I was then greeted by a very polite and friendly person, that ended up being a salesman that I had previously had email contact with. Even worse they did the BIG UPSELL on my wife, or at least they tried on a Murano that has only 31k miles and has no performance issues. Fuel Induction Service $150; PCV valve $130; Power steering Fluid $150. Fortunately she refused all of the above. If you are elderly, have gray hair, or are female be on your guard for the BIG UPSELL at this once dependable service shop. !!!

Not happy at all with the service I received. I was told my car was ready and when I picked it up, the carpet and under the drivers seat was still wet where the sunroof line leaked. Mold was still there. I left it again and after a few days I was told it was ready. My heat was set on 90 degrees and a quarter of a tank of my gas was used.

I got a vehicle from salesman BEN. After A month Because my job changed payroll companies i was told i had to return vehicle. That was fine because inhad a trade in as well as i put 500$ down. I work 12 hr shifts so i had my sister drive 2 1/2 hours there because they lost the key to my car so i had to get the spare key. The general manager WILLIAM WHITMORE TOLD MY SISTER I COULD NOT BE REFUNDED BY CHECK IT HAD TO BE RETURNED TO MY CARD. Again Another issue for me bc my sister needed that money for gas BUT NOBODY CARED. Cashiers KEPT HANGIN UP ON ME. They said THEY CANT REFUND ME MY MONEY UNTIL GABE ROWE OKAY IT BUT GABE ROWE DID NOT OKAY IT FOR THEM TO TAKE IT.
