On Sept 12 my husband were at the Lee Hyundai of Florence SC dealership for service maintenance on our current auto, 2013 Santa Fe. While waiting we were looking at the new 2019 Santa Fe models. A salesman , Andrew Turner, Product and Tech specialist came out to greet us and show us around to look at the cars. Very Professional and knowledgeable. He showed us several cars and the different options. He then took us and introduced us to Wallace Bird, Product and Tech specialist. We decided to purchase a 2019 Santa Fe and use our 2013 as a trade-in. The Finance Mgr and Sales Mgr handled the purchase with ease. The buying experience went smooth and we are enjoying our new vehicle. Grant Watson was very friendly and told us he appreciated our business

There had been recall on a fuse issue for my Tuscon...I went for that and had an oil change and tire rotation and then the free car wash. The waiting area was just fine and they offer snacks and drinks for free while you wait, the whole thing was well done, nice folks working there and no problems. I think it was a fine experience and was very pleased.

The service department needs to consider a reworking of their whole system. Problem after problem is not fixed. The gentlemen on the phone for the service center know nothing about cars. They also do not enter in customer concerns into the computer. Issues are not fixed by the mechanics, because of their failure to put it in the write up. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I recently purchased my 3rd Hyundai from sakesman Louis Ukata since 2014. He was very knowledgeable about products and guided me to exactly the vehicle I was looking for. I came in for service & left with a new vehicle. The Finance Dept & Service Dept were also very courteous & knowledgeable. The entire buying experience was pleasant. Driving in from Ohio I hit something in the road, found out the next day I had a gas leak in the fuel tank, came in Monday morning and Brook Billmeyer went above and beyond to help us and put our mind at ease, told us enjoy the vacation and don't worry. Don’t go here. They lie to your face.
I brought my car in for routine maintenance. After I left I felt a problem with the transmission. I brought it back and they told me there was no problem when they drove it. I insisted they drive it again. The “Service Manager,” Vance, claimed to have driven it himself and felt nothing. Everyone else (friends, family, and several other transmission shops) who drove the car could immediately feel the issue.
I had to bring my car back to a dealership because of a recall notice and now they say I need a $5000 new transmission but “there was no problem before.”
I’m assuming they lied about the problem initially because they caused it and did not want want to repair it. But regardless of the reason, they lied, and my car (my livelihood) suffered for it.

I was able to get a early appointment with Jimmy Brown service advisor and Brandon Dillard Service Manager with an issue of a bad clock spring, they booked me in and fixed the problem and had me out in a hour. I have never been treated better from any dealership then these two gentlemen. The were knowledgeable and extremely helpful, was my first time there and would recommend them.
