I began my most recent purchase journey by looking at a used Honda Accord at the Gerry Wood Kia sister store down the street. I decided the used car was not for me and that I was going to buy new. I test drove the Kia Optima I ultimately purchased, but really wanted to compare with the Accord before I made my decision. My salesman at Kia set me up with Curtis and Jordan at the Honda store. Jordan was an excellent salesperson to work with. He knew the products inside and out and was not high pressure at all. Honda makes an excellent vehicle and it was a very tough decision. In the end, I decided the Kia was the car for me, but I would not hesitate to recommend Jordan and Gerry Wood Honda. I had such a great experience, I wish I could have bought two cars so I could buy one from Jordan too. If you are in the market for a Honda, go see Jordan at Gerry Wood Honda!

We moved from NY about 5 years ago, and had a Honda dealership that we were very loyal to and hated to leave. After some initial issues with staff that is no longer at Hendrick Honda, Sean McLane stepped in and made everything right and then some. The sales people and service staff that we have worked with over the last 5 years have been nothing short of fantastic. This is a dealership where they honestly give you the best possible deal and if they can't do something, they will be honest with you if they think you need to wait 6 mos., a year etc. to upgrade to a new car. I appreciate their honesty immensely. I will not go to any other Honda dealership, and if Sean were ever to go to another dealer, I would follow him wherever he went - he is honest, decent and just an all around good guy. Our salesperson, Tyler Patsy is also amazing - he has been incredibly patient with us as we make decisions as to which direction we want to go on a car, and has also entertained our every whim if we wanted to test drive a car. I love the new Pilot and got a new CR-V not even a year ago - even though it was definitely way too soon to get out of my CR-V (I'm financing), they ran numbers for me on a Pilot that was on the showroom floor. Manh Nguyen is also my top pick when it comes to the finance side of the business. Manh will do everything in his power to make the numbers work for you and will give you the best possible deal that Honda is offering, and will also be honest with you if he thinks a particular option/program isn't going to be in your best interest. This is really the best dealership I have worked with! Highly recommend the team at Hendrick Honda!

We visited Burlington Flow Honda and at least 3 times over those months to drive the Pilot at different times. We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey less than a month ago and went on our first road trip this past week. We were driving on the interstate and stopped for a break. Our passenger side sliding door would not close. It was slightly ajar and a constant beeping sound occurred. Luckily we realized we were about 10 minutes away from the Lumberton Honda dealership in Lumberton, North Carolina. We went to the dealership and received excellent service. Even without an appointment, they immediately began looking at the car. We were at the dealership for over 2 hours. However, they figured out a fix that would at least allow the door to remain shut for the remainder of the trip. We were over 5 hours away from our home in Alexandria, Virginia. I bought my tan Acura MDX in 2001 and am sorry to report that 230K miles and 16 years later, I am in the process of donating my wonderful vehicle to a local nonprofit. For 16 years, the fantastic folks at New Bern Pecheles ALWAYS went out-of-their way to treat me fairly, keep me happy, and keep my car going through life's ups and down, including several expensive (and life-altering/life-threatening) challenges.
I would love to report that I will be purchasing a new Honda, but (unfortunately) "common-sense" and parental obligations recently "won-out" after I inherited a newer vehicle that is a different make and model, but since I am already missing my Acura (and that great Pecheles customer service), I can't wait to contact them when I'm ready to experience "that new car smell."

I inquired through email about a certified car they had listed on the website. Unfortunately that car had sold the day before. They asked about my requirements and said they would try to locate something that would work for me. The sales manager, Christian, was who I was corresponding with the most. I found one car in their network that I was considering but it was on the other side of the state. I am about 2.5 hours away from their dealership in the first place. Christian offered to get the car transferred to her dealership and personally deliver the car to me! I contacted 5 or 6 dealerships, none of which were less than an hour away. This is the only one that even made this offer. I decided to go with a different car from an out-of state dealership but I would definitely consider using this one in the future!

I stopped in on my search for a car and found a nice Honda Accord sitting behind the dealership. I told them that this is the one I wanted to purchase and asked them to let me bring my wife back in two hours. I returned to find out that the car was sold. I then proceeded to inquire about a Toyota Camry that they initially told me was $23k. A quick glance of their website had it for $18K. After the apologies, I made the deal but only thanks to me liking the salesman. My deal was basically a cash deal but I had to wait 1.5 hours to sign the paperwork.
18 days later, I was involved in an accident and the car was totaled. Guess where I am not going back to for a replacement.
Kudos to the salesman. If you go elsewhere, let me know.

So tired of Internet price not being the actual price. Should be illegal to not include dealer add-ons. Several Honda Odyssey EX-L vans listed at 34,500 on Cargurus.com. Don't believe it. Waste of time on a very hot day. When asked why the advertised price wasnt valid, response was "...things are added after delivery. Everyone does it. Not friendly, totally not concerned." Salesman stood chatting with other employees forever, holding my keys, while he was supposed to be valuing my CRV for trade. My husband eventually just went & asked for his keys. The Salesman handed them to him, & no one said a word. Really?? We were ready to buy today at advertised price.
