I had been looking for a Chevy Silverado truck for a few weeks before finding one listed with Autopark Honda. It was a trade in and in great condition. My salesman was Calvin Ng. From the very start he was polite, professional, and not pushy like most car salesman. During the test drive he was honest and said he didn't really know much about this truck since he primarily sells Hondas but read off everything the dealership did to get the truck prepped to sell. I really appreciated that he did not try to act like he knew about the truck. The whole process was smooth and he took great care to make sure all of my needs were taken care of. This was honestly the best sales experience I have ever had. I would recommend anyone shopping at Autopark Honda to ask for Calvin to be your salesman!!!

It is often several years between purchases of a new vehicle for us. We recently lost our 2010 Ridgeline in the flood following Hurricane Florence. We were in Raleigh, and decided to stop in to the Leith dealership just to see the new models in person. We were so impressed with Rick Staton, his knowledge of the vehicle and excellent customer service, that we left a deposit check before returning to our home over 2 hours away. I called Joey from another dealership with a quote and he told me he would find me the exact ridgeline at a better price. I was skeptical, but decided to go see Joey. He found me two exact matches in the trim I wanted and both the colors I requested. Then the best part, one was a $1000 less than the other dealership and one was $1500 cheaper! I choose the black over the deep scarlet pearl. that was it, he showed me the final out the door price he promised on paper and I was done. Signed a few papers and sent my paper work to finance and my ridgeline to get cleaned and full of gas. The finance guy very helpful, didn't pressure me but showed me all of my options. After the technology lady showed me how to work the many features. I was driving home. Best car buying experience EVER! Hendrick Honda of Hickory has changed for the better Thanks to Joey.

We purchased a 2018 Honda Odyssey less than a month ago and went on our first road trip this past week. We were driving on the interstate and stopped for a break. Our passenger side sliding door would not close. It was slightly ajar and a constant beeping sound occurred. Luckily we realized we were about 10 minutes away from the Lumberton Honda dealership in Lumberton, North Carolina. We went to the dealership and received excellent service. Even without an appointment, they immediately began looking at the car. We were at the dealership for over 2 hours. However, they figured out a fix that would at least allow the door to remain shut for the remainder of the trip. We were over 5 hours away from our home in Alexandria, Virginia. Many thanks to this great service department!!

I stopped in on my search for a car and found a nice Honda Accord sitting behind the dealership. I told them that this is the one I wanted to purchase and asked them to let me bring my wife back in two hours. I returned to find out that the car was sold. I then proceeded to inquire about a Toyota Camry that they initially told me was $23k. A quick glance of their website had it for $18K. After the apologies, I made the deal but only thanks to me liking the salesman. My deal was basically a cash deal but I had to wait 1.5 hours to sign the paperwork.
18 days later, I was involved in an accident and the car was totaled. Guess where I am not going back to for a replacement.
Kudos to the salesman. If you go elsewhere, let me know.

I purchased a NEW CRV touring. The day after my purchase I found out the car had been repaired and spot painted, it had overspray from the paint all over it. the pinstripes were peeling off also the door edge guard was peeling off. My main concerns were the repair and paint and overspray. I went back to dealer and they denied that they would ever paint anything on a new car. they admitted overspray was on car. they took it and brought it back but it still had overspray on top that wasn't buffed off. The person that sold me the car gave me the run around from the beginning by saying we don't paint on new cars so after many put offs I took my car in to have overspray buffed off, pinstripes redone, Advisor said they would detail it and fix stripes. so this is OCTOBER . couldn't tell they did anything overspray still on it, they replaced the pinstripe part that came off with a different shade it was very unprofessionaly done it was crooked it just looked terrible. advisor wasn't there when I picked up and obviously it wasn't checked. so rather than have that crap on my new car I had someone to remove it all and I was charged dearly for those stripes. I was told I would get a loner car didn't happen. I think this happens to lots of women and I'm a senior citizen.
