My husband and I ordered our 2024 Ford Maverick Hybred from Boyd Automotive in July 2023. Throughout the waiting process, Jason kept us informed of the build-status of our vehicle and was very willing to answer our questions. We received delivery of the truck on May 30th. Jason and the team were extremely helpful, made sure everything was just the way we had ordered it, took time to review the truck with us so that driving would be easy. I am the primary driver and just love it! We took off from Durham to Florida for a trip the day after delivery. The truck performed very well then, and has since. I highly recommend Boyd Automotive to anyone looking for a Ford vehicle; in fact, I did recommend to a friend of church already!

Purchased my car in 2022 it had tint on the windows at the time of purchase from them and they had inspected it before I bought it or so their website said. Went today for an oil change and inspection well it failed inspection due to the tint on the windows being to dark. It’s the same tint on the car at the time of purchase from them. You sold me a car you knew wouldn’t pass inspections?

We have been Honda Pilot owners since 2012 and have always enjoyed our Honda Pilot. We were in the market of purchasing a new car and we recently decided to look around at various makes of automobiles but ultimately decided once again on a Pilot. We are from Wilkes County, NC and drove a little over 50 miles to Statesville, NC to look around at Honda Pilots at Flow Honda of Statesville. We were greeted by Ryan Morgan, a Sales Consultant, who began our journey at Flow. He was extremely helpful inquiring as to what we were looking for offering suggestions on various available Pilots, both used and new. Though he had been there only a few years his knowledge of the vehicles he showed us was exceptional. For a majority of our visit at Flow we had focused on a used Pilot and had pretty much decided on that one but then we changed course requesting to look at a new Pilot. Never wavering, Ryan jumped right in continuing to show his friendly attitude and knowledge of the vehicle. His patience with us was outstanding and appreciated him spending the time with us that he could have been spending with another client. We feel sure Ryan’s pleasing demeanor and knowledge of Flow Honda’s vehicles can and will help with any future customer to this dealership! Thanks again Ryan and the friendly staff at Flow Honda!!

Love our Honda CRV and anytime we need service the crew here is always attentive and knowledgeable. We’d like to call particular attention to WALKER HIPPS as what we think is an outstanding exemplary ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER. I had technical issues with the CarPlay that Apple service and Best Buy geek squad couldn’t fix. One said to go back to the other and ultimately we came to Honda service. How fortunate we got WALKER as our service representative that day. Turned out it wasn’t an issue with the infotainment system and WALKER was as perplexed by this as everyone else was. During the time he spent with us he was personable, informative, patient and quite knowledgeable. WALKER kept at solving the glitch until it was finally resolved. We were fortunate to have had him assist us and your dealership is quite fortunate to have him in your employ. Thank you again WALKER for taking the added time to help two technically challenged eager to learn customers who are appreciative of all you did.

Anthony Taylor went above and beyond to help me with my HR-V. As I was traveling to help my elderly parents, my dad fell and I drove from Shelby, NC while needing my Renaldo Honda to service my oil change. Dunn's Fast Lube people informed of the transmission cap and oil plug leak. Anthony and tech, Jacob, cleaned up transmission fluid discharged around the motor, replaced and capped properly. Now I can safely return to my husband and puppy in almost 4 hour drive home. Thank you, Anthony and Merry Christmas!

My new Honda dealership. After a frustrating experience in Wilmington, I made the drive up to New Bern and am certainly glad I did. After speaking with Austin Smith on the phone, they had both a used and new truck that matched my needs. The truck was ready when I arrived, pulled into the service area to get out of the rain. 30 minutes later, the deal was complete. Austin navigated all of the paperwork, and TJ helped in the background providing various options and respectful pricing.
