I have been here regularly from past 6months david used to be my mechanic and irvine was advisor it used to be very professional and fast for all oil burning cases engine lookup and all but fast forward now my engine is seized as my vehicle is class vehicle waiting on them this time looks like it is taking time my counting on it hear soon.

Made my appointment through the recall website. Easy to schedule, but the confirmation screen thinks I have a GV-80 instead of a GV-70. (So does Sirius) I was met promptly and shown to the comfortable waiting room with snacks and water. No TV blaring in the waiting room, and before the promised time, my car was ready, including a courtesy wash and vac. Well done!

Visited Genesis of Austin twice and both times I was treated well and given great information. Art was the sales rep in Pre-owned that I spoke with on my second visit. I went online to search for a specific G70 model and found one back at the dealership in Austin. I saw Art again and he was very knowledgeable. I purchased at G70 3.3T for my Fiancé' as her Christmas gift! I wanted to surprise her and Art was very accommodating with getting the car ready for her with a big Red Bow!! Thanks Art!! Best car buying experience I've ever had from initial contact, to the receptionist and finally finance. Andy So was my sales rep and he was fantastic. I needed a car now that my 16 year old is driving. I had been looking at the Genesis GV70 on the Plano website for weeks. I reluctantly entered my name and contact information to get more information and was pleasantly surprised at the response from Jessica. She only texted me once to gage my interest and ask when I might come in. When we arrived Andy So was available for us. He was extremely patient as I test drove several cars deciding on the first car. The negotiations were easy, no hard selling or adding ridiculous charges that aren't necessary. Finance manager Kristy was exceptional, again no hard upselling and very professional. While we waited for finance Andy did a thorough tutorial of the car and the app. I've never had a sales person know thier product as well as Andy. He has been available for any questions and his follow-up. I highly recommend Genesis of Plano for your purchase specifically, Andy So. In addition to the fantastic car buying experience, the GV70 is incredible, from the gorgeous interior, smooth ride with several drive modes including snow, to the 4 cylinder twin turbo engine with 300hp and 311 lbs of torque and no turbo lag all making driving so fun.I also haven't seen a better warranty with any other car, including the 3 year/36K miles of service included and customer service which are second to none. Cars that are double the price and expensive to maintain can't compare. I highly recommend a Genesis as your next car and be sure to ask for Andy So at Genesis of Plano.

Shopping by phone for a GV70, 3.5T AWD Prestige. Cash customer. Dealership informed me they will add $3,000 to MSRP because of "demand". This is unethical. Genesis will never succeed by taking advantage of customers - have never experienced this in over 30 years of purchases of Lexus, Lincoln, Cadillac, Mercedes, to mention some of the autos we have owned through new car purchases. Some people have principles. Never trust a car dealer that soaks its customers just because it can.

Wow, talk about living up to the cliché of the dishonest used car dealership—Genesis West Houston sure didn’t disappoint in that regard. I could go into the whole ordeal, but let me just summarize: * I was purchasing the car remotely and specifically asked the salesperson to ensure any issues with the vehicle were fully resolved. * He provided a repair order, indicating everything was supposedly in great condition. * My spouse picked up the car, and just a few miles down the road, noticed a chip in the windshield. She immediately called the salesperson to point it out. * His response? "Well, it’s a used car." * My spouse reminded him that he assured us everything was fine. * He then claimed, "That might have happened after you left." * My spouse rightly pointed out that it clearly hadn’t. * I reached out to the salesperson, sales manager, their concierge, and the general manager. Only one person got back to me, saying they’d look into it, and then—radio silence. * I escalated the issue to Genesis corporate, but they were no help. * Two months later, the General Sales Manager called, admitting they knew about the chip and claimed they did their best to fix it. * When I asked if they’d say the same if there was an issue with the axle that they couldn’t fully resolve, he dodged the question. Bottom line: if you’re considering buying a car from here, proceed with extreme caution. They’re slippery, less than honest, and working with them was far from pleasant.
