues or concerns with it. Ford itself never sent the typical vehicle and customer service satisfaction survey that accompanies all new vehicle purchases. Apparently once they have your money they forget about you and follow up customer service is extinct. While I love my Lincoln I was left with no reason to purchase from Concord again.

Once again I have leased a beautiful new Ford from Jack Byrne Ford in Mechanicville and my experience was wonderful. This is at least the 8th or 9th car from this dealer and my outcome is always the same. No problems and I leave with the car that I want.

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!

Royal Automotive heaps on the hard sell tactics. Not giving pricing, only asking what you want to pay per month. They will say or do anything to get the sale but after that they don't to hear from you. Need service, be prepared to wait for a week or two. During the sale they send in a wide array of people all with different forms, I had no less than 8 people, claiming they are all working together, but the end result is you don't get proper time to review what you are signing. That's where they get you, you will get bills for weeks after the purchase and end up with extended warranties you didn't want. After the sale they play dumb and say that everything should have been explained. But it wasn't. I am done with them
