I wrote a review a week ago as to my experience. I want to right a follow up to be fair. The previous review was exactly what happened and i would not take that down. However i want to let you know that i finally was able to speak with the General Manager. He looked into the events and immediately got back to me. He apologized and stated how it would be handled from that moment on. He did exactly what he stated he was going to do. His timelines were followed through and ultimately they replaced the torque converter and the car is running smooth at this time. I always tell my customers don't judge me on a mistake, rather judge me and my staff on how we handle the mistake. I will do the same and will state they handled it respectfully.

I purchased a Saturn Aura in mid September. The vehicle is loaded and the price was spectacular! There was no nonsense with the purchase or price and it was the shortest time I've ever spent buying a car. Since the purchase, the service department has gone entirely out of their way to fix the random problems I've had with the vehicle that nobody could have known until the vehicle was driven some distance. They even went as far as to put me in a rental car for almost a week at no cost to me and then also ordered me 4 brand new after market rims of my choice to replace one bent factory rim that could not be ordered due to its limited availability. I will never buy a car anywhere else and Blue Knob Service has earned my business for inspections and repairs from here on out. Top notch employees round out the circle in my experience. I showed early to try and get clarity on a recall that came in the night before and I caught a service writer showing up for work. He asked if I needed help and I explained why I was there. Even though they were not open Carlos (the service writer) seemed sympathetic and asked for me to given him a minute. After he parked his own car he took the time to look into my inquiries and make sure that everything was addressed and even was able to get me in the same day because there was opening. I really appreciated the time that he took to make sure that everything was handled and his caring customer service approach. This is my third vehicle and have nothing but pleasant experiences with everyone I have interacted with.
