After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed when I visited Vance Auto Group in Perry Oklahoma. It was a couple of hours before the dealership closed when John received the call that I was coming to visit him from Oklahoma City, which is about an hour drive but this didn't detour him from saying "come on in".
As I walk through the door I am greeted by Shane Jansson and I was addressed by name which is surprising because most "salesmen" don't put that much effort into making your experience personable. Shane then showed me the car that I was interested in and explained every inch of the vehicle just so I would be educated on my purchase. In my experience the next process is the most draining part of purchasing a vehicle which is the financing part but I can honestly say the process went smooth. Shane and Warren (finance manager) made sure I was comfortable with every step.
When all of the paperwork was complete Shane walked me to my new Acadia and I notice that he went out of his way and had a water bottle waiting for me in the cup holder of my new car! This maybe a small gesture to some but it's huge for me because like I stated before most salesmen don't make the car buying experience personable and I also think he put my satellite radio to a station that he thought I would like! Expect the unexpected with the Vance Auto group!

In February of this year my family and I were in the market for a vehicle following an accident that totaled our family van. After researching numerous dealers we decided on Seth Wadley due to some recommendations and looking at the seth wadley promise. At first we had no issues, we started the papers with Kaley, and specifically stated that we wanted the extended warranty which would bring our bumper to bumper out to 100k miles. A week after signing we were told that they were able to get a better payment for us and would need to resign the papers. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the papers to our house as to not load all the kids up and inconvenience us. One day as I was filing papers away I took the time to review and could not find where the extended warranty was located. Last month I contacted Kaley and asked if in fact we did have it and she stated yes,that she saw it in her copies...she was nice enough to say she would have accounting send me a copy so that I could see where. One month later still nothing. After numerous messages for someone, anyone to help with this issue I have filled a BBB complaint. Do not waste your time with this dealer, you would have better luck with a small no name dealership...talk about a wolf in sheep's clothing.

My husband was traveling with hunting dogs when his alternator went out on the interstate,roadside assistance sent him there where he was treated like a 2nd class derelict and was told they only changed oil on Saturday when all he need was a wrench to put the $500 part he just bought from them But they said they didn't have access to tools. So my husband called Napa and they delivered the wrenches. In 95 degree heat he was almost done when they told him he had 15 min to get his truck off the lot because he had a family to go home to. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

Be Cautious Shopping Here - Cargirl
If you are older and a female, be cautious shopping here. I would advise you not to come alone! I came in to see a 2012 Kia Sorento in January, 2017. They had brought up the vehicle from their Norman, OK store for me to test drive. I had waited for it several days. It had not been detailed and it was filthy inside. Also, it had a huge crack in the windshield. When I was waiting for the salesman to help me, a third salesman came up and was very rude to me. The first salesman drove up a used Chevy Cruze and I said I'm not looking for a sedan. The third salesman said "Well, you don't really know what you are looking for", in a rude tone. The first salesman was supposed to call me when they got the windshield fixed and the SUV detailed. He never did. A few days later, the car was removed from their website. They tried to intimidate me with three salesmen. They tried to get me to look at a totally different kind of car. They lied about calling me back. And one salesman was just downright rude. I would recommend you not shop here alone. Actually I would not recommend this dealership at all. There are other ones nearby that treat you with respect. This store taints the other stores associated with the name Bob Moore. Their saying is Respectfully, Bob Moore. But they were anything but respectful the day I shopped here. Disrespectful Bob Moore.

I was told things that were not true. totally unethical. I had been approved through capitalone for any car I wanted. called jermy wood and Jason valenties the sales mgr and was told things that were not true so that I would let them use a different lender. cost me an additional 1440 dollars for there little dirty trick. and was never told there was a TWO THOUSADN DOLLAR factory CUSTOMER rebate. not one time. these people got pretty close to FULL STICKER for the car. which that alone is to much. and on top of that there greed truly showed through when they wanted to sock it to me again by changing lenders so that they could squeeze 1440 MORE dollars out of me. that's what them changing lenders cost me. I have talked to capitalone many times by phone and email and Jason valentines NEVER turned in a loan request in the same manner like I asked. he changed the details turned that in then told me yes sir they wont approve you for that interest rate..A COMPLETE LIAR. do not buy a car from these people. how is a customer supposed to make a good deal when there being lied to? how is that legal?but i guess this is how joe cooper does business..you people will never get another penny from me. i have talked to capitalone many times since buying this car and can provide paper work for every thing im saying. after i left my first review i was called by Jason vaentines same one that ripped me off. and told me he was sorry for me feeling the way i said i did in review i left. He offered to send me 500 dollars. i talked him up to 750. then he wouldn't mail it to me i kept having to call him and beg for it. isn't that funny i had to haggle to get some of my OWN money back. they commit fraud and i have to beg for my own money back. i have already contacted the BBB and am also going to contact the Oklahoma consumer protection agency as well as capitalone,GM,chevy, and a few others. everyone knows that a dealership will try to get as much as they can but that doesn't give these goofballs the right to mislead people leave things out so that they can profit more. that's unethical. i knew by using capitalone that they would be getting just about full stcker i guess that's why i never seen these lies they were feeding me coming. good job jermy wood and Jason valentines you took advantage of a family man who has people to take care of and who also has cancer..congrats...

After a strut replacement gone bad, the car has major front end and suspension problems. Will not call you back. Incompetent all the way around.
