WON’T HE DO IT - Resa
First let me say that the thought of trying to get another car made me stressed. I was not in the market for a car but was given the opportunity by Capital One but my faith in the process was shot. My jeep made me happy and I was thankful for it even though it was used and we had to scrub white paint off of the front when we got it. It quickly hit 120000 miles since it had 60000 when i purchased it. I told my husband for once I would like to have a brand new car with noone else’s cracker crumbs in it. To me it felt like that would never happen. Travis contacted me through the capital one pre qualify submission I completed. Immediately my defenses went up and I prepared to hear the sales pitch mumbo jumbo and was ready to dismiss his efforts to get my hopes up about a new car. He called and asked what I liked. I told him I wanted a Rogue... brand new. He asked some questions... I answered. Long story short... the next day he asked if I could come to the Nissan place and bring some documents. I still was unsure and ready to end this whole experience of being disappointed, but I agreed. I arrived and talked to Travis who said he had a Rogue for me to check out and test drive. I wanted toknow what the cost would be. He said lets drive it first to see if you like it. I did not want to drive it first because I always felt that was their way to get you to love it then you are ready to sell a kidney to get it... but I went along. Travis was down to earth chatting and this made me calm my defenses and just enjoy the ride.. whatever!!! I have my jeep. Back and now for the numbers... just as I thought thousands down due to my credit ... ok lets go now... I KNEW IT... I DONT HAVE MONEY DOWN AND I SAID THAT ALREADY So why get me excited to break my heart. He said Hold on... I just want to get you the payment you are comfortable with... lets recalculate .... Can you handle this... WAIT.... Really ??? Sure thats not too much more than what I pay now ... I CAN HANDLE THAT.... He came back and extended his hand to me... WAIT???? ITS MINES... Yes mam Congrats... theres more details but I wont put all of it here. Just know that if he made a believer out of me... he can do the same for you. Of course I CANT end without saying that Quincy HAMILTON also took GREAT care of us making sure we understood what our purchase was and got us the best warranty for my car. He was professional, yet personable and patient with our concerns. He knows his stuff about warranties. He explained my investment and financing very well as I signed all the paperwork. I am truly Thankful that God sent me to Leith Nissan of Cary and would reccommend anyone because of my experience there. This will be the place for all my car needs. Thank you to both Travis Riddick and Quincy Hamilton. I was in and out in less than three hours too.... that was amazing!!!<3

Kevin at Nissan is probably the best salesperson we have ever worked with. He took the time to get to know us and what would suit our need. He was very respectful what we wanted and didn't try and pressure us into something else. He is very knowledgeable and very patiently taught us the features of the car and worked with us to finance the way we wanted to in order to get just what we wanted. Many thanks!
We also have a 12 year old X-Terra with over 200,000 miles on it. Ted in the Service shop has always advised us well and taken good care of us on our vehicles. Having a mechanic we trust gives us in confidence owning a Nissan.
Travis Cares - Wanda D Dupree
I purchased a car 3 months ago from Scott Clark and wrote a 5 star re. My experience. Unfortunately i had to go back and retrace the 5 stars and gave the Sales Manager Deon Brace a NEGATIVE ZERO in stars. That review falls under him personally. Because i still rate Deon the same, i write a new review for Travis. Travis was not a part of any interaction i had with the dealership until this point. As SOON as Travis read my review and my dissatisfaction of the dealership, he immediately called and did not hesitate to listen and correct the issues and assure i walk away feeling like a valued customer. He did not make any excuses nor imply i was fabricating, instead he apologized for any inconvenience and made sure I walked with more than i bargained for. I would highly recommend utilizing Travis if u decide to purchase from Scott Clark and should be commended for showing some honesty and concern of more than a check in the dealership.

Wonderful experience and great staff - Mistblue
Went in Fred Anderson’s Nissan on the way to purchase a vehicle at another dealership 2 hours away. The vehicle that I saw on their lot was out of my budget but after speaking with Cameron Tripp and working out a great price. I made the choice to try and make the purchase. My own financial institution didn’t want to approve me for 110% of the car’s value and that’s when Kelley Stewart stepped up and did an AWESOME job. She went well beyond my expectations with helping me with this purchase. I’m so happy with the staff and my 2015 Accord Honda EX-L. Wonderful staff and great experience. Highly recommended!

I have been dealing with Fred Anderson Nissan ever since it took over Stewart Nissan. I worked with Jim Pate on my last visit in the service department and as always , was very pleased. I have known and worked with Jim Pate for years; if I can't deal with Jim, no one else will do. He is always very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs and always makes sure things are done correctly .

Warren helped us determine the features that were important to us in the car buying process. He is very personable, easy to talk to & we never felt hurried to make a decision, which was different from other dealerships. The sales & finance managers complemented the low key approach that made for an excellent experience. Thank you for listening to our needs & working with us!

I read bad reviews on service if you did not buy your car from them. I did not by my car from them. They service my car with no problems and are nice. Even gave me a free rental when I had a recall. Do recommend the service,
Best Service Ever Received - christy harris
After purchasing a new 2013 Sentra from this dealership I began to use their service department. This has been the best experience I've had in my 37 years of driving. First of all, with the purchase of my car came free oil changes. That got me used to the service reps and helped me to feel confident in the knowledge they shared with me about the upkeep of my car. I never felt pressured to have anything done it was always given to me as "this is what's going on with your car, it's something you may want to consider alittle down the road". It is a professional atmostphere where I'd feel very comfortable waiting for my car if I had to. Thankfully with their shuttle service it is just so easy to drop the car off and be taken to work and not have to miss anytime off. I'm always picked back up at my convenience. The shuttle service staff has always been polite and glad to assist me. I feel confident in knowing the service department at Greenville Nissan is going to help me in keeping my Sentra on the road safely and economically! Thanks for all you do Greenville Nissan!

Great experience. - D&D
I hadn't bought a car from a dealership in many years so I was quite apprehensive about it all. My husband had more experience in that department. Our salesman was helpful and knowledgeable and we definitely didn't feel pressured to buy. The gentleman who did the financing was very nice too. All in all a pleasant experience.

No Service after the sell - Lu Ann Sorrell
Severely disappointed and dissatisfied with 2012 Altima purchase. The clear coat on the hood of the car has cracked and peeled. The Service Manager determined this was the result of a tiny scratch caused by a rock hitting the hood. There are multiple areas of degradation. This vehicle was purchased new and it has been garaged at home and work. This should not be happening on a 5 year old car. This car is not designed to withstand normal driving conditions. I have had all of my service done at this dealership. Obviously they do not value customer loyalty or repeat purchases. A simple good will gesture to take care of obvious factory defect would have made a great story of customer service. The Nissan Complaint department was of no help either.
Wanted a car for my wife to drive to work. - LJM2018
I called Mr. Hamilton and told him we were looking for a work car. I wanted a mid to full size vehicle that had a warranty. He said he had four cars he thought would fit our needs. He had a gray, blue, black, and red. He showed the gray first and my wife and I knew it was the right one for us. Thank you for making this a easy and stress free experience.
Getting a New Car - Rachel49
Hi my names Rachel Nowell,
I went to purchase a brand new car and was really pleased with the one that I got. Would definitely recommend people to this amazing dealership with fast and quality service.
Unprofessional and Rude - prasadkumbhojkar
I purchased used car from them. they promised me to give a cleaned car doing complete detailing but when I visited for delivery I found the car in the same condition which i saw on day 1. It was no clean and not detailed. I saw hairs on the seat which was awful.
when I requested to the sales guys then they said we dont do detailing and they can do this much only for used cars which was surprising.
Another incidence was regarding keys, they provided only one key when I asked the other one then they said we dont have it.After 3 months they found the other one and I got it thorough the post. Meantime I paid for a duplicate key out of my pocket.
the sales Manager was the best example of arrogance and rudeness. He was very arrogant in his language and behavior and this was surprising to me.
Only finance department and the people working there are nice..
They never respond to your calls, Voice mails will never be answered. You will be kept on hold for long..
Once you buy a car your customer value drops drastically and you become transparent for them.
Wonderful experience - Joe25

I would not recommend this dealership - Jenna Kemp
My experience was terrible. Let me start by saying I have 14 month old triplets so I had to reschedule my appointment several times over the course of a couple of days. They called multiple times a day if I didn't answer to reschedule. There job is to get me in the door though so once I got to go in they put me with Thomas who I will say is a very nice & professional gentleman. I knew exactly what I needed, knew credit score, payment range, negative equity on my trade in, etc and told him up front all this information. As a 1 income family with triplets budget is EXTREMELY important to my family. Many car dealerships try to push people into something you can't afford because it's "just a few dollars more a month". I didn't want to get into that situation and told him up front there would be none of that. We had a budget and there was no wiggle room and that if they couldn't help us we completely understood and we were okay with walking away. I then told him that there was a Dodge Caravan that my wife had seen on their website for somewhere in the $9xxx range and that I would like to look at that van. He finished filling out the informational paperwork and then pulled a Dodge Caravan around. It was a 2016 and I asked him if he was sure that this was the correct van for $9xxx. He repeated back $9xxx and said yes. I did a test drive and then when we got back he got me a paper with the numbers. He brought me the paper showing $15,xxx. I asked him if this number included the price of the van, the negative equity from the trade in that would be added into the loan and anything else (like taxes, etc). He said yes that number included everything. I then looked at the different payment ranges which showed different months and said that they were too high was there anything they could do to bring them down. Then Bryon a manager came over and pulled credit and said that they could maybe a little higher payment, but they needed to work on some stuff. Then Jasmine (I think her name is - finance manager) came in and asked why I needed a van/3rd row seating to which I explained I had triplets and needed enough seating for convertible car seats, stroller etc. She was like oh okay I misunderstood. Then David (whom worked on my stuff only that night and then was let go conveniently the next day) was working on my stuff literally said to me that he promised he would get me into that van. He was the general manager. He said that he was not going to nickle and dime me and was going to raise the price of the trade in and was going to get us in the van for the price we could afford. As I said whenever I called to follow up this David guy I was informed was no longer there, he had been let go and I was now left to deal with Bryon. I went back and forth with Bryon for several days where he kept telling me he was going to call me at a specific time (I set times where my triplets would be napping so I wouldn't have noise in the background and could concentrate) yet he didn't call. Then he seemed annoyed when I called him later in the day. He would say he was trying to get financing etc. I couldn't understand why he was having so much trouble. Finally I asked him to break the numbers down exactly and found out they were charging around $16,000 for the van instead of the $9xxx that I thought it was. I immediately told him to stop trying to finance almost $22,000 because I did not ask for that! I did get a bit upset and talked to him at length about what happened between Thomas and I and how Thomas said it was one price etc and he took no responsibility and just said oh well it was a miscommunication. I'm sorry but that is not a miscommunication. And here you are trying to finance thousands and thousands of dollars that we did not give you permission to finance! It's no wonder we were being rejected. I'll admit I did get quite upset (no cussing or anything), but I probably did raise my voice because we truly need a van for our triplets. Right now we don't have a vehicle that fits our family. I got online and found the actual van and gave him the number and he said that it was at a different site (Greensboro I believe) and that he was going out of town but he was going to work on it while gone. I waited to hear from him and a week went by and I didn't hear from him. I called and they put me on hold. After 8 minutes they come back and told me he was unavailable. I asked them to have him call me back. The next evening I hadn't heard from him so I called back. They again put me on hold first for 5 minutes and then said he was unavailable so I asked if I could speak to someone else. She asked what was this regarding. I said I was trying to purchase a vehicle. She kind of stuttered and then said hold on and put me on hold for over 10 minutes before I finally hung up. It's obvious they don't want to work with me. Which is fine, but please be an adult and have the gull to speak to me and tell me you don't want to work with my family. I'm very upset that they lied to me about pricing, I got made a promise from a general manager (in front of multiple employees) that was not honored, they are taking NO responsibility for the lie about pricing, they have been nothing but rude, etc. I am VERY disappointed. My family and I need a van. It's sad that we went to a local place to try to get help and were treated the way we were.

Out $4000 and not fixed - Patrick
I am not happy at all with my service to my Pathfinder. Spent $4000 dollars on a new transmission was told it would fix problem. It has been in 4 times in 5 weeks and still same problem so that tells me it was not transmission and really have no proof that a new one was even put in. Same issues arose 4 times this weekend. Moral of the story, I will never buy anything from modern Nissan of Concord and will be very hard pressed to buy a Nissan period if this is how the "fix" things.
Pricey issue - No deal
The car was listed on CarGurus at $25,499. I asked for the lowest price and was told $25,499. I asked for the out the door price and details before I decided to drive 3.5 hours to get the car. I was responded to much later in the day and informed that the price on CarGurus was wrong. The out the door price was $32,198. Funny how the history of the vehicle pricing on CarGurus indicates all kinds of up and down pricing over the past year including a price drop to $25,499 a few months ago. Must have been the wrong price on the site a couple of times??
