After being turned down from a couple of dealerships due to negative equity one could understand my frustration and hopelessness but that all changed when I visited Vance Auto Group in Perry Oklahoma. It was a couple of hours before the dealership closed when John received the call that I was coming to visit him from Oklahoma City, which is about an hour drive but this didn't detour him from saying "come on in".
As I walk through the door I am greeted by Shane Jansson and I was addressed by name which is surprising because most "salesmen" don't put that much effort into making your experience personable. Shane then showed me the car that I was interested in and explained every inch of the vehicle just so I would be educated on my purchase. In my experience the next process is the most draining part of purchasing a vehicle which is the financing part but I can honestly say the process went smooth. Shane and Warren (finance manager) made sure I was comfortable with every step.
When all of the paperwork was complete Shane walked me to my new Acadia and I notice that he went out of his way and had a water bottle waiting for me in the cup holder of my new car! This maybe a small gesture to some but it's huge for me because like I stated before most salesmen don't make the car buying experience personable and I also think he put my satellite radio to a station that he thought I would like! Expect the unexpected with the Vance Auto group!

Sold me an unsafe car - Largecar
Bought a 2012 Dodge Charger Super Bee. Expected it to pass inspection. One rear lug nut was missing and the wheel nut stub was stripped. The electric horns had been removed. Oklahoma has no inspection requirements. Texas does.
I should not have driven two hours to buy a car that my shop has now found to be “unsafe”.
Perhaps Bob Moore dealerships should at least inspect the vehicles they sell..... clearly they do not.
Be Cautious Shopping Here - Cargirl
If you are older and a female, be cautious shopping here. I would advise you not to come alone! I came in to see a 2012 Kia Sorento in January, 2017. They had brought up the vehicle from their Norman, OK store for me to test drive. I had waited for it several days. It had not been detailed and it was filthy inside. Also, it had a huge crack in the windshield. When I was waiting for the salesman to help me, a third salesman came up and was very rude to me. The first salesman drove up a used Chevy Cruze and I said I'm not looking for a sedan. The third salesman said "Well, you don't really know what you are looking for", in a rude tone. The first salesman was supposed to call me when they got the windshield fixed and the SUV detailed. He never did. A few days later, the car was removed from their website. They tried to intimidate me with three salesmen. They tried to get me to look at a totally different kind of car. They lied about calling me back. And one salesman was just downright rude. I would recommend you not shop here alone. Actually I would not recommend this dealership at all. There are other ones nearby that treat you with respect. This store taints the other stores associated with the name Bob Moore. Their saying is Respectfully, Bob Moore. But they were anything but respectful the day I shopped here. Disrespectful Bob Moore.

Never Never buy again from this dealership. Everyone at dealership should be fired and start over from scratch. Only reason i bought the vehichle was i had drove so far and wasted so much time. Paid cash for vehichle and still got screwd. Got down highway headlights didnt work. Brake lights didnt work. Had a flat tire. No spare. Then dash went out. I replaced all defected items now No title after 3 months and a expired dealer tag. How much can a person take. Cant get money back cause invested more money in repairs to vehichle. Never again.

After a strut replacement gone bad, the car has major front end and suspension problems. Will not call you back. Incompetent all the way around.
