Sirius wasted 2 hours of my time attempting to resolve a problem with my car radio. Finally, they suggested I should go back to Ganley Buick for a repair. Service Dept took approximately 15 minutes to resolve problem! I'm embarrassed to admit the problem was of my making. I accidentally hit the mute on the radio - something I didn't know existed. I know now but service was very kind about not pointing this out to me. So Thank You to everyone in Service for kindness and promptness.

I have literally nothing really good to say about the service department. I'm so flippin ticked. I took my truck in for a leak at the back window and third light. After waiting a month to get in. Was told (after repairs) that the problem should be fixed. Our leak guy found the problem and fixed it. Guess what!!!! He didn't. In fact he made it worse. Or should I say the service technician who made the actual repairs. Now as of today 1/18/25 my entire roof and backseat is drenched. Worse than before. My truck is a 2020 ram 1500. That keeps flooding and nobody is doing any real repairs. They do not offer rental cars, they can take you to enterprise to spend even more money. As if this isn't already inconvenient enough. These pictures are from today 1/18/25. After repairs have been made.

These answers are for service department. More expensive then first quoted because they found other issues to fix. Loved the fact after they were done, they had my car running inside service department. All I had to do was get in and drive away! Didn’t have to go outside looking for car.

my new car was less than one year old. Needed differential repair. Seth the head of service there refused to honor the warranty and wanted me to pay over $10,000 to repair, Had the audacity and arrogance to suggest my new car I purchased from their dealership, which was never out of my possession and had zero sign of any water damage, had been substantially submerged. What a bold face lie. Took my Car to Germain and found out there was a MB issued service bulletin on the known issue and they (Germain) repaired and honored the warranty. Deal with Crown Mercedes of Dublin and Seth/Service at your own risk. Complete crooks and stereotypical of the worst of car dealerships!
