It's wonderful to actually have kind and understanding service department to deal with at this dealership starting with Tom. I can see that Tom is a great asset to the service department. We dropped our car off on Saturday with a flashing Engine Light and applying gas caused the car to start slowing down. I also had 106,200 miles and only 470 miles left for and oil and filter change. Brandon called me in the morning to find out what the main issue was. I also asked him to also change the oil and filter plus we discussed what is suggested with my mileage over 100,000 miles and I decided to have him do those as well. He was the only Service person onsite that day and finished our car be the end of the day. He explained everything that was done and we’re very grateful for his work and the car is great. We thanked him and wanted to express our appreciation. We hope everyone at work sees how well he did and also thanks him..

I had my wife's Santa Fe serviced at Myrtle Beach - shapiro

I had my wife's Santa Fe serviced at Myrtle Beach Hyundai on Monday. They could not have been any more courteous, faster or more pleasant. The service writer explain all the details of what was to be done. The new facility is very nice with lots of amenities. Coffee and snacks are provided and the service to the car was just what was needed. They even wash the car when done with the service. Really good customer service.

Car went in because the steering column locked up while driving after $600 was told nothing found, less than a week locked up 4-5 more times so we took it back. Surprise issue found this time BUT part could not be gotten....in the almost SIX MONTHS they have had my car. POOR at best communication, no resolve and tried to charge to pick up car since I am making payments when NOTHING has been done. The car has sat there for months, battery has gone bad, gas, oil , etc probably bad, tires not moved so possible dry rot setting in and dash extremely dry from setting in the sun all summer. Federal law apparently states car manufactures must have replacement parts for cars 10 year or newer...mine is a 2017! NO parts, NO help, NO NOTHING but wants payment REALLY? For what? GM called and phone line was horrible, never got another call back, Corporate has been involved since the start of the second round no help. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR TO THEM IF YOU WANT IT FIXED. Single mom, four kids, no ride...isn't that great!
