Service manager Donna is a conniving liar. If i can give zero stars i would have. Steer clear and go to another Ford dealership to purchase/lease and service your vehicle. This last vehicle was my family’s fifth lease through Smith Cairns Ford. I had to retain a lemon law attorney to expose the incompetent service department at Smith Cairns Ford, and the trove of lies Donna fed me for months. My vehicle was a lemon from the outset. Service engine light illuminated twice in first 1500 miles. According to service department it was a solenoid sensor the first time. The second time the service department couldn’t determine the reason for the service engine light illuminating again. Donna gave me the runaround for much of the over 30 days that my vehicle was out of service. She told that they would not release my vehicle back to me until service department determined the cause of the issue. Naturally, donna flopped when my vehicle was taking up space, and was exhausting too much up the technician(s) time to keep trouhleshooting and coming up empty. Donna caved in to Ford manufacturer’s demands via email communication in Michigan, which was to release my vehicle despite not being able to determine why my service engine light illuminated for a second time. I waited nearly a year to post this review because of the legal process between Ford manufacturer, and my lemon law attorney had to play out. It just concluded this past week with a favorable judgement awarded to me. Smith Cairns Ford doctored invoice dates amongst things, and thankfully i kept my text conversations with the service advisor to expose their lies some more. The bottom line is Smith Cairns Ford does not care for customer safety, nor do they care about loyalty. There is no “customer service” in instances like mine. The dealership passes the buck to Ford the manufacturer, and Ford the manufacturer tells the customer to deal with the dealership because they are privately owned. Smith Cairns Ford ONLY cares about the bottom line. Customers have a choice where to purchase their vehicles, and where to service their vehicles. Do not go to Smith Cairns Ford. While my situation is isolated, it showed the true colors of Smith Cairns Ford when these types of things do happen. Save yourself the agony of not dealing with dishonest, unethical, and incompetent employees at Smith Cairns Ford.

I saw an F150 on their website and went in to discuss it with the idea I would buy it. When it came to negotiating the price and my trade the salesperson never offered me the advertised price less a reasonable trade offer. I agree with other comments on this page. Stay away from Magiire Ford if you are shopping for a used vehicle.

I was looking to lease again. Had the price and the payment from the Ford Website for the exact vehicle.
Somehow the payment West Herr calculated was about $50 more a month, that they couldn't explain. All they would say was taxes and fees,no details. The sales manager acted like I stupid for saying it didn't add up. Finally I walked out.
I later get a text from the salesperson saying they had miscalculated in the amount of about $30, and claimed the Ford Website price I had printed out was somehow wrong to account for tho other $20.

We went to Concord to look at a 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Herb met with us and set us up with a test drive of the vehicle and went over the features and specifications of the vehicle. While not overly friendly the staff there treated us professionally. Herb found us financing that was more flexible and useful than Ford Credit's and made the sale. The vehicle has been a joy to drive, reliable and the envy of all who check it out.
The after sale customer service was the only issue that concerned me:
At no point did Herb or any other representative of Concord Ford Lincoln Mercury call or write to ask how we liked the vehicle or if we had any issues or concerns with it. Ford itself never sent the typical vehicle and customer service satisfaction survey that accompanies all new vehicle purchases. Apparently once they have your money they forget about you and follow up customer service is extinct. While I love my Lincoln I was left with no reason to purchase from Concord again.

I bought a used car from them and within 6 months the front bumper cover started to fall off! I came to find out that the car had been in a rear end collision, both sides of the cars had body & paint work as well as the front and that is why the bumper was falling off. None of this was told to me at the time of the purchase. I have heard form other people who bought used cars there that they had body paint & body repair issues that were not divulged at the time of the purchase. They are a dishonest dealer! From what I'm told, the owner buys cars at auction cheap especially those that have been repaired so he can sell them at a lower price than his competition. If you do look at a car at McLean Ford ask to see the Auction Condition Report as well as a CarFax report. But see them IN WRITING!
I also had my car serviced there once. They got grease all over my carpets and would not clean or replace the carpet. Never again!
