In my 40+ years of buying cars for myself and my family, this was the BEST car buying experience ever. Jordan, the sales rep, was a straight-shooter. Not only was he honest, he didn't play games, and he treated me with respect. He answered every question with a smile and took me seriously ... no matter how many times I asked or how many questions I asked. The finance guy, Eli, explained everything well and had the entire process stream-lined so it didn't take forever. Michael, the manager, came into the office, sat down and visited, and explained his philosophy of great customer service - which he lives and inspires his team to carry you. I felt seen, heard, and appreciated. Capital Nissan has a great team and great products!

Purchasing the car was great! Dealing with the service manager Dennis and their Branch Manager Ty was a waste of my time. Management on the service side operates unprofessionally, relaying on the "good old boy" system rather than holding individuals accountable for their actions. They prioritize protecting their own. Disappointing experience!!!

Great when they sell You a car. Awful 😖 and mean to answer a basic question. Like do they have loaner car? For warranty work. NEVER GOT A ANSWER. TOLD CALL SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I'VE Had the car a month. They treat you like crap, after the sale is done. Lousy Customer Service.

I had a very frustrating experience with this dealership while trying to purchase a vehicle. I was provided multiple out-the-door price quotes in writing, $34,572. Later, the price jumped to over $37,000. I was then told the vehicle could only be purchased for about $36,600 if I financed through the dealership, even though all information was already provided and correct. This was especially frustrating because I already had bank approval for financing and had arranged for someone to take time off work to help me complete the purchase before the pricing changed. Refusing to honor a written quote under these circumstances felt misleading and unprofessional. Only one employee admitted that the tax calculation for my state had been their mistake, which was a relief. However, the next person I spoke with didn’t seem to care and continued giving conflicting information. At one point, I was told taxes were “my responsibility,” despite being quoted out-the-door pricing. I also asked to speak with the general manager who supposedly approved the pricing, but was repeatedly told he was unavailable. During one conversation, a representative raised their voice, which was unprofessional. I was ready to purchase immediately if the quoted pricing had been honored. I would advise future customers to get a fully itemized out-the-door breakdown upfront and confirm all details before committing.

My sales associate was Brenda Loudermilk, one of the best experiences buying a car I have ever had, no one was pushy or trying to pressure me into buying.I spoke with Scott McNeill and his family while I was there and very welcoming, everyone there seemed to be happy I was there. Great place and great group of people to do business with. But I can't say enough about Brenda Loudermilk, we had several different conversations not pertaining to the vehicle. And she answered every question I had about the car and was very knowledgeable about it. I look forward to doing business with them again in the future,

After being worked over by another dealership that seemed to use all of the "used car salesman" tactics on us, we were very pleased when we contacted Chris at Nissan of Clinton and he was very eager to earn our business. He located the car we were interested in, provided their pricing, worked through negotiations on the phone, and even provided a price in writing. Once the car arrived he notified us promptly and already had the car in the detail shop when we arrived. I was very pleased to work with Chris and the rest of the team at Nissan of Clinton!

I had an issue with a tire's TPMS sensor. Where I purchased the Nissan Versa from, they did not help me, went someplace else and bought a new sensor,light was still on! Called this place, they said bring it in we'll take care of you. And they did! Right at this dealership! They 2 men who helped me were great! They felt like my big brothers! Thanks Griffin Nissan! I inquired about three different vehicles and received a call from Mathew and made an appointment. Arrived at the dealership and Mathew had all three vehicles ready for us to inspect and drive. No pressure and very helpful in explaining the features of the vehicles. All personnel were professional with the sale.
