After deciding to purchase a new car we decided to go with Nissan since we already owned a Nissan Altima and had great value out of it. I personally work out of town a lot so I sent my wife to look at her(our) options with Scott Clark Nissan in Pineville, NC. We were given a internet sales representative named Mr Helwig Stewart. He was very friendly and very cooperative to my wife to get things going on the new 2018 Rigue purchase with my wife and get all paperwork started until I could get there and finalize paperwork. Everything went smoothly and took care of all issues we had with the vechicle before turning over the keys to make it perfect. The whole process was quick and performed with ease. The financial folks gave us an option that only increased monthly payment by $20 but took off nearly 7 months of the loan. Was thankful for that. Mr Helwig was professional and all the folks at the dealership were friendly and informative. I highly recommend Scott Clark Nissan to anyone and especially to have Mr Helwig to take care of them. And on a further note, I have had many email asking if everything was going ok with the vechicle and to let them know if there was anything they could do. Service department( sorry for not remembering his name) helped my wife get in quickly after a trip to get the initial oil change taken care of and did an awesome job of washing the car without us asking. Every dealer had pros and cons but They replaced fuel pump when I only needed gas costing me $800! I was there every month for 5 months straight and everytime it was something new that I had to come out of pocket for. . Either they failed to properly diagnose my car or they just wanted the money! This dealership ultimately made me decide to trade to a different make of vehicle. Not sure how the salesman are but service was no good to me and only cared about squeezing as much money out of me as possible. If you have a personal mechanic I’d go that route, otherwise I’d advise to choose Fred Anderson, they’re great to everyone and are completely honest.

I have been a Nissan owner since 1974 and they have all come the Hickory Nissan. Wesley Starnes is a top notch sales person and I would not go to anyone else. Once again I bought a new car_____from Wesley who provided me with a good trade in allowance( on a car That I bought from him) and I got my first SUV a 2018 Nissan Rogue SV. It has all the bells and whistles and then some. He had to remove the plastic seal from A NEW ROGUE and I took a ride. Comfortable, peppy great color and I have never seen so many new extra features. They also have a superb customer service department. I like it when they call you by name when you drive up. I will continue to go to Modern Nissan of Hickory.

Went to look. Left to think about it. Gone 2 hours and whem called back, took the application on the phone, ran credit and then said sale was over. Wanted to charge 2000.00 more. Shady people and will tell all my friends and family NOT to go there and why.

Went to Nisan and traded in for a different vehicle they didn't give us many options and got stuck in something better then what we traded but not really what was wanted. However, I will say the 2016 nissan Altima was a pretty nice car and had some features that are convenient. It was an overall good average, normal car. We had an easy time paying and getting out of there of course. Well I co-signed. The person fell into some hard times and both he and Nissan (NMAC) failed to notify me until after it was repossessed. I got the car back and paid for the late payments. They told me they would notify me for the next payment. I asked to ensure me and my address they said yes. Well times goes by and I wondered why I haven't heard from them. Well next thing you know they are calling me for a payment and they have marked two late payments on my credit. They would not remove that. Well finally able to make payments time for an oil change so I go to the gastonia Nissan again near me for my free oil change I parked the car at home drove my amazing BMW. Then one day i get in my car and realized my ipod had been stolen from there and was replaced with some random cord. I was furious eventually I finally got one to replace it they never called back to check on things. I did not like how some of the people acted there. Being pushy, harassing, rude, slow, inconsiderate etc. I still had trouble making the payment since then and they are so difficult to deal with and no consideration on the value of a person's time. Finally one day one of the people actually told me about how I can go on a website and pay it so that's what I've been doing and it worked great. That was quick and easy once I got it set up and the login saved and also didn't have to speak with anymore nor put up with that annoying time consuming electronic phone voice and the struggle of pressing all kinds of numbers until I got to where i wanted to be. Eventually, I got in an accident still owed money on the car. Well insurance paid it but not all so I was making payments for the rest the same way I have been. Then the next time I go to pay suddenly it wont let me and I had to call them. So I called spoke to them used bill matrix. So was able to make a payment and set up a payment plan. So then I end up getting harrassed by people asking for me or the other person. I told them it was me they asked about the address I said that's not mine and kept saying they need to verify it's me before they tell me anything. They were very annoying and idiotic as they could not comprehend things nor listen. Well I try to call bill matrix again to make a payment as I sent payments up from them last month and set up the date in would pay and amounts. Well didn't work as usual gave me problems as it never seems to want to find my social or account number. I was able to speak to someone only to be told oh looks like we sent that out to a collections agency here is the number. So my entire experience I have had nothing but trouble since the decision of getting a nissan. It is my biggest regret in life and I will never reccomend Nissan and specially their finance department. When I got and financed through Ford the only problem I had was the options of what I could finance and I got stuck in something that worked and turned out to be a great car that lasted as 11 years later I still have it. Best advice from me is try to avoid nissan and specially not to finance through them you should through your bank instead!

I had an appointment to test drive and likely buy an exact car model I've been hoping to find for months. It was over priced but my communications with them suggested they would negotiate. It had been sitting in the lot for a month.
So I emailed, they called, set up an appointment and sent a confirmation email asking me to call if I'd be late, and that they would call me if anything changed. After an hour-long drive I arrived to find out that the car was sold the same day I scheduled the appointment. The salesperson I'd talked to and formally arranged to meet was, according to representatives there, just an assistant. They had nothing comparable and that car is still listed on their website and others. If you're dealing with deacon, confirm confirm confirm!!
