He is good human being and he is best at what he is... - Pramit Patel
He is good human being and he is best at what he is doing. He is only sales man who didn’t judge me asking what type of car you drive. (Maserati company should take a note on that) every other dealership asked me about my present car and then they never replied or took seriously. He gave me his first call at 11am and the deal was done by 2pm. I wish this type of people would be on my sales team. I will recommend 10 points for him.

Best place to go - Mark
Bought a car from John nearly 10 years ago and knew this would be the place to go when I was back in the market. Very knowledgeable and helpful and just the nicest people all around to deal with. This is the only place to go if you are looking for a vehicle that they have on the lot.

BEWARE buying a Maserati from this dealership. They sold... - SebastianandHanna
BEWARE buying a Maserati from this dealership. They sold my husband and I, a crashed car with significant damage, missing badge, misaligned hood, overspray, poor paint job, extreme rust, sensors that were GLUED on, falling visor, missing air clip on vent, missing manual, missing battery, cigarette burns, and defective USB ports. As an out of state customer we trusted this dealership. Even though the carfax was clean, it was their job to inform us of all the damages on the car, once they inspected the vehicle. They reassured us several times on the phone that their were no damages. They sold me a Maserati for over $60k and passed it off as CPO (certified pre-owned). The salesman said "in order for a vehicle to be eligible for CPO it has to pass a 170 point inspection". Clearly they passed it anyway. It's not even worth half of the price we paid. They took 17 days to ship the car. Once the car arrived to us, my husband and I took a video and pictures as it was unloading from the delivery truck which shows proof and evidence of the misaligned hood, falling visor, missing air vent clip, overspray, missing badge, mismatched paint, etc. Then we took it in for inspection at a local Maserati dsalership which revealed the impact damages, cracked areas, GLUED on sensors, rust, etc. The car is a mess. We were in shock and so sad to hear what a damaged car it was. We wrote the dealership a nice letter to resolve the issue. The GM Alex Morra just called us on a recorded line where he was so rude saying there's no return, no refund, and no resolution whatsoever. In the letter, we offered to be open to the possibilities of a refund and return the vehicle, exchange, or partial refund according to the actual value of the car with the damages and keeping the car. They refused to all options. So now we have no other option than to resort to rectifying it legally.
Terrible Experience! - GaryS
Terrible experience! It all started out wonderful. I called the dealership and spoke to a salesman (Tim). He was helpful, sent pictures, and did a video since I am 2.5 hours away. We spoke several times, and I submitted a credit application, and we agreed to come up on Saturday since he was off. He asked if I wanted to give a deposit (this was at 8:20 pm) and i said yes in the Morning. I called in the morning to make sure everything was ok. and to give my deposit, and he advised he would reach out to his manager, since he was off, and would be going into the dealership that afternoon and would advise. When I had not heard from him late in the day I texted, and he advised that "someone from NJ came in today and bought the car. You can imagine how disappointed I felt considering we made arrangements to drive up and get the car on Saturday, and had submitted a credit application. You expect more out of a Maserati dealership! My advice go someplace else!
My husband bought the car from this dealership. We made... - Gabby
My husband bought the car from this dealership. We made an arrangements with the shipping company to ship the car to us. We left the deposit for the car and was awaiting for bill of sale. We made the deal with Eddie ( not sure if this the real name or not, that what he told me), we received the call from him saying that he has a local potential buyer and we need to wait. He told this guy is a priority because he is local and he will pay full asking price and we have to wait till this guy decides to buy the car or not. We left the deposit and made the deal with him before, I think this is a cheap salesman trick for the buyers. Be aware of this dealership. Poor customer service. Asked for the manager he said he is a manager, it seems one-man operation. Not recommended for sure, really bad experience.
