Terrific customer service . While out of state recently we had a problem with a rear wheel sensor .The Mercedes dealer in Montana wasn’t able to order the part ,called Leikin parts and got hold of Pat he was able to walk the other dealer through that process and the part was received the following day to continue our trip. Pat even called that day to make sure the part was taken care of ,that’s great service! During this same trip the engine light came on less than 100 miles from home ,scheduled service on line they got the parts needed and got us on our way again. Some may think that’s a lot of service but but we drove over 10,000 miles in 6 weeks traveling and enjoying life .I’m grateful to Leikin parts and service

Mohamed at Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby is the best car salesman ever! This was my first time going thru the car buying process on my own and he answered all of my questions willingly and explained every detail to me to my understanding. Mohamed helped me find a vehicle that included each and every feature I wanted in my dream car. The car had to be sent to Ohio from another state and he made that happen without a hassle. He even connected me with the financial department, when at first I was reluctant to speak with them, to add necessary warranty packages to my purchases to ensure that my new vehicle is covered from front to back, inside and out. When I arrived to purchase my car Mohamed set up a grand reveal. The car had a red bow on it which I requested, but he made it even more special by setting up a special congratulations sign with my name on, a cake because it was my birthday (by the way the cake was AMAZING), and balloons!. This made me feel so special. Mohamed said he would do anything to make sure that I was a satisfied customer and he did just that! Thanks Mohamed and Mercedes-Benz of Willoughby, I've never been happier!
Driver Side adjustments stop working after performed recall - Vitaliy125
I been there for recall and they fixed that problem, also they replaced the steering wheel lock on my request. Staff was friendly, facility is clean and they offered complementary ($89 value) free rental car for the time of fixing of my car. At first I not satisfied, they never notified me about conditions of my car at end of day instead I called them to ask every time wats going on. The second problem happened when I brought the car home, my wife realized that driver side seat adjustment stop working just after a mechanic adjust the seat for himself. I call to Mercedes for advise and they don’t care. So, I don’t happy with this service anymore, My suggestion is to check everything possible features on you car if they still working, but sometimes you can’t check everything...

Bought a brand new Mercedes in 5/2020. Per salesmen Stephen, Car purchase came with an oil change. Sun roof went out in car, the dealership damaged the inside of my car scratches inside vehicle and bent the headliner and returned it to me like this and I have to mention I found things wrong. Brian only agreed to fix headliner dent and he was rude talking down to me abt my findings treating me like I was making things up. Also said they fixed my warranty item around passenger door. This will be the 4th taking it to a 3rd dealership to get it fixed at end of month January 2021. Due to dealership having my car for almost a month for sun roof issue, brian the service manager agreed to a class A service package to me for free ... now they won’t return my calls or agree to honor something they agreed upon. Not sure how someone can run a shady business like and not honor what they say they will do... also damaged my airbags while pulling sunroof out , other dealership west Chester had to be aggressive with brian at kenwood in order for him to agree to repair . If item is not under warranty your sol. I have made a dozen calls to Mercedes customer support and all they do is let the dealership know and it is their responsibility the dealership to make it right... kenwood dealership won’t return emails or calls and just ignore you if something like this happens to u... I saw another review where their car was damaged and Mercedes kenwood said thT person was lying... hmm.. I love my car but this is the treatment if u buy a lower class car such as the A220.. never owned one before love the car but this dealership including the finance department , won’t return my emails or calls ... don’t even deserve a 1

I have purchased many used cars from Kempthorn with Denny. Never disappointed. I picked my Mercedes up today from the Body Shop. The shop and Bob did a great job! You cannot tell anyone hit my car! It was clean as when I first bought it. I tell all of my friends that are looking for a car, service and now body work to go to Kempthorn.

The worst customer service ever .
i got called for recall service . I went first time , then after 30 min they told me the repair piece is not available , so I left !!!
Next time they called me , and I scheduled my car pick up between 8-9 am !!! I waited till 10 no nobody showed up .
Around 1040 , I called them to check ,they connect me to the driver that was lost in Cleveland downtown, and he doesn’t have GPS and he doesn’t know how to use google maps , waze , or apple map !!!! I tried to help him to find my place,but he was lost.
I called the manager to complain .. I left two messages ... did he even call back ??? U got the answers ... No
Such a bad service .. and I will re consider all my future car shopping ...
well ,this how u lose customers .
