I have been with you guys for at least 5 - 7 years however it seems like forever Jonathan was my first service advisor (however he got promoted and now he’s all over the place with that same helpful attitude still never to busy to fill in “amazing “)which set the bar however no one is greater than the team because in my opinion team work truly makes the dream work and with that being said you have an all star lineup such as Anthony Dominique, Isaac, Matthew...just to name a few and then there’s the service guys( not forgetting the ones that we lost during and after the pandemic.) Then there's Kevin David John George (Wow) and the list continues to grow and this of course is a reflection of management I can't name everyone however I have watched and observed and these guys are ever so professional yet they always give you that sense of homeliness not to exclude that feeling of family and the service that they render/deliver is A+ quality fast and always courteous I can't say enough about what they do there but I can say try them for yourself and experience the true AutoNation difference...!!!!

My husband has taken his truck here to get the sound system looked at as it's sounds like static and will clear up every now and then on it's own. His advisor Matt, at first, seemed to care, but now has done nothing but drag this out claiming "the tech can't figure out the issue". We both question if said tech is either lazy, or incompetent to find the issue as it's taken 2 weeks to diagnose the vehicle after my husband dropped it off on the 7th of December. Matt would only reach out with updates when my husband made it clear he needed his vehicle back and only offered a loaner A WEEK after having possession of his vehicle, with no diagnosis, further signifying the lack thereof from Matt and his tech. Additionally, Matt never responded back to my husband's text regarding cost as he wanted to ensure the issue is covered under warranty and what expenses, if at all, would be coming out of pocket. Fast forward to the 29th of December, my husband is STILL without his vehicle after Matt sent my husband a text that he'd "hopefully have him out" Tuesday, the 22nd, but no later than the 23rd. Matt never once called my husband with an update forcing my husband to go into the dealership before an important meeting AND work to push the matter. My husband asked to speak to the service manager Dan where he learned the part had come in the same day of its request, allegedly, but has STILL not been installed. I'd expect this from a transmission issue, but certainly not for an amp and a tech "trying to find the issue". My husband was told he'd have his vehicle to him today, the 29th and that it'd be brought to him. We are now being told the vehicle will be ready on the 3rd. In no way do we expect to be priority, but we have far exceeded the appropriate wait time on such an issue that it shouldn't take another week to INSTALL an AMP. This is by far the worst level of unprofessionalism and transparency in all my years of car ownership. This speaks volumes on how this service department is managed.

I recently needed an unforeseen engine replacement in my Jeep Wrangler. The entire situation was stressful as I was just out of Powertrain warranty. I previously purchased an extended warranty and hoped that FCA would honor it. They did. However, had I not had the support and care from RO Service Department, in particular, Ms. Betty (Service Manager) and Ms. Monica (Service Advisor); I would be a complete MESS. These two ladies are professional, communicative, competent, and caring. The moment they had information about my Jeep (from the initial diagnosis to the scheduled FCA Inspector evaluation/visit, to the FCA approval to replace my engine and finally to when the Jeep was ready) they made sure to inform me immediately. I appreciate the effort they put forth when dealing with FCA. If I had any complaints, it would be with how slow FCA moved to approved the engine replacement. This had nothing to do with River Oaks' ability to fix my vehicle in a timely fashion. FCA needs to be quicker about their evaluation process regarding repairs under warranty; and not to disrupt the flow of dealership service departments and technicians. I appreciate the patience and thoroughness of Ms. Betty's team; and their persistence with contacting FCA to follow-up with the next steps! I'm extremely pleased and impressed with this dealership, and am eternally grateful to this very special group of individuals. The entire Service Team from management to the technicians need a raise and need to be featured on FCA's site as a model dealership; one that other dealers, nation-wide, should aspire to. They even washed my Jeep so that it was gleaming when I came to pick it up! I know this is typically a standard procedure at some dealers, but you wouldn’t think this dealership would have the time to do it (or even want to do it) after having to do a very labor intensive engine replacement repair! Replacing an engine is not like replacing an oil filter…there are many parts, lubricants, fluids, hoses, clamps, electronics that must be correctly placed and tested with the block to ensure that it runs correctly. I realize that this was not an easy task and managing every aspect of the repairs, along with paperwork for FCA had to be a nightmare! But this team handled it flawlessly and with precision. I will be recommending this dealer to any and all Mopar owners that need service. Grade: A+ , 100%

My Jeep went to Meadors for drivearm repair MAY 2023. - jannakatharine

My Jeep went to Meadors for drivearm repair MAY 2023. I was told that they would not sign off on work unless I also had new brakes and pads. I was charged $1700+ for a driveshaft and $1300+ for the brakes and pads. Overcharged??? Picked up my Jeep in JULY, when it was finally finished, and didn’t make it home because the battery cables hadn’t been tightened and complete power was lost. I was stranded until a man stopped and helped. When the cables were tightened, I had no air conditioning and every single icon was lit on my dash. Now, there was a big electrical problem apparently caused by the electrical shortage. Notified Meadors and nothing was done, I was left with no air conditioning in July 100+ degree temperatures. Then there was something going wrong under my Jeep, the drivearm/driveshaft had come apart again. I got my Jeep back in SEPTEMBER. I drove home and looked at my Jeep and there was a black box hanging underneath. I took a picture and asked what it was. Meadors said it was the evap canister and I was told to bring my Jeep back. A friend helped me zip tie the evap canister up so I could return my Jeep. They did nothing, I left again with the evap canister still zip tied to the frame. Now I need a new state inspection sticker and my Jeep will not pass with a zip tied evap canister and all the icons lit on the dash. My Jeep has been at Roger Williams Chrysler Dodge Jeep where it has been diagnosed with $2600 worth of work to get it to pass state emissions inspection. Since I can’t get an inspection sticker I can’t drive my Jeep and I had to get a rental car. The rental car is over $4000 now (and counting) because Meadors/Lithia Motors has avoided me. While my Jeep was at Meadors for those four months the soft top was ruined because my Jeep was left sitting uncovered in 100 degree temperatures, the fenders and bumpers were sun bleached. The left back side was sideswiped with body damage. Meadors/Lithia Motors has had complaints filed against them for months. Complaints have been filed with Jeep and the Attorney General’s office. It appears due to the lack of response from Meadors/Lithia Motors that this will end up in litagation. Meadors/Lithia Motors has not acted with a reasonable standard of care and timeline or used the standard knowledge, skills and professionalism expected of a dealership.

Adam and Service Department My daughter is new to Houston and leaving a new job at Memorial Herman Hospital in the pouring rain/flooding and on her way to League City when her navigation system took her off the Interstate. It was then she noticed her tire slow indicator on and turned into Hellman’s. The service dept had closed due to inclement weather but Adam and the entire service crew made her feel welcomed, fixed her tire, feed her and when the water resided hours later led her on safe route home. Adam I think you May of converted Liv’s dad from a Die hard Ford guy to a Dodge guy!!! Thank you for being kind and going beyond the call of duty!!

The Service department is horrible. Twice my 2023 Ram Laramie has broken down while under warranty. On both occasions, I have called in advance to ask if I can have a loaner vehicle if they need to keep my truck. On both occasions, I am told yes and my warranty covers it. Each time I have dropped off my truck I am met with rude service department employees who tell me they have no vehicle to loan me while they repair my warrantied vehicle. I am told they can drop me to a rental company but I will have to pay for the rental vehicle. Today I was told to take my truck home and they would call me when a loaner was available. When I asked what to do if my truck won’t start again, I was told to call a tow company. I was being polite until the service employee told me to take my truck (that won't start unless I jump it) home and wait for them to call me. On both occasions, that I have had to deal with the service department, I have had to get rude with the staff and magickly a loaner vehicle is available. I hate being rude to people but this place is ridiculous. I'm about to buy a second truck but will not be buying from Dodge Tomball.

My name is kensor haddock. I’m reaching out to you about my ram rebel eco diesel. My family and I were on our way home from Missouri back to California in November 2023. When we reached Amarillo, TX the fuel pump had a catastrophic failure and stranded my family on the highway. We had it towed to all star dodge in Amarillo Texas and we’re given a month or two ETA. That was back in November. It is now April and the truck has still not been completed. We were waiting on one egr gasket for them to have all the parts to start the repair. I located the part here in SoCal and drove 3 hours to get it and shipped it to them. That was the beginning of march (march 7th). They told me the truck would be done at the beginning of April. After today’s phone call with Justin the service representative at all star dodge. The mechanic that tore the truck apart has been sick all week and Justin doesn’t want anyone else to work on it until the sick guy is back. That’s xx. As a veteran and helicopter mechanic I have to complete jobs everyday that the prior shift has taken apart. Justin’s excuses are really started to get to me. I’ve been patient to this point and now I’m fed up. We’ve been paying a ridiculous amount of money for the payment of a truck we haven’t seen since last year. I start school in two weeks and we currently have one vehicle. I’m going to be walking my grown a** to school everyday while paying a ridiculous truck payment. I want this problem resolved and for someone to put a boot in this Justin guys a**. I would never treat a customer the way they have treated me and my family. Can you please help us out in anyway? We need a loaner vehicle until our truck gets back. We both start school next week and currently have 1 vehicle. With school beginning I will have to start calling out of work due to conflicting schedules and I’m not ok with losing money. I’ve opened a lawsuit against Chrysler and Ram Trucks.
