On Sept 12 my husband were at the Lee Hyundai of Florence SC dealership for service maintenance on our current auto, 2013 Santa Fe. While waiting we were looking at the new 2019 Santa Fe models. A salesman , Andrew Turner, Product and Tech specialist came out to greet us and show us around to look at the cars. Very Professional and knowledgeable. He showed us several cars and the different options. He then took us and introduced us to Wallace Bird, Product and Tech specialist. We decided to purchase a 2019 Santa Fe and use our 2013 as a trade-in. The Finance Mgr and Sales Mgr handled the purchase with ease. The buying experience went smooth and we are enjoying our new vehicle. Grant Watson was very friendly and told us he appreciated our business

I definitely wasn't planning to buy a car in SC, after much interaction and great customer service I ended up purchasing a car. I was there from VA, after finding out my son's car needed a new engine. Mr. Maurice Souders helped us finalize everything with the broken car, even helped us find a tow truck. There was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle, even after all the help that was given. We left to return to VA, but turned around to see if Mr. Maurice could help us find the right vehicle for the right price. He did!!! My son loves it.😁

Always corteous. Always explain how long visit should take. Communicate issue in understandable terms. Waiting room is comfortable and supplied with refreshments. Staff make you feel like you are a valuable customer

I asked the manger why I wasn't informed that the warranty wouldn't be honored, he threatened to call the cops on me over asking him a question , I have been taking my car there since I brought it, but I will start taking it elsewhere

My daughter who is a student at Clemson university had acceleration problems with her 2017 Tuscon. We called the dealership and informed them that the vehicle will be towed there. Charles the service advisor took the call and reassured me that they would find the problem. Charles took care of everything for me. I live on Moncks Corner south carolina, so it was a relief that i didn't have to drive to Anderson to manage this issue. Charles kept me posted on the progress and was nice enough to provide my daughter with a loaner vehicle while hers was being repaired. My wife and i can't thank this dealership enough for their excellent customer service. Kudos!

The group at Peakvock Hyundai in Columbia, SC did a terrific job with my recent service appointment. It was easy to schedule and I received appropriate email reminders. Brian called me promptly after they had looked at the vehicle with an accurate time estimate for completed work. He called again when it was completed on time.
Failure to properly inspect car - Eric0724
My car was sent over from the collision center after an accident to make sure the engine was good before fixing the car. Took 3 weeks to get a response and two weeks after I got my car back the engine starting making a weird noise. When I brought the car to another dealership to have it checked they brought me to the shop to inform me that oil filter a $5 part was damaged in the accident and was puking oil out so the car was running with no oil all because they didn’t really check the engine like they said and change one cheap filter would never deal with them again. Finally understand why that guy was protesting the dealership for so long

I stopped in to ask a question about if my car was covered under bumper to bumper warranty.The service rep made me feel like I was bothering him. I asked about a oil change he never quoted a price just said I wouldn’t be able to get in maybe next week. I left to find a better dealer.

Apparently the warranty is worthless. After three trips and hours of waiting they replaced my gas
access door which was defective. The color does not match my car! They said it's because the original one was metal and the new one is plastic. Not my problem. The didn't want to have it painted and
said I would have to leave the car for three days!!! Not convenient! Of course, they didn't offer a loaner car...BAD SERVICE....WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS THERE AGAIN!!!!
