I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed.
