I was an out of state buyer...I worked Marc Monroe....we negotiated over text & email a couple times and agreed on a price. I signed live docs over the internet, both purchase and Ford Credit paperwork. I flew into a closest major airport, Brondes dealership sent a driver to pick me up. When I arrived at the dealership, Marc went over the final paper work with me, we did a walk around and he explained the vehicle's new features. The Vehicle was clean and ready to go, even a full tank of gas. I was on my way in less than 45 min. No run around or upsell was made. One of easiest new car purchases of my life.... A+++ Thank you!

But more importantly the service I receive at this dealership is really unequalled compared to any other dealership I have purhcased a car from before. I know that this is largely a function of exceptional service I have received from Infiniti of Akron. The Service Consultant I use is Ed Kurston. He always goes far beyond the usual 'so so' service we all have learned to accept from service departments. Ed is professional, a great listener and always goes well beyond to help me out and to service my Infiniti. If you ask for him, you will not be disappointed. I had a great experience. Went in to look at the Chevy Trax and learn more about them. My sales guy Brian Cale, his co worker called him "The Chevy Guy" was great and not at all pushy. He was straight forward about things and if he didn't know the answer he wouldn't feed you a line of xx he would get the answer for you. I left there with a great deal and a great car. I had a good experience buying my Mazda CX-5 at Kempthorn. I also looked at a VW Tiguan and a Volvo XC40 while there. Jay Murdock was good to work with and not high pressure. And he was understanding even when we wandered off and talked to the salesman in their Volvo area. My only real complaint was I felt he could have been just a little better at pointing out the the best features of the vehicle.
