I am a recurrent client at Leith Porsche. I keep going back every time I get the urge for something new to drive - which is often. Aside from the fact that you are surrounded by Porsche cars, which is a plus already, the ambience is very welcoming, elegant, clean, minimalist, and the staff very friendly. But what makes this really a great experience for me, is Robert Brooks. He knows me well by now, knows what I like and don't, but he still takes the time to listen to my "new" requirements and then suggests options that are all in my wheelhouse. I have acquired several cars from him in the last few years, and have drove out each time with a big smile on my face. This time it was about a Cayenne GTS. A bit of deviation from my sports car tendency into an SUV. I cannot be happier. So, go to Leith Porsche and talk to Robert. Told me the ac unit needed to be replaced. Was blown fuse - TLG
My mothers car, went for oil change. I went to pick it up instead of her. Recommended over $8000 in repairs. They said it the ac unit needed to be replaced, turns out it was only a blown fuse. Also recommended replacing the clutch plates. It only has 19k miles, when questioned, I was told it was only a recommendation, and not necessary at this time. More than disappointed.

I purchase a 2013 Porsche 991.1 from Porsche/BMW of Wilmington through car gurus. I was a little unsure of purchasing such a nice car without seeing it live. I live in Atlanta and I needed to trust that I was getting what was advertised. Alan Shapiro was my salesman and was very straight forward and bent over backwards to make sure I recieved very detailed descriptions and records of the car. When I arrived to pick it up, it was as advertised! Thank you for the great experience and Alan was great to work with!

Just moved to Charlotte, NC. Have a Porsche that needed some service. Call them up to get some information. They need to check with a service adviser and call me back. This was more than 9 days ago. Still waiting for a call back to get my information and schedule an appointment. What sucks is that in Charlotte, there is only ONE Porsche dealer. How is this even possible? I refuse to go to these people and will be happy to drive 1.5 hours to the next closest dealer. This town can easily support 2 Porsche dealers, and Porsche should seriously consider breaking up the monopoly these guys have. They know people don't have a choice, so customer service seems to be abysmal. Imagine if they cannot even complete a task like a simple call back - how would their service be? What a joke.

The service, communication and attention to detail has been incredible. it's actually a pleasure to take my car in to get it fixed, go figure!

Bought three Porsche's from Porsche of Fayetteville. A 2008 Cayenne, a 2011 Cayenne and a 2015 Macan. Cannot say enough good things about Paul LeClair. I live 60 miles away from this dealership, and three miles from the nearest Porsche Dealer and would only give my business to Porsche of Fayetteville. Paul is low key, knowledgeable and extremely accommodating. He stays on top of the order process and keeps the customer informed during the build/shipping process and personally delivers the car to me 60 miles away.
