We purchased a 2018 X5 two weeks ago, at that time they could only find one of the key bobs we were told when they found the second one it would be mailed to us, called the dealership they said it had been mailed , 5 days later called them again they said it had been mailed to the wrong address told us they would overnight it, still no bob, it's been 2 weeks now and still no bob our salesperson was Lauren Bain we would NOT recommend her or the dealership...neither were helpful for a luxury dealership we didn't get the luxury experience......BMW may be the ultimate driving machine but GRAYSON BMW is not the ultimate dealership!

I called about a service I needed for my x3 and Mariah told me she’ll transfer my call. I was kept on hold then kept telling me if I call sales they could help me out. She then told me to call back later and hung up right after without any explanation. I called again and she started getting an attitude over the phone. So I walked in and saw Mariah at 11am on sept. 19 and when I walked over to her she rolled her eyes then started going thru her phone until I got her attention. Because of this immature xxxx I will no longer be going to BMW of Nashville and have my car serviced elsewhere.

Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
