3 services so far and still can not even check the air in the tires.What else have they missed.Want to do brakes and tires on it but can not do a service right Not happening! Bought a service contract when i bought the car and starting to regret it.After 3 services and the tech still don.t do his job why would i let them do anything else.Spoke with the service advisor the second time about it and was told it would be taken care of.It wasn't.Tires had leaked air since i bought it and was told by sales it would be taken care of.So far i have paid them 47 dollars for a valve stem that they said was bad but it wasn't had to take the same tire back in less then 5 days Dealing with a dealership is not great in service dept.

We purchased a Buick from our hometown in Tennessee and went on our first vacation, but unfortunately broke down (bad fuel pump). When we contacted OnStar for a tow, we were towed to Harry's On The Hill. We had our hometown dealership contact them to let them know we were coming. When we arrived, Kim was eager to help and get us going again. Unfortunately, we had to rent a car and finish our vacation, but Kim helped make sure we were taken care of and updated us daily about our car. Great service, long time dealership dedicated to customers.

My family and I were 850 miles from home visiting North Carolina for Thanksgiving and had unexpected car problems with my GMC Terrain. I arrived at the service department with no appointment in desperate need of help. Wayne, in the service department, was more than happy to to squeeze me into their already busy schedule and reassure me that they would have me fixed up and ready to go in no time. I can't say enough positive things about their friendly, helpful response during such a stressful time. Thanks to Jacky Jones, my family and I were able to enjoy the rest of our holiday weekend and make it back home safely with no car problems whatsoever. Bought new tires they didnt even put new valve stems in that are computerized to the truck.
Also had the oil changed which they over filled
Had to take to another dealer to get corrected

My husband and I bought a brand new 2017 GMC Sierra in July, 2017 which came with a warranty. In November, 2019, my husband had noticed a rumbling when accelerating and took it to the service department here (which by the way, is about an hour away from our home). They ended up saying that the problem was the transmission fluid that had been put in the truck at the time it was manufactured. They performed a "transmission fluid exchange" and gave my husband the bill for $620.55 when he went to pick up his truck!!! When my husband came home with the bill, I FLIPPED OUT! Not only did they say it was not covered because the warranty had just barely ran out, but they charged us $620.55 to exchange the bad transmission fluid that was put in at the factory when it was built (NO FAULT OF OURS IN ANY WAY, STILL UNDER WARRANTY, OR BARELY PAST THE WARRANTY!!!) I contacted the service department and was given a load of garbage reasoning for this and hung up the phone angry, but not willing to give up on this. Things got busy with the holidays, etc. and so I ended up contacting GMC directly after the new year and was told after a very lengthy conversation that they had assigned a case number and would have that on record, should they ever decide to do a recall regarding this, but that they could not refund us any of the money and suggested we get back in touch with the dealership. I called Hendrick and spoke with Jim Stewart, the Service Manager, who told me they have seen a lot of this problem with these trucks where the transmission fluid was bad and had to be "exchanged". At first, he seemed empathetic and I felt like FINALLY someone was going to do the right thing and give us our money back since this was a manufacturer problem and was in NO WAY our fault. He said he needed to speak with someone over him but sounded very encouraging to me. Fast forward...he called me back some days later and informed me that Brian Zompettie said there was nothing they could do because they would not be able to get the money back from GMC if they refunded us and Jim Stewart had a whole new demeanor than he had in the previous conversation (SOUNDED LIKE HE WAS BRAINWASHED BEFORE HE CALLED ME BACK). I was HIGHLY UPSET and Jim said I could call Brian myself, which I did, but had to leave messages, and HE NEVER RETURNED ONE OF MY CALLS! NOT ONE!!! THERE IS NO WAY THAT WE SHOULD BE STUCK WITH A BILL FOR $620.55 FOR BAD TRANSMISSION FLUID PUT IN AT THE TIME THE TRUCK WAS BUILT, WARRANTY OR NO WARRANTY! I thought the charge was over the top anyway for what they did so I called a local mechanic and inquired about how much they would have charged for this same service and was informed $180-$220 at most for labor and fluid so WE REALLY FEEL LIKE WE WERE "SCREWED OVER" BY THIS DEALERSHIP AND CAME TO THE CONCLUSION THAT THEY LOVE YOU WHEN YOU'RE BUYING YOUR BRAND NEW $55,000+ VEHICLE AND THEY ARE MAKING THAT COMMISSION, BUT AFTER THE SALE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE FAIR TREATMENT! THIS IS JUST WRONG ON ALL LEVELS AND THAT IS WHY I TOOK THE TIME TO CONTACT GMC AND THIS DEALERSHIP MULTIPLE TIMES AND TO WRITE THIS DETAILED, LENGTHY REVIEW!!! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP YOUR BUSINESS BECAUSE THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS TERRIBLY AFTER THE SALE! I FELT MORALLY OBLIGATED TO PASS THIS INFORMATION ALONG AND WISH WE HAD NEVER SET FOOT AT THIS PLACE!!!! HARD AND EXPENSIVE LESSON LEARNED, BUT I WILL GET THE WORD OUT! YOU CAN COUNT ON THAT!

Don’t trust your vehicle to be serviced by Flow of Fayetteville. We took our Jeep in for a oil change and picked it up after the oil change to find our floor board on drivers side completely soaked and passenger slightly wet . We were told the service manager would call us first thing in the am, after four calls and two txt she called me at 2 pm, to tell me we either had a leak or it rained into the vehicle . We have floor Mats that were completely dry!! After ten minutes of her telling me they did nothing wrong, but they would vacuum the carpet, I asked to speak to her manager . When he called it was one in the same. “ We did nothing to your vehicle , you brought it in like this “. Very disheartening to have such poor customer service . The vehicle only had 33,000 miles on it, smelled terrible due to the wetness... we had to pay to have it cleaned and checked for a leak... Guess what? NO LEAKS!!

I had a manufacturer's recall repair done there probably 5 years ago, no other repair, service, or inquiry EVER, and they're STILL contacting me - after I've told them to stop! Got another mailer this week, called to ask them to not send me more mail, they said they'd add me to their do-not-mail list... and then they called me the next day and left a message about my "new vehicle inquiry". Called AGAIN and said not to call me - they said they added me to their do-not-call list... and called the next day and left a message about "my inquiry". The only way to get them to leave you alone is to not go to them in the first place.

Took my car in for an oil change. They never put windshield fluid in my car. I was out of state check engine light came on a different dealership said these parts needs to be replaced. I went back to Flow Buick in Greensboro who tried to sell me a grill for my car instead of replacing the parts. I will never go back to get a oil change or even buy a car there again.

I normally deal with Gary and Chad and have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. They are always very helpful and courteous. I have always been given accurate estimates of service/repair costs as well as expected completion times. In seven years, I do not recall any negative experiences.
