I have been going to this dealership for 40 years!! Excellent sales and service personnel. I only have one comment that is to be considered. Since the new owners have taken over, I don't feel the family connection I once did when I came for auto service when it was Maple City Dodge. Everyone is serious and not very customer focused. It is important for everyone to consider the customer. A smile is always helpful. A nice "how can I help you" would be appreciated too. Thank you for taking this into consideration. Also when I had recall work done on my 2023 Jeep Renegade in September 2024, there was damage done to both side panels of my vehicle when this work was done. I did not notice it initially and the service worker had to know he damaged the panels, but nothing was said to me. I reported this to Nate Barr as soon as I noticed and he was great and the panels were ordered right away, but it is February and I am still waiting for the panels to be replaced.

I came here today to get service for my car. I have been driving for many years and have visited many service centers. I had many bad experiences before, so I did not trust service centers. But this time was very different. Two service advisors, Larry Biehl and Tim Biehl, changed my mind. They gave me the best service and made me feel comfortable. Now, I trust this place again. I can buy a car and get service at Smith Haven Jeep without worry. I am very, very thankful to both of them!

Our service advisor, Keith, sprung into action immediately after we experienced an electrical issue with our vehicle several days after picking it up from the dealership. Keith was informative & efficient every step of the way through the assessment and we appreciated knowing that this problem was rather a mishap with a wire being tangled and that the car is completely safe to drive going forward. If you need to have your vehicle serviced, ask for Keith! (And Bobby and Gary in the service area were also very helpful upon emergency arrival.)

I went in to the dealership for an oil change. I asked if the car would pass inspection in 2 months because mine was almost up. They said I definitly needed 3 new tires. Next thing you know I'm talking to a salesman Anthony Dee. An hour later we hammered out a deal for an EVEN trade for another car. I had a Dodge Caravan and traded for a Mazda 3. and they even gave me a check for $1000 I LOVE MY NEW CAR.

Just brought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in for routine service. Not only were they fast in returning my car, the vehicle inspection was done perfect. The offered my car an alignment and a throttle buddy service. After these services were preformed; the car is driving better than when I dropped it off. I purchased a used vehicle from Accurate Auto and Truck Repair and was very impressed with their professional service and unique approach to the selling process. 1. This dealership totally believes in low pressure sales. They allow you to take your time looking at a vehicle without any high pressure sales pitch. In event you would like assistance they are right there ready to address any questions or concerns. I found this to be a relief because in the past, I would visit a dealership on a day they were closed (Sunday) in an effort to avoid the high pressure sales pitch. 2. For the first time ever (and I have owned a lot of cars), the dealer put the vehicle up on the lift and spent more than one hour going through everything with me. I couldn’t believe it especially in this day and age! This alone, set them apart from any other dealer from which I have purchased a vehicle. 3. After you purchase a vehicle, anything that may go wrong within a reasonable amount of time gets fixed at no charge. When you return for routine maintenance in the future or any type of repair, they are honest and straightforward from the get go and employ highly skilled mechanics. 4. They back their work with a guarantee and offer affordable auto repair. 5. As the saying goes, “If it sounds too good to be true...it probably is.” Well this is definitely NOT the case with this dealership. I sincerely they have the best sales and service in the Oneonta NY area bar none.

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.
