I purchased my Jeep at Krystal nearly two years ago in the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I continue to get my Jeep serviced here because both the people are so kind and the prices are competitive. Because of work (pesky day jobs!) I was 25 minutes late to my last appointment. Plus, I spilled almost an entire cup of coffee in my cup holders. The staff made me feel at ease and told me not to worry about being late. They also told me not to worry about the coffee and cleaned it out. To top it off, they replaced my registration sticker, which has been sitting in my glove compartment for months (oops.) I really cannot recommend this dealership enough. The people are so kind, the service is excellent and the selection of vehicles is great.

He arranged for the service on my vehicle to be done in a timely and convenient fashion. Jonathan was very pleasant to interact with when he picked and and dropped off my vehicle. I'm glad I had my recall service done at Eastchester Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. The vehicle is actually driving much smoother and pickup is better since the V62 fuel pump relay was repaired. Thank you. Like the first, which was a warranty repair several years ago, it was timely done with no surprises, and they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. In addition, they didn’t change the labor estimate even though the technician replaced the intake camshaft in addition to replacing all the rocker arms and valve lifters on the back bank of cylinders.
