A couple of weeks ago I was in a wreck that totaled my Cadillac CTS that I bought from John Holt two years ago. When I bought that car, the dealership treated me well and made the process very quick and easy. Since I was again in the market for a car, I went back out to John Holt. This time, they found the XTS you see pictured, and they (Justin Hart, the salesperson) even brought the car along with the contract to OKC for me to sign instead of me having to run back out to Chickasha. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships in the past but I’ve never had one treat me as well as John Holt (both times).

We bought a 2019 vehicle ($30,000) last month.
I was told by the dealership a warning/dash light notification was not a big issue. The vehicle has been in a Jeep dealership shop for 3 days as of now. It also has tires that wouldn't pass an inspection which results in the car being out of alignment. My first time to buy a used car. I was under the impression they went through an inspection. Used car buyers be cautious.

I recently got a used Chevy Camaro from Joe Cooper Chevy Cadillac in Shawnee, OK. I had the best car buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Clay was utterly amazing really went the extra mile to find me exactly what I wanted. The finance guy Jonathan did me the same. These boys are a great team! I was hoping that this dealership would look out for my best interest because I told them I'm a disabled combat veteran and I was completely wrong about that. They told me they would transfer my handicap equipment over to my new vehicle but of course out of my own expense not theirs. And if you're looking for a great deal you won't find one here because they are not competitive with the truecar.com pricing. They were willing to give me below-average pricing on the new vehicle I was looking at. It's very sad how most of these dealerships are out for themselves. Seth Wadley and his staff are not patriotic at all. They will never except losing on a deal just to help out a disabled combat veteran.

Expect The Unexpected - kristendec81
After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed when I visited Vance Auto Group in Perry Oklahoma. It was a couple of hours before the dealership closed when John received the call that I was coming to visit him from Oklahoma City, which is about an hour drive but this didn't detour him from saying "come on in".
As I walk through the door I am greeted by Shane Jansson and I was addressed by name which is surprising because most "salesmen" don't put that much effort into making your experience personable. Shane then showed me the car that I was interested in and explained every inch of the vehicle just so I would be educated on my purchase. In my experience the next process is the most draining part of purchasing a vehicle which is the financing part but I can honestly say the process went smooth. Shane and Warren (finance manager) made sure I was comfortable with every step.
When all of the paperwork was complete Shane walked me to my new Acadia and I notice that he went out of his way and had a water bottle waiting for me in the cup holder of my new car! This maybe a small gesture to some but it's huge for me because like I stated before most salesmen don't make the car buying experience personable and I also think he put my satellite radio to a station that he thought I would like! Expect the unexpected with the Vance Auto group!
