A Great Experience - Brian
A couple of weeks ago I was in a wreck that totaled my Cadillac CTS that I bought from John Holt two years ago. When I bought that car, the dealership treated me well and made the process very quick and easy. Since I was again in the market for a car, I went back out to John Holt. This time, they found the XTS you see pictured, and they (Justin Hart, the salesperson) even brought the car along with the contract to OKC for me to sign instead of me having to run back out to Chickasha. I’ve bought several cars from dealerships in the past but I’ve never had one treat me as well as John Holt (both times).

They did an oil change and tire rotation as requested, however, they also washed and vacuumed my car as a courtesy. Great service with a awesome courtesy treat!

Buyer Beware, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! - Janice Searle
Corley Chevrolet and Cadillac of Muskogee has to be the MOST dishonest, deplorable car dealership anyone could deal with. They sold me a car with factory navigation. Navigation was not on the car after I signed the paperwork and refused to have it installed. Also, salesperson stated the car had a spare tire or inflation kit, it did not. I have been passed off to five different people and tried for two weeks to work something out to no avail. It's time I contact my attorney. Once, the GM even stated I should have check to see if it had a spare and not just believe what I was told by the salesperson. . . I’m really extremely dissatisfied!!! I would give this Dealership a ZERO!!!
No service on Saturday - Chevyfan
My husband was traveling with hunting dogs when his alternator went out on the interstate, roadside assistance sent him there where he was treated like a 2nd class derelict and was told they only changed oil on Saturday when all he need was a wrench to put the $500 part he just bought from them But they said they didn't have access to tools. So my husband called Napa and they delivered the wrenches. In 95 degree heat he was almost done when they told him he had 15 min to get his truck off the lot because he had a family to go home to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.
Extremely poor (no) service from Service Department - Kent
Never got any feedback, no written estimate for repairs, no info on error codes and no return phone calls from Doug McKenna and had to have my vehicle towed to another service center.
2019 Cadillac CTS-V BEST PURCHASED AFTER 6HR DRIVE FROM TX - jamesdreyes
I live in Houston, TX and was shopping around for a 2019 Cadillac CTS-V. I just recently purchased a 2018 Cadillac Escalade in Nov 2018 at Central Houston Cadillac. They took good care of me with my purchase so I decided to give them the 1st shot at the deal. Unfortunately my original Sales person and Sales manager I worked with is no longer with the company but one of the Sales Manager was still working there so I told him what I was looking for and he went to located the vehicle for me and found it. He then sent me the price quote sheet and from what I can see he was charging me full MSRP so I called and asked why? His answer was why would he sell this car for less when he can sell it for full price. This was his answer after I told him what a great dealer they have how his sales team helped me with my new purchased.
So guess what I did, the big mistake he made was including the Vin # of the vehicle so I googled it and found the car sitting at Bob Moore Cadillac at Norman, OK. One thing stood out is that I’ve purchased a Porsche before From Bob Moore of Porsche. So I called Bob Moore Cadillac and mentioned what had happened. I spoke to Mory and right away we hit it off. Mory took great care of me as a repeat customer. He provided the same quality service as I received when I purchased my Porsche. I drove 6hrs to OK to pick up the car. I got to the dealer at 8:30AM and I was welcomed by Thi and he took the time to answer all my questions and went thru all the paperwork. It was my daughter’s birthday and they even had me pick out something from the Gift Shop as a Thank you. So I wanted to take this time again to Thank Bob Moore Cadillac Specially to Mory and Thi for the great service. I wished the dealer was her in Houston as they need more people like them here.
Liars - Deanboy1
Bought a Trax salesmen was very nice. When I got to finance they had added a warranty. The manager said the finance company requires it. When I talked to the finance company they said that there is no such requirement. Never buy from Joe Cooper.
Cheated us.. Never buy from them again! - Tony/Rhonda Prichard
We are 15+ years loyal customers of SW...bought our 6th Dodge in Feb. 2019. will NEVER buy from them again. Cheated us out of $. A know issue we were never told about "cylinder head". Took it to my personal mechanic twice to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced. Found out by doing this that their is a know issue with the cylinder head which was giving us problems. Never have we ever gotten any recalls on this Durango. Was instructed to call Dodge/Chrysler Headquarters and ask for a Good Will Warranty because the warranty ended at 150,000 miles... we have 155,000 miles. This issue has been going on since November 2018, well below the 150,000 miles. I called and was instructed to take car to Seth Wadley to have a diagnosis done (bill $300) and they would see what they could do for us. We were lead to believe that they would help with this issue. Chysler/Dodge/Jeep Headquarters opened a claim. We took it to SW and 4 days later, were told that claim was denied. We were out $300 for nothing! I called headquarters again and expressed my concern.. a new claim was opened and 2 days later that claim was denied. Asked why? Was told that because I took my car to other mechanics to have spark plugs changed and coil replaced, they weren't done by an authorized dealership so the denied my claim. That is a bunch of BS....We are out $300 for nothing. We have a hard time getting our SW vehicles in to have our "free oil changes" done, so I have been paying to have it done other places. Talked with Randy (Service Manager) and he was not helpful at all.. There is no communication between him and the service staff. Jennifer was telling me one thing and he was telling me another. Along with headquarters telling me and leading us to believe that they would help us. I feel like SW should have fought for us better than they did, waived the $300 that we paid and took care of loyal customers as we are. We bought a Dodge Ram in February 2019 and regret every bit of it....We feel that we were wronged and that we should have this paid for and repaired. We will never buy another vehicle from SW....and we currently own 4 from them... I guess Hudiburg will get out business again... They always stand behind their word.
Horrible service - Yankeeokie
After a strut replacement gone bad, the car has major front end and suspension problems. Will not call you back. Incompetent all the way around.
Worse customer service - Rayelynsliger@yahoo.com
Bought 2015 GMC 3500 Denali and sent someone to pick up vehicle with cashier check for purchase. Had no diesel in it when they picked it up. Called sales manager to explain I sent someone to pick up with cashier check and was told they do not put fuel in used vehicles. Will not be back the whole experience was a disaster.
Expect The Unexpected - kristendec81
After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed when I visited Vance Auto Group in Perry Oklahoma. It was a couple of hours before the dealership closed when John received the call that I was coming to visit him from Oklahoma City, which is about an hour drive but this didn't detour him from saying "come on in".
As I walk through the door I am greeted by Shane Jansson and I was addressed by name which is surprising because most "salesmen" don't put that much effort into making your experience personable. Shane then showed me the car that I was interested in and explained every inch of the vehicle just so I would be educated on my purchase. In my experience the next process is the most draining part of purchasing a vehicle which is the financing part but I can honestly say the process went smooth. Shane and Warren (finance manager) made sure I was comfortable with every step.
When all of the paperwork was complete Shane walked me to my new Acadia and I notice that he went out of his way and had a water bottle waiting for me in the cup holder of my new car! This maybe a small gesture to some but it's huge for me because like I stated before most salesmen don't make the car buying experience personable and I also think he put my satellite radio to a station that he thought I would like! Expect the unexpected with the Vance Auto group!
