First of all I would like to say that Travis is an asset to MJ Nissan. When I walked in the door, there were other salesmen at their desk but he immediately stood up, walked up to me and my daughter, introduced himself and proceeded with finding out my need. To be honest I didn't want to come to MJ Nissan because I didn't think I could afford the cars BUT TRAVIS WORKED IT OUT. He printed out several other vehicles but the 1st car I test drove - 2012 Nissan Altima is the one I bought. His attitude during the whole transaction was AWESOME! I had communication with someone else thru email before going to the dealership BUT I'M SO GLAD THAT TRAVIS WAS THE ONE THAT ASSISTED ME. I FELT COMFORTABLE, WE LAUGHED, I WAS ENCOURAGED, HE DID NOT LEAVE ME WHILE PAPER WORK WAS BEING PROCESSED AND I CAN GO ON AND ON. Any referral to MJ Nissan would be to ask for Travis Lunsford! Been looking for a pre-owned car for awhile in the RDU area. Lots of factors to look into when buying pre-owned due to unknown history besides a car-fax report. They offered a great price with seamless service without having to travel to pick the car up. There’s much to be said to have these qualities face to face, but more so over a distance. They uphold the Fred Anderson brand well.

My experience with Customer Service began before I even set foot inside of their dealership. Jasmine Dows answered every question over the phone that I had about trading my car in. I literally knew what they had in their inventory before driving down there, and had an idea of which car best fit my needs. Once I got to the dealership, Jasmine immediately had two cars for me to look at and was very informative about the differences in the two cars, which easily helped me narrow down the selection almost instantly. Once, I chose which car I wanted, Robert Diaz (General Sales Manager) came over and introduced himself and explained in detail the appraisal of my trade in and crunched numbers for me, and took his time to give me the exact breakdown of my entire trade in and new lease. I didn't even have time to be confused because it was explained so well to me. Not only was I excited that I was getting a brand new car, but I was more excited that they helped me keep my payments around what I was already comfortable with paying. Robert was so genuine and personable, it made me feel like I was not just another customer to them. To top it all off, when I got to Finance and interacted with Chris Radefeld, he got me the best warranty that came with my car, and it did not even push my payments up much higher. He helped make the financial part of this simple and very easy to understand. He was funny and made it not seem like I should be stressed buying a brand new car, but to realize that it was well worth it. David Langley (the General Manager) would come into finance and chat while Chris was finishing up paperwork, and asking if there was anything else I needed help with. And if that is not enough to tell you how much I got the WOW factor from everyone there, they all actually stayed late, after closing just to help me transfer all of my belongings to my new car from my old one. And I was not even their last customer, so this shows you how much they take care of their customers. Jasmine still took the time to give me a tour of the dealership and explain all of my manuals and personally synced my phone to my new car and showed me how to work it after hours. Not only did she give me a tour, but informed me of my first free oil change, and gave me the Service Dept business card. I absolutely loved everything about my experience at Classic Nissan of Sanford! I have already been raving about how awesome their team is, and I cant wait to send them some referrals! Thank you so much to their team for making my experience painless, professional and FUN!! You guys are the BEST!!!

After purchasing a new 2013 Sentra from this dealership I began to use their service department. This has been the best experience I've had in my 37 years of driving. First of all, with the purchase of my car came free oil changes. That got me used to the service reps and helped me to feel confident in the knowledge they shared with me about the upkeep of my car. I never felt pressured to have anything done it was always given to me as "this is what's going on with your car, it's something you may want to consider alittle down the road". It is a professional atmostphere where I'd feel very comfortable waiting for my car if I had to. Thankfully with their shuttle service it is just so easy to drop the car off and be taken to work and not have to miss anytime off. I'm always picked back up at my convenience. The shuttle service staff has always been polite and glad to assist me. I feel confident in knowing the service department at Greenville Nissan is going to help me in keeping my Sentra on the road safely and economically! Thanks for all you do Greenville Nissan!

I had a very bad experience with Fred Anderson Nissan in servicing one of my Nissans---the service manager laughed it off but I was not happy. I took that same vehicle to Crossroads Nissan where the work was done properly. I therefore based that prior experience for my choice of where to buy my new Nissan.

Being a busy working mom, I did not have time to go into the dealership and spend hours. I had done my research and knew what vehicle I wanted to purchase and what I wanted to pay. searching the internet caused me to be contacted by numerous dealerships in the area. Even though I told them I needed to handle most of the negotiating online due to schedule constraints, I was still heavily pursued and repeated asked "when I would be by." Ben at Modern Nissan of Hickory was the only exception. he answered numerous questions online. I sent pics of my trade and got an estimate (of course that part wasn't final until I took the car in....understandably). the entire experience was pleasant...no high pressure sales. I would definitely recommend Ben, Logan and the entire team at Modern Nissan.

The sales person (James Browning) went above and beyond his duties. He was very knowledgeable with the entire Nissan line. I walk into the dealership dead center to look at a Rogue, even took it for a test drive. Total time aprox 90 minutes, on the way back to the dealership I inquired about the Murano even after test driving the Rogue, talking all about the Rogue, he ask if I wanted to take the Murano for a spin. James showed great patience, understanding, and the urge to go above and beyond in his job. I will definitely be back at this dealership and the salesperson (James Browning) in a few weeks to finalize the purchase.
