I recently purchased a brand-new 2020 Nissan Murano from Anchor Nissan, and the experience was truly exceptional. I worked with Sales Consultant Eric Fera, who was able to quickly and efficiently answer all my questions about the vehicle (and any questions I had about other Nissan vehicles I test-drove). He was able to find me exactly what I was looking for, and after a good, long test drive, I fell in love with the new Murano. I wasn’t immediately ready to buy this vehicle, and I wanted some time to really think about the purchase and perhaps test-drive other makes and models before I committed. Eric Fera understood this, and he was never pushy, even after I told him I’d give him an answer by the end of the week. I called two days later, and we began the financing process. After filling out a brief online credit application, I was contacted by Finance Manager Eric Fiske. He was able to get me a quick approval with Nissan Financial, and I was in my new vehicle later that night! I met with Eric Fiske and quickly signed all the paperwork. This process was also stress-free, and I even left the dealership with a better interest rate and price than I originally anticipated! The vehicle was delivered to me in spotless condition. I’ve purchased many cars over the years, and this has been the best experience I’ve ever had!
