I have never been to a dealership where I was in and out with a car in an hour. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive for us, but boy was it worth it! Reese was a great salesman that got me a great deal. Bill (Business Manager) made everything seamless and less stressful for us. I would like to personally recognize Reese and Bill for bending over backwards to get us in to a much needed car. Let me tell you a short story about Ryan motors customer service. In 2017 I bought a two year old ram pickup with 40k, remainder of powertrain warranty, and the paperwork showed the windshield had been replaced while they had the truck on the lot. I was satisfied with the deal and to be honest I love the truck. Well about 6 months later I was washing the truck and noticed what looked like rust inside the gap most of the way around the windshield. Upon further inspection it was RUST, and there were markings as though the paint had been scraped off when the windshield was replaced. The first place I took the truck was back to Ryan Motors to show the salesman who had sold me the truck, Mike Rosland. He looked and then went and got the sales manager who’s name escapes me at the moment. I had hoped they would volunteer up some help, anything. Nope, all they would say is “there’s nothing we can do.” My next stop was two different body shops. I chose the cheaper and paid close to $1500 to have a perfectly good windshield pulled, the cab sand blasted and painted, and of course a new windshield installed, not to mention to be out of a truck for 3 weeks. I’d also like to add the body shop confirmed it was a faulty windshield replacement. I was pretty upset at first and was waiting until I cooled down to write this review. Then I decided it wasn’t worth my time and I could just let the past live in the past, but now I keep hearing their ads on the radio about their “great customer service” and my blood boils every time. So, in summary, if you expect any sort of customer service after the sale, or you expect them to stand behind their vehicles like some of their ads say... well you are going to be out of luck. Be prepared to hear “there’s nothing we can do.” When in reality there is a lot they can do, they just choose not to. They could have chose to help me pursue the company that they hired to replace the windshield and caused the damage. They could have paid for repairs, or offered to pay some. They could have offered to help get a reduced rate at a body shop, or a windshield at cost from FCA. They could’ve offered me a freaking cup of coffee or an apology. They are choosing not to service customers after the sale. So, if you’re looking to purchase a vehicle, I’d keep driving. The next dealership, the next town even. I’m certain you will be treated better elsewhere.

Just bought a new Ram 2500 for pulling my RV from Miller Motors and all I can say is wow. These guys are painless to deal with and have great service. We worked with Jim and he came to Fargo to check out my trade while I was away for work. He listened to exactly what we needed in a truck and not only did he find it... he had it brought here from another dealer and delivered it personally after hours. Jim took the time to go through all the features of the new Ram and gave us tips on how to get the most out of the truck.
I worked with Ciara in finance and she was great to deal with. She listened to the situation and was able to get me a great financing deal compared to other places we looked. When it came to paperwork she wasn't pushy at all with the extended warranty and insurances. She was very informative and explained the different products offered. They are also very transparent with the numbers. I had asked to see the deal sheet once they had the numbers figured out and it was in my email within a few minutes.
Miller Motors took what was taking several weeks with no results from another dealer, and got it done in just a few days. We are very happy with the new Ram.
If I had to find a negative about Miller Motors it would be the hour drive out to Valley City. The boring drive is made up for ten fold by their amazing service, friendliness, and overall great experience. No stress... no anxiety... just finding the vehicle you need...at a fair price for the vehicle and your trade, and getting it all set up... for YOU!
