I sent a request on a Friday evening and promptly got a text from Anna, expressed what I was looking for, down to the terms. Shortly after that Brandon called me to solidify our meeting. We showed up 45 minutes early for our appointment, and Brandon was there to greet us. Picked out the vehicle that he felt met our needs. Well he was spot on. Now it’s our vehicle. The sales manager didn’t start jockeying with us, and found the best deal he could. At doc signing can’t remember his name either was outstanding as well. Very knowledgeable about how the laws affect Active military members. We showed up at 1015 driving off the lot less than 2 hours later.

I wish there were more than 5 stars to represent the AMAZING service I received. I bought a used Altima from another dealer and less than 48 hours later, it started making an unpleasant noise up front. I called McNeill Nissan to ask the service department about the noise and spoke with Service Manager Jason Bumgarner. Once I explained the issue, Jason told me to bring it in and he would fix the issue he thought it was for FREE even though I did not buy he car from McNeill. Once I took it in and it was assessed, Jason advised he thought I should take the car back and even walked me through the garage so I could take pictures of the issue, (heat shield was split open and manifold had to be cut off and new parts would have to be installed), and he even wrote me a note with what needed to be done to provide to the dealer, (CarMax), with his name and phone number in case they had any questions. I was not comfortable with this so I went in and explained the issue to a gentleman, (who I learned later was the owner of McNeill's), and wanted to see if I could get something worked out to buy a car from them instead. He said "absolutely" and then introduced me to Sharis. Sharis was VERY nice, courteous, professional, extremely knowledgeable and most of all not pushy to make a sale. I test drove another Altima SR that was newer and ended up buying it the same day. The entire process with Sharis was transparent and so easy and she took time to answer every question I had. Once all the papers were signed, she had the car filled with gas and she and the owner met me at the car where I thought I was done. Sharis and the owner walked the car and said it was not cleaned enough, even though it was just cleaned and detailed moments prior and said they needed it detailed again as it needed to be "right off the showroom floor". As I waited for the car to be detailed a second time, I tried to make arrangements for my husband to meet me so we could take the new Altima home and return the defective Altima back to CarMax. I was not able to reach my husband and Sharis over heard this and offered to take the new Altima to my home for me so I could, 1.) Have the car right away and 2.) so I could start my trip back to CarMax in Winston. I told Sharis I did not want her to go out of her way to bring the new car to my home but she insisted it was no trouble at all and would bring by my house after her shift ended at 7 and would also text me once it was there. I left McNeill Nissan around 5:45pm incredibly thankful and amazed at the service I had received and started for Winston. At 6:25pm, Sharis texted me and informed me my new car was already at my home earlier than expected! Sharis also took care of getting my insurance switched to my new car as well and this was the first thing she did the next morning too. McNeill Nissan went above and beyond to help me in a time of need and I still can't thank them enough for everything. On top of it all, I also got a heck of a deal on the new car and my monthly payments and interest rate were lower than the older car from CarMax!!! Everyone was so kind and genuine and you can tell they really care about their customers. The car is fantastic and runs and look PERFECT!! I will definitely be back and am now a life-long customer of theirs. I encourage everyone to go to McNeill Nissan for ALL future business!! THANK YOU AGAIN SHARIS AND MCNEILL NISSAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every dealer had pros and cons but They replaced fuel pump when I only needed gas costing me $800! I was there every month for 5 months straight and everytime it was something new that I had to come out of pocket for. . Either they failed to properly diagnose my car or they just wanted the money! This dealership ultimately made me decide to trade to a different make of vehicle. Not sure how the salesman are but service was no good to me and only cared about squeezing as much money out of me as possible. If you have a personal mechanic I’d go that route, otherwise I’d advise to choose Fred Anderson, they’re great to everyone and are completely honest.

I had no clue when I decided to ride by the dealership to see if the preowned SUVs I had been looking at online were still there, that my day would turn out so well. I actually found both preowned Pathfinders and got out and looked at them. One was a 2018 SL and the other was a 2016 Platinum. I liked them both, but asked to drive the 2016. It was much nicer than I had anticipated.
So I decided to go in and find out about my trade in. Duane Thompson was my sales associate at Modern. After having my car appraised I found out that I was upside down because of my mileage and I probably could not trade for a preowned SUV. But to my delight, I might could trade for a new vehicle that had a rebate. After looking at a few, Duane found me a new 2018 Pathfinder SL. It was the color I wanted and had all of the whistle and bells.
I had not arrived at the dealership until after 3:30, but I found myself trading that night. Everyone helped to make it possible by staying late and I really appreciated that. Great employees and staff!

You say and your response to please contact your dealership, but when you leave messages for the general manager and she won’t even return her calls, why even bother wasting your time since it seems to be the norm to blow people off after the deal was done.
Update: Someone in management finally must’ve seen this post, because we took the truck in and the two items that were promised over year ago were fulfilled extremely fast! Now I have no reservations about dealing with Reidsville Nissan in the future.

Worst experience ever! - Scars2stars
I inquired online the lowest price for a Rogue. I was quoted $21,700 for it. While chatting with Ashley Woodard through text, I asked 3 times for the quote with all of the fees. She said she would give it to me but NEVER did. When I arrive, I told the salesman what the quote was that I received. Tom Nuzzo, was his name. He was a smooth talker! So I'm thinking I will go there and give $3000 down and just the fees be added to the price of$21,700 which should have been $23,800 at the most. Well the price Tom and the manager Chris Milam were trying to give me was $24,797 with $3000 down. That is the rawest deal ever been tried on me. My husband asked why the payments would be $368.00 for 72 months, and what was the interest rate. Tom could only answer that the times for low interest rates didn't exist anymore. Wow just wow! I think after this experience of purposely trying to be ripped off, I will stick with my Hondas! No more dealing with anything Nissan anymore! Nissan can mainly thank Tom Nuzzo, Ashley Woodard and Chris Milam. Oh, forgot to add that I was quoted one price then Tom came back with $1000 added to it trying to slip it over. He said Chris had made a mistake. I'm just so frustrated. If they would have been honest, they could have made a sale tonight and I would have had a few more customers for them.
