Salesman Paul Hearn and BMW staff provided excellent customer service throughout my entire experience. He was an absolute professional and was very attentive to my vehicle requirements and timeline for purchase. He accommodated my busy schedule and worked quickly and effficiently to ensure I found the perfect vehicle for my needs. Also, Sarah Foster took the extra time to brief me on my new X-3 and all of its features. The friendly Roadshow staff was very thorough and hospitable. This is my sixth BMW and I have experienced many dealerships and service centers throughout the Northeast United States. I can absolutely say that Rosdshow is number one on the list for customer service and attentiveness. I am thrilled with my new X-3 and car buying experience.
Surprise X5 - BMWX5
I recently purchased a used BMW from Grayson BMW. I live over 2 hours away, but was able to negotiate all items with them online or over the phone. Jeremy Harvey and Lou Esch both worked with me to ensure I always received a timely response to any questions or requests. I told them the car was a surprise for my wife, Jeremy and Lou did the rest by perfectly staging the vehicle and adding nice red bow on the hood. Needless to say my wife was amazed, not only over the vehicle but the lengths taken to stage it. Thanks to Lou and Jeremy for going above and beyond normal business to make this purchase a very special one for my wife and I.

Poor Customer Service - V. Allwardt
BMW of Nashville is apparently not into selling cars. During our visit at the dealership and test drive our salesperson was informative and friendly. Since they didn't have in stock what I was looking for, we left with the promise that he would contact us within the next couple of days with new inventory. After that communication was a dead end. I either received no response at all, minimal information that didn't help me make a purchase decision or empty promises that he would send me a list of vehicles momentarily but he never did. First I wanted to contact a different salesman at BMW of Nashville but then decided not to pursue anything at this dealership after reading several, quite bad reviews of their maintenance service as well.

Initially purchased a 98 ML320 w/starmark warranty. Had the vehicle inspected in Va for state inspection sticker (I live in VA). Va inspection site told me that my brakes were about shot, better have them replaced soon. Starmark inspection should have caught this and replaced before i took delivery of the vehicle. When I confronted the dealer about this they tried to stall and delay hoping i would just go away and forget it ...bring it back later and PAY to have the brake pads replaced. They finally got tired of my persistant complaining and they scheduled me in to have them replaced. All of this could have been avoided had they replaced them before i took delivery of the vehicle in the first place. Should have made it right when i complained and brought this fact to their attention. They have been difficult to deal with on issues like a loaner car, and scheduling my vehicles for service. Recently started asking if i wanted them to wash and vac my car for me....survey must be coming in the mail soon!
