Got it right! - Port city 1
After two attempts and $1,000.00 in repairs on leaking rear window, service department decided to call on the body shop manager Jim Moody to ask his opinion. Jim immediately assessed and diagnosed the problem and imolemented the solution at no charge. As a bonus he replaced a rear tail light for me at no charge. His attention to detail and outstanding customer service has made me a fan.

2014 Mazda had a light to come on - Sunshine
A light came on were you push to start your car. First time we have had anything to happen to our 2014 Mazda. Called they worked us in and had it done in a couple of hours.. We were on vacation at Holden Beach and they were the only Mazda service department around. But everyone was wonderful to help anyway they can. A very pleasant t experience. Thank you all : )

Tidelands Ford is the best dealership experience we've had. Service was excellent and Dave was extremely helpful working out a deal for us without any pressure. Financing options were good and we walked away happy with our purchase. There was a bit of a wait as with all dealerships but it was not a day-long affair.

I highly recommend Fairway Ford and would gladly buy a car from this dealership again! Mark Jones was the salesman who helped me, and he was a pleasure to work with. He patiently answered all my questions, and never once did I feel pressured into making a buying decision. A few days after he had showed me all the different cars and options, I brought my wife to the dealership. Mark happily showed her all the same vehicles and kindly answered all her questions. This gave us both the confidence to ultimately decide on the vehicle we purchased. Everyone I encountered was friendly and courteous from the moment I first stepped into the dealership to the moment I drove off the lot in my new car. As one example, the receptionist thoughtfully offered a snack for my toddler when he was fussing while my wife was test driving a vehicle.
I could have purchased this vehicle from my local Ford dealer in Easley, but I had never been happy with the customer service I received there. This prompted me to check out Fairway Ford, and I am certainly glad I did!
