Integrity Non Existent - cmgchelle
I want to let everyone know to be careful when taking your car to Roadshow BMW on Germantown Pkwy. I have had previous bad experiences but this takes the cake. Anyone who knows me-knows how meticulous I am with my car. So, my engine light came on and I took it to the dealership on Friday, January 26. I had to leave it over the weekend because after scanning my key they couldn’t detect a problem therefore they had to put it on the computer. I received a loaner vehicle. I received a call from Dan Ostenski on Monday, January 30 and he went over the things that were wrong with the car-specifically the fuel tank vent valve but that it was still under warranty and that I could pick up my car on Tuesday January 31. I arrived at the dealership and Dan was busy so I sat down at his workstation. I knew something was up because normally my car is parked out front ready for me. This time they said they would “bring it to the front”. I reviewed my paperwork and got ready to leave. As I sat in my car adjusting my seat, I noticed a HUGE crack in my windshield on the driver’s side in plain view and I exclaimed OMG. I went back in only for them to insult my intelligence and character as an educated black woman. They had the audacity to think I brought it in that way-NOT. Dan went to his computer and started fumbling around and printed off some papers and said “yes Candi my dear” it was on the report that he never offered to show to me. He then said I’ll be right back and stayed gone at least 5 minutes and he came back with Nick McGavic(the shop foreman). Nick said let’s walk outside and take a look. I spoke with Nick and he said let me go speak with the technician to see if your car was put on the road. Now mind you why would you need to check with your technician to see if it was put on the road if the windshield was cracked when I brought my vehicle in. Nick walked off and when he came back he said that he spoke with the technician and it wasn’t put on the road and that they were not going to fix it(but never showed me the technician’s report nor did I ever see the technician). He also had the nerve to say “don’t you have collision coverage”? I then asked why was this not on my final invoice and never discussed and he replied that when it went to parts it’s another area so it didn’t get to Dan. Again, let me remind you on my final invoice there is no mention of a broken windshield. He even told me they prepared an estimate-which I never saw. I’m thinking to myself now during Dan’s disappearance he had plenty of time to add anything he wanted-you can alter anything with the click of a button on the computer. You and I know that the dealership is in the business of making money and there is no way if my car was brought in with a broken windshield you wouldn’t mention it. SO drivers BEWARE! If you take your car for an oil change and they bust your windshield or drop your engine it’s on you! Also, always take pictures before you leave your car at Roadshow BMW because the INTEGRITY of this company is non existent. If I was a white collar businessman wearing a Rolex they would be bending over backwards. I just want this business to stand by what they did and FIX my windshield. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and if you have any good attorneys that can help this scorned woman please let me know.
Great service and car!! - Candace
I was hesitant about online shopping. I was contacted without pressure by a Lou Esch who researched inventory for days and helped me find the car I needed within some very strict parameters! I am extremely grateful to him for his help and I love my purchase!
Love My New BMW - YKOLIE
Overall excellent experience, I highly recommend BMW of Chattanooga. I was searching for a 2018 BMW 440i and was ready to make a purchase out of state for the right price. BMW of Chattanooga had an unbeatable price for the exact car I was looking for. As I was out of state Jonathan Allers made me feel very comfortable, we agreed on a price before I headed that way, and Jonathan also worked on his day off to send me requested information in a timely manner. I reached out to them and made the 7.5 hour drive the very next day. The car looked exactly like the pictures and drove like a charm. Jonathan A. in the service department was knowledgable and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Sam in the finance department was great to work with and it only took about 20 mins to go through the finance process. I've dealt with many dealerships in the past and this has by far been one of the best experiences. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
Ask For Michael Ayers... - timionrs
If you need your car serviced, go here and ask for Michael Ayers. I have had the best experience with this rep than anyone I have ever dealt with since buying my BMW. I was considering trading in my car altogether due to my previous experiences with another dealership, but from my first interaction with Michael he has been responsive, patient, honest, and truly committed to resolving issues that have been going on for months that no one else could get fixed. His knowledge of my BMW and ability to explain it to me makes me feel much better about the money I have to spend to get it serviced. I trust him 100% and will not take my car to anyone else moving forward.

Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
