Thanks to Brady Zimmerman for bringing it into the shop.

Excellent! - Chad
This is the second vehicle I have gotten from Billion. I have worked with Sean Kelly both times. He, in my experience, is a great salesmen. He is not pushy and that is a huge bonus with me. He knows his product and is awesome to work with. I will defiantly continue working with Billion in Sioux City especially with Sean Kelly. (I purchased a GMC however the drop down only lets me select Chevrolet.)
Amy Larson at Beck Motors - smallzchevy
I was up on my lease for my Traverse and was struggling to find a salesperson who actually cared about what I truly wanted in a vehicle and how I could afford my dream vehicle. Amy Larson worked extremely hard and even stayed passed closing hours in order to help me find my dream vehicle. I left with a 2017 Chevy Silverado which outshot my expectations by a lot! Thanks again Amy!!
Awesome service - Jareth
All questions were answered easily. Ryan was very helpful and energetic. I would recommend doing business with them again. Both the gf and I left with brand new vehicles.

We've been going to Rapid Chevrolet for over 40 years, and are still satisfied customers. Service and employees we have dealt with continues to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional, and always helpful.
Excellent. - Grady21
We went in for an oil change and came out with a beautiful corvette. Our sales person was great (Nick) we gained a friend. He worked with us on our trade and he continues to check up on how we are
Doing with our vehicle. We’ve bought several vehicles and they are rated top dealership.
Service department is also excellent. They work hard on getting your vehicle in for service. I would recommend this dealership to everyone.
Very impressed all around.
The customer is always wrong here. - Sky
I was given a loaner vehicle that was not supposed to go to me apparently...That was my fault... and they needed it back and had no replacement. I have no way to work if that is the case. They weren't worried about getting my truck fixed. They just needed that loaner back and all they were worried about. Every single person I talked to in there was rude. I finally had enough and ask the manager on the phone if it was my fault they f**ked up and he hung up on me. I was very respectful until that point. They weren't going to do anything to help me at that point anyway.
Terrible customer service. Mangers, Salesman and Mechanics all rude. The majority of reviews say the same thing, so I am not really adding anything. It is the same song and dance. Just really bad service. I have no idea how they sell anything. I wish I would of read the reviews before I went here...
Edit: The also told me I needed just a new oil pressure sensor. (Shane) However, I needed a new pump as well. The oil pressure was fine when started, but when it got to temp it was lower than normal.
They let take my truck back thinking it was just a sensor. Pretty shady business that was just mad I bought my truck from Woodhouse instead of Billion.
I had just bought the truck. Woodhouse ended up picking up the truck and taking care of it all.
Dealer Fraud - "Used" truck, dealer sold as new. - GM Legacy
Agreed to purchase a new Silverado 2500 HD through the GM employee purchase program. Agreed to buy a new truck, not a used on. Truck had hidden material defects. Never disclosed. Dealer refused to return calls, or respond to multiple written letters. Contacted GM Customer Care, they didn't resolve anything, and still fail to address material defects. Brand new truck covered in RUST on suspension components, thousands of swirl marks, scratches, multiple rock chips. Fraudulent organization.
2nd chance was a bad idea. - candi00dennis
After my last visit, which I was reimbursed for the owner himself asked we give them another chance, unfortunately I did. My vehicle threw an emissions code and thought for sure they couldn't screw me over again. I was wrong. After sitting and waiting for 3 and a half hours I decided to see what was taking so long to diagnose. (I stated upon making appointment no work if warranty wouldn't cover it) co.e to find out the change 6 spark plugs and wires without my ok. Then they decide to keep it over night and I had to ask for a courtesy car which didn't have but an eight a tank of gas in it. I receive a phone call the next day from mike stating warranty wasn't covering it. I had already done my homework and with both my warranties I was told it was covered. I waited for my husband to return the courtesy car and pick up mine. After paying $500 he was able to leave with my vehicle and the receipt I needed in hand. Thank goodness for Stephanie a gm customer care rep and curt patton of plaza gmc in Omaha, I was later told Mike the service manager never even tryed to get warranty to cover it. Then Joel Beadle the owner suggested we not do business there anymore. I cant wait to throw it in his face that I was right and his business is shady. Also that I was looking for a dealer to take contract for vehicles with the wind turbine site for GE. Won't be him and to think I need 12 new work vehicles. So take my advice or don't beadles is a place you don't want to do business.
I found my used Honda Accord at Billion Auto. I had... - MQuinns
I found my used Honda Accord at Billion Auto. I had looked around Sioux Falls and over in Luverne. I am happy with the one I found at Billion. My salesguy was helpful and nice. Usually I don't want to talk to anyone until I find what I want but he was in the lot when I was looking so I started talking to him. He answered my questions and I bought my car about a week later.
We were promised a New Chevy Truck from a Sioux Falls... - bigjohnsd
We were promised a New Chevy Truck from a Sioux Falls dealer, when we drove all the way to the dealership they had changed the deal, on the way home we stopped at Dell Rapids Chevy and delt with "Mac" he not only honored there price, but he treated us with the utmost respect, adn we never felt pressured at all. He made us feel comfortible and is a saleman that I will recommend to anyone who asks. Great dealership, and a great person who works for them.
