I have meant to do this review for a while but I have not had a chance until now. We got a Nissan Rogue 2019 and this was the first car we bought from a dealer plus it was my Valentine's day present from my husband. We had looked all over and no one can give us what I wanted until we found Autostar Nissan . My husband and I worked with Forrest and Jeff over the phone and they were able to work everything out without us even going to the dealership. They even set up a drop off so we do not have to drive about two hours.
The couple that dropped off our car was also fantastic.

Moe, our salesman, was knowledgeable about the vehicle choices and pricing and, above all, when we got to the dealmaking, did not waste our time. The price agreed to was fair and reasonable. Delivery of the vehicle was seamless. The sales staff, sales manager and service manager all made a point to come and meet us before we left. I had the pleasure of working and meeting Raheem Wilson with Team 23 of Michael Jordan Nissan. When I say I am speechless. I have purchased used cars in the past and literally sat in dealerships all day. Not this time. We stopped to have the tires in the Juke checked, after the tire pressure light came on. They took us in, as busy as they were, with no appointment. They checked the tires, looking to see if there was a nail etc... and found the air was just down in some of the tires. They put air in all the tires and we were good to go. No charge. Very blessed.

Before Flow Nissan took over and it was Fred Andersen Nissan I would give them 5 stars. Fred Andersen Nissan was wonderful. I purchased a 2017 Nissan Altima in October 2017, not even 2 years old. As I sit in the lobby for the 4th time in 4 months not being able to drive my car for the same ongoing problem, no I would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy. I have spent over $2,000 to try and get my car fixed. My warrenty, which again I purchased with my car through Fred Andersen, is not honored. I understand having to pay to have stuff done, totally get that. I should not have to keep paying for the same problem to get fixed over and over. The incompetence of this place is astounding.
Bad experience - nissan altima
Recall issue. Made appointment to correct recall problem. Arrived a few minutes early. After waiting 30 minutes, asked for an update. Was told they would get to my car soon. Waited another 30 minutes and my car was still parked in the waiting area. Requested my keys. The female service technician gave them to me and the male service technician, who had never spoken to me, said "Have a nice day."Smart aleck response. I have purchased a vehicle from this dealership before, but never again.

This guys say one thing and doing another. I was interested in two cars, asked for availability- they said yes. I scheduled appointment for tomorrow, and when I come- they said- sorry we don’t have it.
On the other car they put one price, and tell you another... So you never know are they telling the truth about anything.

Modern Nissan had more new Frontiers in their inventory than any other local dealership. Really appreciated being able to see all of the different options and trim levels in the photographs on their website.
Salesperson Marina was friendly, personable, attentive, and helpful. She cheerfully answered all of my questions, and if she didn’t know the answer, she quickly obtained the answer for me. She took a personal interest in meeting all of my needs for a new truck, and she went above and beyond to make sure that each need was met.
Sales Manager Sam was congenial, polite, and professional. He made me feel as if I was a valued customer, and he seemed truly interested in helping me obtain the vehicle that I wanted at a price that worked for me.
Finance Manager Reggie was affable and courteous, while also demonstrating non-stop patience and good humor. Reggie spent an extensive amount of time going over every aspect of the purchasing process with me in order to make sure that I was fully informed and comfortable with “the numbers.”
Reggie and other members of the sales and service staff were very receptive to my desire for additional information with regard to the powertrain and extended warranty coverages.
Truly appreciate the free “first two maintenance visits” and lifetime state vehicle inspections. Following the manufacturer-recommended service recommendations is something that I take seriously, and I look forward to utilizing Modern Nissan’s service department in order to maintain my truck.
Poor customer service and defective product - mechman
Had 2012 Nissan Altima with a bad transmission. Researched that this a common issue in the Altima. Nissan will not issue a recall the will only give you what they call "good will" Still cost me $1000 to fix my car. The local service tech was so disrespectful because we bought in the car to get repaired. We were referred to as "you people" yes the customer was you people. We were never offered a loaner car. The repair took almost three weeks. I would never have any car serviced here at Carolina Nissan. There was never even an apology.
