I am pleased with the overall experience I had with Faulkner purchasing my new 2026 Ram truck. My salesman Zach “Beans” Hebb was especially considerate of my needs and helped guide me toward the perfect truck. He was in contact with me every step of the way to be sure he was meeting my needs. Zach was patient with me and understand how important it was for me to get the right truck at the right price. I have had my Fiat 500x for a few years now and I absolutley love it! (I named her Pearl)😆 Unfortunately it did have a recall, but it was still under warranty. When I first arrived I did not have the best service, but after some time discussing things a mechanic named Dan stepped in to help along with another man, Austin. They clearly seen the issue and did all they could to resolve it. It took a few trips, but it was well worth it. Dan and Austin got me a very nice rental for the time that my car was in the shop for the recall. (It was red, so I called her Ruby lol) I was expecting it to be in the shop for a couple weeks because the repair was a rather big job... Dan kept me up to date all along the way, he would call when it was convenient, or text, he even sent pictures through the process! And to my surprise after just a week I got the information from Dan and Austin that my car was ready for pick up! I was very impressed with the fast and wonderful service from Fiat of Erie! I am very grateful for both Dan and Austin helping me through the entire process! It is employees like them that make a customer happy and want to come back! Thankyou Dan and Austin for getting Pearl back on the road again and making me a very happy customer! Your hard work and friendly service is greatly appreciated!!😁👍

Tri star Indians service group are always very friendly and pleasant to work with. They and are very accommodating to schedules. Due to current Covid regulations and my place of employment, I am very limited to days I can go into the office. My inspection was up and the end of the month of August and they were able to squeeze my car in for inspection on the only day I could go into the office. That helped me tremendously as I didn’t have to schedule time off of work to get my car inspected. Not only did they squeeze it in, they did it without hesitation and still had my car back to me within an hour!

I had an exceptional experience with Ricardo, Greg, and the Reedman Toll team. Ricardo is friendly, knowledgable, and passionate about his product. He located and procured the exact vehicle that I wanted, and took care to ensure it was delivered quickly and in perfect condition. The price for my car and the trade in value offered exceeded my expectations. My only suggestion for improvement is to streamline the time investment in getting into, and then through, the Finance Department. If this task can be scheduled in advance, I would highly recommend it. Overall great experience, and my first day in my new Fiat 500 turbo was great fun!

WARNING! Do NOT do business with Faulkner dealerships on the Carlisle Pike! I called last evening and made an appointment to drive an SUV today at 2:00. I got an email from dealer at 1:46 saying he's looking forward to doing business with me. I got there at 2:04-ish. I spoke with saleswoman, she took down my information, including what I was looking for, what features made me choose that particular SUV. I filled her in and then we went to look at it. I found a few minor issues, but no deal breakers, so I asked to take it for a drive. She even mentioned that I obviously did my research. We went inside and she left to find the keys. She returned with new salesman and said he'll be taking care of me, because she had clients come in asking for her. He then told me that the car was just sold. REALLY? How can I receive an email at 1:46, show up at 2:04 for my 2:00 appointment, and the SUV be sold, when is was not even test driven, because the hood was still cold, and covered in non-evaporated rain? It's no coincidence that it's been sitting on their lot for almost a month, but someone comes in at the exact same time I did to buy that particular vehicle. Yea right! So they probably lied so they can sell it to someone that will pay full price instead of haggle. Please spread the word.

I contacted Fiat of Lehigh Valley and another Fiat dealer. Both were about the same distance from my home. While the other Fiat dealer took very long to respond and didn't seem to care about me...Jackie at Fiat of Lehigh Valley responded within minutes of my first inquiry. She emailed and called me and I had a lot of the information I needed within those first few minutes of placing my inquiry. And this was just the initial encounter with them. As I continued to make a decision on if this was the right car for me and the features I wanted, Jackie was there for me every step of the way. This was the first time I have leased a car and I couldn't have imagined a better experience! From test drive to finding the perfect car for me...they are the best!! They cared about me and my situation. I do not live very close to their dealership, so a lot was accomplished through email and telephone, which was perfect for me. It allowed me to get all of the information I needed without having to drive 2 hours round-trip to their dealership. Now that I have my yellow fiat, Jackie still sends me emails to make sure all is well with the car. If you are interested in a Fiat, look no further for a dealer...Fiat of Lehigh Valley is the best I have encountered and I will for sure go to them for all of my future needs!!!
