I recently had a new transmission installed into my mini by a local garage and it was starting to squeal in 4th gear. Also had a recall on my power steering so I took my car to Otto's to be serviced. They took care of the recall and replaced my transmission at NO cost to me! Plus, they gave me a 2018 convertible Mini S to drive till my car was done! Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable, highly recommend this place if you have a Mini that needs serviced or are looking to purchase one. This place gets two thumbs up!!!

It was honestly a pleasure to buy a car from the wonderful people at MINI of Pittsburgh. (How many car dealerships can you say that about!?!?) First off Jason was so great to deal with - knowledgeable, personable and fun. There was no high pressure sales tactics - it truly felt like he enjoyed showing off the cars and he taught us so much during the test drive. He knew which car I would want just based on a few things I told him - and I really couldn't be happier with my purchase (Mini Cooper Countryman S All4). Chris, Sales Manager, was also very welcoming and made us comfortable during every step of the process. Bryan, Business Manager, made the paperwork easy and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We really feel like we made friends during the whole car-buying process. We live out of state, so it could have been an inconvenient process, but it was not. Thanks so much MINI of Pittsburgh for setting the bar SO HIGH. Now, get Bryan a new chair - he deserves it. :)
Great Car, Horrible Service - Gene
Car was in for oil change and 10,000 check. Took three days. When I got my car back, the check engine light activated, there was a burning odor occasionally filling the cabin, and I discovered fluid leaking on my driveway. Called to bring the car back in, and had to wait three weeks for an appointment. Dropped the car off (waited for nearly an hour for a rental car to be brought to me.) Was called two days later and informed that no one had looked at the car yet, and it would be at least another three days. This should not be ok. VERY unhappy customer.
